Narrator:
up north, in the klondike...
[Bleep]
Narrator: ...parker schnabel
loses faith in his crew...
Parker: I should just fire him
right now.
Narrator: ...and is forced to
bring in a klondike veteran...
Doumitt: look at this crap,
parker!
...a decision that leads
to the biggest gold cleanup...
Whoa.
...of his young life.
In alaska...
What the hell was that?!
...the dakota boys overcome
a major blowout...
Yeah!
...to get their best-ever gold
out of porcupine creek...
Melody: you're kidding!
Unbelievable.
Narrator: ...allowing dustin
To finally chase
big mountain gold.
I get to dig in cahoon!
Whoo!
Narrator: down in guyana...
Start making
this place pay.
...todd hoffman discovers
he is losing diamonds...
If you catch 1,
you probably lost 99.
...forcing the crew to overhaul
their wash plant.
We did it!
Hey, nice job, todd.
They find
their best diamond yet...
Thurber: gem quality.
Oh, my word.
That is beautiful.
...but when todd gets called
to account...
I don't have time for this.
...their claim owner
drops a bombshell.
You have to shut down,
pack up, go home.

Guyana, south america.
After a disastrous 100 days
in the jungle,
The hoffman crew
has still caught no gold.
They have just 50 days left
to prove to their claim owner
That they can make a success
of mining in the jungle.
This jungle has been
straight kicking our a*s.
Hopefully it's our time
to kick back.
Narrator: their trommel
is running flat out.
The day's been running great.
Curious to see what's in here.
Narrator:
to avoid another failure,
They need to be sure there's
gold in the latest pay dirt.
Todd:
let it off, dave.
After a 20-hour test run,
Todd and dave shut down
little red to check the sluices.
Seeing anything?
Nope. I'm not.
I don't see a lot of gold.
Let's go look
down at the sluice.
Hang on.
There's something here.
I don't know what I got.
Come here
and look at this.
Turin: you got some gold
down there?
No.
Right there I got
a freakin' diamond.
And that was
in the sluice?
Darn right it was.
If we got one
freakin' diamond here,
I will guarantee you
there's a hundred of them
Down in the creek.
We're not running this plant
Until we get something to catch
diamonds on the end of there.
Shut it down
till we get jigs.
Three weeks ago,
todd caught diamond fever...
Hell yeah.
This, boys, is f'ing diamond.
Yeah!
Yeah!
...and installed a lavador
to hunt for gemstones.
But dave refused
to give up the hunt for gold
And continued to mine
with the trommel.
Turin: I'm here for the gold,
came here to mine gold,
So that's what I'm committed
to doing.
Narrator: now, there's still
no gold in the sluices.
Todd puts mining on hold
Until little red can be fitted
with diamond-catching jigs.
Turin: four years of doing gold,
and now it's diamonds.
I'm still a gold guy,
But this could change our season
right here.
Diamonds -- we'll see.
If it pays the bills.
Narrator: there's a pair of old
diamond jigs on the claim,
But they've been rusting
in the jungle for decades.
Todd's plan
is to recondition the jigs
And install them
at the end of little red.
Material from the sluices
will pour onto a mesh screen.
Rubber diaphragms will then
pulse water up and down,
Washing away lighter material
And leaving any diamonds
in a gravel concentrate.
But first, dave has to overhaul
the diamond jigs.
He calls in the only man
he trusts for the job --
Wash plant expert freddy dodge.
Holy cow.
What a mess.
I mean, the motors are gone.
The belts are gone.
The bladders are shot.
Turin:
think you can recover them?
At home? Easy.
Here? Nightmare.
But it's all we've got.
We got to tear it apart before
we start putting it together.
For the jigs to work,
Freddy needs to install
new drive motors,
But the old drive shaft
and pulley are rusted in place.
Heating this up's
gonna expand this steel,
Hopefully enough where I can
get this off of here.
[Bleep]
Take a look
at that one there.
[ Sighs ]
that's not good.
Everybody here's kind of relying
on me to get these jig's going.
Narrator: the drive shaft is
locked in place by a rusted pin,
And freddy doesn't have the tool
he needs to extract it.
Out here,
there's no hardware store.
If you don't have it,
you've got to build it.
There it is.
There's the thing
we've been fighting.
Part of the battle's over,
but the w*r goes on.
Narrator: with the pin removed,
the drive wheel comes right off.
Freddy can now install
new motors
And get the jigs up and running.
Okay,
watch your fingers.
I think we're there.
How's it going, fred?
Done.
What do you think?
Looks pretty good.
Nice job.
I think this is gonna work.
It's ready
to go in place.
Then we start looking
for diamonds.
Exactly. Start calling you
"diamond" dave.
Porcupine creek, alaska.
The dakota boys
are mining good pay dirt
From their new downstream cut
That they think
just might get them
To their 320-ounce season goal.
The dirt underneath me looked
like it's a pretty good grout.
From here, out that direction,
we've got good virgin ground.
I think it's a good time
to get to work.
Narrator: but dustin is eager
to get up to their new claim.
I want to go up to cahoon so we
can find a lot of big real gold.
Narrator: three weeks ago,
dustin found good gold
Prospecting their new
mountain claim, cahoon creek,
The source
of porcupine creek's gold.
Dustin: I knew that was gonna
have a lot of gold.
I knew it.
Narrator:
but fred doesn't have the money
To start up
another mining operation.
Fred: you're talking probably
To set up in the mountains,
they need to clear $100,000.
Until then, dustin's cahoon
dreams are on hold.
I'm excited about cahoon,
but no matter what,
I still have to make gold
down here.
Narrator: the dirt
in the new downstream cut
Is producing some of the best
pay they've ever seen.
Yeah, the material is looking
really good right now.
Hopefully there's a lot
of gold in that.
Fred: I think the deeper we get,
the better it's gonna get.
Jeremy:
it's real good, you know?
It makes things worth it.
[ Thud ]
Oh [bleep]
What the hell was that?!
You all right?
[Bleep]
[Bleep]
Well...
Oh!
What happened here?
I blew the [bleep] tire
going down the hill.
[Bleep]
I'll tell you what, we don't
have a spare tire out here.
That size tire is scarce
as hen's teeth around here.
It might be a couple of days
before we get a tire in here.
Just back it over there
as best you can.
[Bleep]
Fred:
we sure didn't need this.
We're down.
I mean,
unless we got that loader,
We just cannot run that plant
for days, days, days.
This is all I need.
Narrator: at scribner creek
in the klondike...
...19-year-old parker schnabel
is out to prove
He can cut it in the klondike.
This season,
he's after 800 ounces of gold,
Worth over a million dollars.
But with 2/3 of the season
already over,
He's only halfway there.
Parker: I mean, if we're gonna
make money doing this,
We need to get some gold.
But, I mean,
the way the dirt is,
We just have to run
more yardage.
Narrator: the dirt parker's
mining is worth $7 a yard --
Nowhere near as good
as he'd hoped.
Ness:
if we keep going like we are...
We're never gonna get there.
Narrator: last week,
Parker processed
more material than ever before,
With his new wash plant,
big red.
But despite running more dirt...
Beets: 84.15.
...big red delivered less gold.
Now the only way to hit
his million-dollar gold target
Is to run big red faster
and for more hours.
Parker needs one of the crew
to work a late shift.
Having fun up there?
I was wondering if you'd run
more hours on the plant.
On the plant?
I could step up
and give it a try, for sure.
Okay.
Rick has never run
the wash plant before.
Doing it alone at night
After a 12-hour day shift
hauling dirt is a big gamble,
But it's a risk
parker's willing to take.
As the rest of the crew leaves,
Greg gives the wash-plant rookie
some advice.
The hardest part about this job
is paying attention.
This right here --
this is where the money's made.
And the bank is the red
sluice box over there.
And we've got to protect it,
keeping that gold in there.
All right.
All right.
Here goes nothing.
Kind of a big responsibility
Running this thing
all by yourself.
I guess it kind of feels good
that they trust me to do it.
Narrator:
rick has to keep big red running
On a steady diet of pay dirt.
Oh [bleep]
Luck ran out.
Scribner creek, the klondike.
Just two hours into rick ness'
first solo late shift,
There's a problem.
Ness: oh [bleep]
Narrator: rocks have jammed up
big red's feeder...
Luck ran out.
Narrator:
...stopping any pay dirt from
making it into the plant.
But the water is still on,
And with no dirt
to slow it down,
It's racing down the sluices,
Flushing gold
out of the riffles.
[Bleep] I wish there was
someone else here.
Narrator:
to stop the gold loss,
Rick opens
the water-bypass valve.
[Bleep]
Narrator:
it diverts half the sluice water
Out through a hose.
Ness:
I got a jam-up in the feeder.
Narrator: next,
he needs to shut down big red.
All right, what was that order?
Palings, shakers.
What the hell is going on here?
Oh.
One [bleep] rock.
[ Grunts ]
All right. Let's get this thing
shaking again.
[ Wash plant rumbles ]
Back in business.
Narrator: 8:30 p.m.
It's taken rick half an hour
To clear the blockage
and reset big red.
Ness: looks like everything's
working as it should.
That's a good sign.
Narrator:
but he's made one big mistake.
He's forgotten to shut off
the bypass valve.
Now, with half the sluice water
running out of the bypass valve,
The riffles are full of a thick,
muddy slurry,
Preventing any gold
from settling in the sluices.
Parker's gold is flushing out
into the tailings pond.
For the next six hours
of his double shift,
Rick runs 700 yards of dirt,
With no idea
that the valve's still open.
At 2:00 a.m., Parker returns
to check on the operation.
Hey, rick,
how's everything running?
Ness: everything seems to be
running all right now.
I had a minor jam-up
in the beginning,
But it's been smooth
since then.
Parker: damn it.
[Bleep] bypass is on.
Can't even [bleep] figure out
how to do this [bleep]
Is it that [bleep] complicated?
How long ago was that plug up,
rick?
How long ago
was that plug up?
Oh, that was way back
in the beginning of the night.
I should just fire him
right now.
The bypass was still on.
[Bleep] oh!
So there was hardly any water
in the sluices.
[Bleep]
Narrator: rick's mistake
Could have cost parker
over $4,000 in gold.
I don't know how I overlooked
that, parker.
I [bleep]
I don't want
to make excuses, man,
But, I mean,
I was just trying to help,
you know?
This isn't gonna work.
Ness: I tried. I failed.
And it's not a good feeling.
I don't even want
to think about it.
I don't even know
what I'm gonna tell everybody.
Narrator: next morning,
parker makes a call.
Unable to trust rick
to run big red,
He's calling in a pro.
I was wondering
if there's any way
I could convince you
to come up.
I mean, you'd really be
saving my a*s.
Yeah.
See you soon.
Guyana.
Another day in paradise.
Narrator: dave turin's jungle
ground hasn't delivered gold,
But it may still be rich
in diamonds.
To catch diamonds,
The crew needs to lift
their refurbished jigs
Into place at the end
of little red's sluice box.
Turin: this could be the most
valuable piece of the puzzle.
The whole thing's gonna be
riding on this chain.
Okay, dave. Good.
The big question is, can we do
this without dropping it?
What I really want to do
is not screw this up.
We're up.
Narrator: the jigs could be
the hoffman crew's last chance
To save their season.
But at 2,000 pounds each,
The only way to lift them
Is to balance them
between two excavators.
You about ready?
Let's try it.
Turin: let's go.
If they drop
these old rickety jigs now,
Not even freddy dodge will be
able to bring them back to life.
Up. Up.
A little more.
A little more.
You're ready.
Just start tracking.
Keep going, buddy.
Easy.
Dave,
I'm gonna bring her down.
Let's go down together,
okay?
The least amount of time
hanging up here, the better.
Okay.
Little more.
Little more.
Wait, wait,
wait, wait, wait!
Can you push it over?
Okay.
Easy.
Oh, oh, oh, oh.
It's getting pretty tippy,
todd.
Oh, stop!
Stop, stop, stop!
What the [bleep]
Todd and dave are out of sync.
The precious jigs
almost tip over.
Spin it around, todd.
I'm gonna come out,
and I'm gonna bring her down.
Watch it.
Watch it.
Hang on.
Would you look at that?
Touchdown.
Right on.
With the jigs finally in place,
Logan guides little red's
sluices back into position.
That's nice.
Hey, hey! Hell yeah.
We did it!
We did it, guys.
Hey, nice job, todd.
Phase 1. Phase 1.
Good job.
Todd: 20 years those have sat
in the jungle, overgrown,
And now we're gonna put them
in play for diamonds.
This wash plant will be
the best in guyana
For catching gold and diamonds.
You did good, man.
Narrator:
porcupine creek, alaska.
The dakota boys' 220 loader
has popped one of its tires.
Fred: hey, jeremy, I got you
a little present for the 220.
It's cost him one day of running
time and a thousand dollars,
But fred's found the only spare
loader tire
For a hundred miles.
We got to a new tire to put
on there, a different tire.
It's a nice little recap.
Yo!
Come on down a little bit.
Set it down. Right there.
There it goes,
right there.
It's looking good.
All right.
Yeah, that thing
is getting up on there.
Narrator:
jeremy spots a problem.
Jeremy: we have
this much distance to cover,
And this tire is not that wide.
That's a big gap.
Narrator: fred's new tire
is narrower than the old one.
It doesn't reach
across the width of the wheel.
They can't inflate it.
The air inlet
is on the outside of the tire,
So I don't see any way that we
can get air inside the tire.
Maybe I wasn't so lucky
to find a tire.
It's not gonna work.
It's [bleep]
I don't know
what the hell we're gonna do.
We've been down for a whole day
with this thing right now.
This is not what we needed.
Today sucks.
We need to get back
to mining.
This is taking too long.
How in the world are we gonna
spread that out to catch air?
I got one more idea.
Okay, get that thing to expand
while we slip that tire off,
Jack that thing apart and stick
some wood in between there.
There's spacers
all the way around.
And we slide it back on,
And it'll hold it out
within an inch or so.
How we gonna get that wood
in there?
I have my doubts.
Unless you've got a better idea,
this is it.
Narrator:
fred plans to use wooden spacers
To spread the new tire out
wide enough
To seal it
against both wheel rims.
[ Grunts ]
Trying to spread
this tire out.
Got to make it
wide enough.
Fred: you need to tap
that one in just a hair.
This is the last wooden slat
we're putting in there.
Wow.
I hope this works.
Here we go.
Narrator:
if they dislodge the spacers,
They'll be back at square one.
Oh! Whoa! h*! h*!
Hold it, mike.
Mike! Mike! Hold up!
Out and up.
There it goes,
right there.
Oh, that tire
almost came out.
Hell, it's on there.
It's still
not wide enough.
Fred's spacers
are just too short.
There's still
an eighth of an inch gap
Between the tire and the rim.
If they try to inflate the tire
now, air will leak out.
But if they can temporarily seal
the gap before they inflate it,
Air pressure
just may hold it in place.
They've lost
an entire day of mining.
Fred is out of options
and attempts to plug the gap
With the only thing he has --
grease.
Let's get some air on that thing
and pump that dude up.
Hit it.
Come on, baby.
Come on.
Oh, we got a --
we got a leak.
Oh, boy.
Come on.
Come on.
Every time we get
one leak stopped,
Another one opens up
somewhere else.
Big leak down here, too.
I'm gonna bounce the tire
up and down a little bit.
We ain't got nothing
to lose.
This has got to work.
Have him pull up on it.
Huh?
Have him pull up on it.
More.
It caught!
[ Laughs ] yeah!
Whoo!
Unbelievable.
God!
I've never been so happy to see
a tire air up in my entire life.
Yep.
And a couple 2x4s.
[ Laughs ]
Good job, fellas.
Hell,
let's go back to work.
Narrator: in guyana,
dave turin's adapting little red
To catch diamonds
as well as gold
By attaching jigs
to the bottom of the sluices.
Cut a hole in the sluice.
Material goes straight down,
slows down into the jigs
And settles the diamonds
into the jigs.
What guy wants to do 110-degree
day and you're cutting steel?
Ow!
Hit it.
On to the next one.
Perfect.
Logan: I'm excited to get
this thing up and running
So I can make some money.
Ready, logie?
Water's coming on.
Jigs are working.
It's doing exactly
what it's supposed to do.
Narrator: the hoffman crew
has managed to bring
The 20-year-old jigs
back to life.
Logan loads the first pay dirt.
It travels
through the wash plant,
Across the gold-catching
riffles,
And down into the jigs,
where the pulsing action
Washes away fine material,
Leaving only coarse gravel
and hopefully diamonds.
There's only one way to tell if
the jigs are catching diamonds.
Dave shuts down
to sift through the gravel.
Logan: tell me this does not
look like a diamond.
Find one?
That shines pretty hard,
and that's pretty crystal clear.
That's a diamond, dave.
We got a diamond!
Awesome!
Narrator:
scribner creek, the klondike.
After rick's
late-shift disaster,
Parker has tracked down
wash-plant expert chris doumitt,
The man who ran big red
So successfully
for the hoffmans last season.
What the heck are you doing
here, buddy?!
How's it going?
Welcome.
Parker:
chris, welcome up.
You're here to work?
I'm here to work.
Ain't no vacation.
You know that.
Geez.
That's all pay dirt, then?
Yeah.
Oh, my gosh.
So, you guys got a pile,
huh?
Yeah.
I got to grab some more dirt.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Good to see you.
Narrator:
parker lets chris in
On his ambitious goal
for the season.
If we're gonna get 800 ounces,
we just got to move the yardage.
That's a lot of yardage --
a lot.
That's the big reason
why you're here.
You know
what this plant can do.
Let's push it.
All right.
You keep me in pay dirt,
I'll keep this thing running.
Chris immediately takes charge
of big red.
Doumitt:
we got to get rolling.
It's just good
to be back in the saddle.
I love running a wash plant.
I'll do it
till it stops being fun.
Narrator:
just 10 minutes in...
Dang it!
Narrator: ...with the feed
conveyor running at high speed,
Chris has the same problem
as rick.
Doumitt: got a jam
in the front of the hopper.
Got a rock hung up in there,
A good chance
a tear in the belt.
Narrator: but unlike rick,
after he clears the jam,
Chris remembers
to turn off the bypass valve.
Doumitt:
oh, we're back in business now.
[ Grunts ]
Narrator:
chris knows big red well enough
To instantly recognize
the problem.
Doumitt:
we got it turned up so fast
That the rock starts to stack up
on top of it.
It gets jammed between
the screen and the frame.
You've got a mess.
Narrator:
just minutes later...
Doumitt: [bleep]
Narrator:
...big red jams yet again.
Look at this crap,
parker.
I got to run this stuff.
At this rate, parker's crew
will spend more time
Clearing rocks
than catching gold.
Early the next morning,
before the day shift begins,
Chris confronts parker.
With this material,
you can't push it.
If you want to get gold,
you just go steady.
That's the best way
to do it.
And I don't mean
to be jumping on you.
It's your plant,
it's your claim.
If you want to get gold,
Give me the loader
and the wash plant.
What other choice you got?
Sounds like a plan.
Chris slows the conveyor by 20%
So the plant can better process
chunky material.
You just have to stay
on top of it.
If you get it running too fast,
things just jam up too quick.
The plant's running good.
Narrator: the rest of the day,
big red runs without a hitch.
Parker just might be
back on track
To hit his 800-ounce,
million-dollar goal.
Doumitt:
now we're getting somewhere.
Narrator: in guyana, the hoffman
crew is back up and running.
Fire it up!
They've installed diamond jigs
at the end of the gold sluices.
We've got a plan.
We've got good ground.
We're gonna start kicking butt
And start getting a lot of gold
and diamonds.
I came here to mine for gold,
but to be honest,
I'm a whole lot more excited
about diamonds.
The jigs are working.
That's what it's gonna take
to turn this season around.
Narrator:
after a thousand yards of dirt,
It's time to see
if their new system is working.
Turin: I got to shut
everything down here.
Narrator:
now is the moment of truth.
Over in the cleanup room,
Thurber and local mining expert
tony melville
Start searching the jig
concentrate for diamonds.
Thurber: call that
the wheel of fortune?
Yeah.
Tony has been mining diamonds
in the jungle
For nearly 40 years.
Here.
What do you got?
Whoa.
That is bright.
Gem quality.
Oh, my word.
In only their first sieve
of material from the jigs,
The hoffman crew has found
a gem-quality diamond.
That's finally some good news
that we needed.
This is gonna
turn everyone around.
I can't wait to show todd.
He's gonna flip out.
But thurber will have to wait.
Todd has been summoned
to georgetown,
The capital of guyana,
By tony mekdeci,
their claim owner.
Tony is unhappy
with todd's disastrous season.
You know that feeling
When you get sent
to the principal's office?
That's kind of how I feel
right now.
And I'm 44 years old.
Narrator:
porcupine creek, alaska.
Dakota fred has stopped
to look at the dirt
Deep in his downstream cut.
Fred:
this stuff is hard to dig,
And I'd say they're tailings
from an old mining operation.
The old miners,
They were real inefficient
with their sluice boxes.
It's left a lot of gold
with their tailings.
If it's sitting there,
we'll see what it brings.
Narrator:
porcupine creek, alaska.
Dustin's digging
the downstream cut,
But only to get the money
to chase big gold up on cahoon.
Dustin:
I know there's gold in cahoon.
I just can't get to it
right now.
Limited with no equipment,
only hand tools.
I can't even use a drill.
Phew!
I don't like the way
this is going.
Narrator: to mine cahoon
would cost $100,000
In equipment, flights, and fuel.
The only way to finance
the new operation
Is with porcupine creek gold.
In the b&b,
dakota fred is preparing
To weigh up this week's total.
If we do not start
really producing some gold
Here in porcupine,
cahoon is a dead issue.
But we're gonna
have to find out.
Come on, baby.
Come on, baby.
Hey, y'all, come on over here
to the panning tent.
I got something
to show you.
What you got, freddy?
I was trying to do
Narrator:
Their entire gold take
for the last 15 weeks
Is just 58 ounces.
We did a little bit more
than that.
Wow.
All right!
You're kidding!
I don't believe it.
Narrator: 72 ounces of gold,
worth over $100,000
Is by far the dakota boys'
best-ever weigh-in.
Their season total
now jumps to 130 ounces,
Worth around $180,000.
I mean,
this is spectacular.
This is making me really feel
good about porcupine creek.
It makes me even feel better
about cahoon.
Damn sure need
the equipment up there.
Why don't we go get that
equipment for you?
Thanks, fred.
I get to dig in cahoon!
Whoo!
Dustin finally gets to dig
their new mountain claim,
Cahoon creek.
If it turns out to be the source
Of all the gold
in the porcupine area,
It will make them
multimillionaires.
Porcupine's paying off enough
to send me back up to cahoon
With equipment this time,
and this is --
I'm on top of the world
right now.
Narrator: at parker schnabel's
klondike claim,
His crew is cleaning up.
Last week, he got a
disappointing 84 ounces of gold.
This week, he hopes to clear
at least 100 ounces,
Worth $140,000.
We've got about 60 hours
on these rugs.
There should be
some good gold in there.
We'll take every flake
we can get.
Narrator: tony beets,
the scribner creek claim owner,
Arrives for his cut.
Parker is about to find out
if hiring
Wash-plant expert chris doumitt
has paid off.
Well, I think the thing
that's helped us the most
Is chris doumitt showed up,
And he's been running the plant
pretty steady.
[ Laughing ] whoa!
Awesome!
Look at that!
Geez.
Big red's second cleanup
is parker's biggest ever.
Worth almost $200,000.
With a few more cleanups
like this,
The 19-year-old klondike rookie
just might smash
The hoffmans' 800-ounce,
$1.2 million haul
From last season.
Parker: this is over
half a million dollars worth
Of gold right here.
With chris doumitt here,
There's no reason we shouldn't
be able to double it.
[ Horns honking ]
Narrator:
georgetown, guyana.
After three months
in the jungle,
Todd hoffman is staring failure
in the face.
He's been summoned to a meeting
with tony mekdeci,
His claim owner.
Tony took a chance
leasing ground to todd
In return for a 12% cut
of any gold.
And he's expecting a minimum
of $100,000.
But so far,
todd has only six diamonds
And not a single ounce of gold.
Mekdeci: todd, what's happening
with the mining?
I'm a hundred days in,
And what I have to show for that
is not much.
What?!
Got no gold.
You come now.
You telling me you haven't
started producing any gold yet?
Right now we are not making
any money from you.
I am catching diamonds.
You know what the value
of this is?
I'll tell you.
No, I'll tell you.
I'll tell you one time.
That's peanuts.
It doesn't meet, you know,
Anything near
to what we had in mind.
It's been hard.
It's been a nightmare out there.
It's been tough on my guys,
You know, both, you know,
mentally and physically.
I honestly did not know
how tough it was gonna be.
All right, hold up,
hold up, hold up.
Have you finished
complaining?
I shook your hand
five months ago
And said,
"todd, go for it."
Now you're telling me
we have no gold.
We have a problem.
I don't have time for this.
I know.
Listen, we cannot continue
like this.
You know, I'm pretty much
at your mercy.
We're gonna have to stop
your operation.
You have to shut down,
pack up, go home.
Oh, geez.
You will have to leave.
This monday on "gold rush,"
Dustin sets up
his mountain claim
To find out once and for all
If it has the gold
to make him rich...
Whoo!
This is cahoon.
...parker's hot streak
nets him a pile of gold...
Parker:
that's pretty nice.
...and todd breaks the news
to his crew
That their jungle dream
may be over.
I went down to see mekdeci,
and it's not good.
