I went from zero to being one
of the top brokers in just five years.

But in order to survive in this business,
you have to love real estate.
You have to breathe it,
eat it, and sleep it.

and watch your kids.

the Hamptons has it for you.
The lifestyle in the Hamptons is different
than anywhere else in the world.
Eighty percent of the homes
are secondary properties,
people aren't there to work.
They're there to vacation,
enjoy themselves.
[J.B.] Hamptons is one of the most
competitive places
to be a real estate agent.
Twenty-five hundred agents all competing
in this small, confined space.

I've been with Nest Seekers

I saw the soccer team.
I was like, "I should drop the pads
and go kick the ball around."
Sell properties,

We're both in slightly different places
in our lives.
He's now gonna be a father,
which is, like, way beyond me right now.

All I have to do is figure out
how to be a father,
so I think that hopefully comes naturally,

My name is Noel. I grew up in Minnesota.
-I've been in Hamptons 3 and a half years.
-I recently joined Nest Seekers.
From a young age,
I always wanted to excel,
I wanted to go straight
from zero to hero
as quickly as possible,
and so I don't think I'd be an agent
anywhere else
except for in the Hamptons.
It's combined a great lifestyle
with a high income-earning potential.

potentially looking into Marine Boulevard.
I got a big one there.
They bought it for ten.
They've put 12 million into it.
They've spent three days

so that's gonna be a tough sale,

because almost every property

You're gonna love this.
[Peggy] It's not your typical, like,

It's got character and crazy personality.

six bedrooms, seven bathrooms
and nearly 150 feet
of direct ocean frontage.
It's a very unique property
with multiple outdoor terraces,
a heated pool and a spa area,
and a private boardwalk
right on the Atlantic Ocean.
In the Hamptons,
it's not uncommon for a homeowner
to be approached about selling,
even if it's not on the market.
If the price is right,
everything is for sale.
So I've persuaded the owner
to meet with us,
and maybe I can convince her to sell it.

Selling real estate in Hamptons
is the same, but in the working world.
It's a battle of attrition out here.
High-end developers, real estate brokers.
People we aspire to be.
For us to come and think
we're gonna make an impact,
it's a little naive.
With J.B.'s competitive nature,
he has to always be the best.
Now he's to that point
where it's make or break,
and he's getting nervous,
but there's nothing
to be nervous about,
he's gonna do great.
This is like the real deal.
Dude, we are the future
of the real estate business.
We're coming in,
and there's a change of guard.
All these big agents are threatened.
