And this is one of the most popular exercises

in the world of tantra,

and that's because it's one of the most powerful.

If you want, if you're open to it,

you can put your hand in the center

of the other person's chest, on their heart chakra.

And now you can put your hand on their hand.

we're gonna do some active listening about emotion.

And be in that.

And Chris, you just get to listen.

You just get to listen

and turn off the part of your mind

that wants to defend yourself or respond.

And you're gonna come back and say what you heard her say.

just doing normal communication.

But this is just what they need, to be honest.

- I feel, like, pissed off when you're lazy as [bleep].
