- We have a big day, a big wedding redo,

so a big day calls for big haircuts.

Us Guidos, we stay fresh to death,

but we do got to figure out who's gonna do what.

- I'm definitely gonna be the food and beverage manager.

The most important person at a wedding

is the food and beverage manager,

which is moi.

You know, we can do like a chicken parm,

garlic bread, pasta, salad...

- I'm with that. - A meat and cheese plate,

AKA, also known as the charcuterie plate.

Chocolate cake, chocolate mousse.

- Maybe a couple cakes.

I wanted a redo, like, just saying.

Last time, when the girls went up there,

that didn't go so well.

So having a redo and, like, not knowing what the [bleep]

the boys are planning is a little bit like,

"Oh, [bleep]. Did I just make another mistake,

the same mistake by letting the roommates take control?"

Ugh.

I hope I'm not gonna put my [bleep] foot

where my mouth is later.

- Well, I know I gave an amazing speech

at Mike's wedding. - Yep, you did.

- And these ladies should have trusted me from the beginning

to handle anything to do with a speech.

So let me handle the speech.

I was at Mike's wedding. And I heard "that" speech.

- You guys should see the party favors, on the way out,

everybody is getting a horse's head.

and I put my trust in the boys,

with them knowing what has just transpired

in the past ten months with me and these girls,

it's done between me and the family.

Can we quite possibly have a taste testing?

I can't order the foods if we haven't tasted it.

You know, I like to like call on inspiration

from like some of my favorite comedians.

So I like to just call on all my education

and use it in this moment.

- Getting this wedding redo ready,

the most important thing is to get that speech right.

I would just stay away

from every single thing that the girls said.
