the DNA scare
firmly divided society

into the haves
and the have-nots

and helped drive
the world into turmoil.

some of those metas

are meeting up
in the industrial zone lately.

[MAN 2] Could be the ones
who showed at the protest

last night.

[MAN 3] We should get 'em
before they come after us.

Perhaps his meta factor
never had the chance

to fully form
or reach its potential

due to malnutrition.

got the better of us,
