fine turned into a felony
for one Ohio man.

up for his day in court
regarding a minor
traffic violation.
When he walked up to
speak to the judge,
he dropped a bag of
cocaine out of his hat.
It wasn't until
about an hour later
that the security officer
noticed it on the floor.
Staff reviewed camera
footage and saw the drop.
Immediately, there was a
warrant put out for his arrest.
