in hawaii

Before we have to head back
to king crab season in alaska.

and the one thing left to do

Is to tackle that big,
huge monster -- the marlin.

two weeks ago,

And we hooked up
to a massive marlin.

And that's an insane amount
of water to cover.

So, we're all splitting up.

vantage point,

And you can actually see 5, 10,
maybe even 15 times farther

on the surface of the water.

Back in the day, we used
to have spotter planes

For herring
in the alaskan fisheries.

They're very successful,

Because they can see
big ba*ls of bait fish,

And the water is like 10 times
more clear down here.

I'm gonna look for every spot
on phil's chart

That had the marlin mark on it,
and then I'll call down,

And I'll let jeff and josh know
if I see any fish there.

changed my life,
