Duncan was last seen at his home

on the 200 block
of Springtree Drive in Columbia.

Police are appealing for any witnesses

who may have seen Duncan
or know of his whereabouts.

Morgan had a nice house.
He lived in a nice area.

I would describe it as him coming from a--

from a very good family and a family
that cared about him, for sure.

But trouble's easy to find anywhere.

You can find trouble

And Morgan isn't really street-smart.

I can see a snake in the grass.

I know what it looks like.

I can identify it when it's in front of me
and if it means me any harm.

Morgan lacks the ability to understand

over the past few days,

Our victim, Morgan Duncan,

was reported missing by his mom.

And he's had contact with no one.

Morgan lives at Springtree,
where multiple apartments

have been taken over
by a group of criminals

that are using the apartments
to deal drugs out of.

The one name that keeps coming up
in all the cases is Jersey.

His real name is Altariq Cuffie.

He has a history of violence.

He's connected to one of the biggest
drug players in South Carolina.

And he's probably the last person
to have seen Morgan.

[Yarnal] Do we think he's dealing
to the victim, possibly?

[Rains] He might be.

Morgan has multiple drug dealers
that he owes money to.

So we believe he could
either be hiding from one of them,

or worse… one of them
could have done something to him.

Brittany located a suspicious container
in one of the apartments.

It had women's clothing
soaking in chemicals in it.

We're not really sure
how that connects to Morgan,

but we sent it to CSI for testing.

We really need a break in this case.

Morgan's family
are beside themselves with worry.

So as you all know, we've been working

the missing person case of Morgan Duncan.

We have gathered new information
that suggests this may be a homicide.

But nothing has really changed,
because we still don't have the body.

Jersey's telling us that it happened
inside James Kelly's apartment.

But we've searched that apartment,
and at that time,

there was no sign of Morgan.

So we don't know if Jersey's lying
about the whole thing.

But he did point us towards
one piece of potential evidence.

He said they used a red vehicle
to move Morgan's body

with not the back passenger window,

but the glass that is behind that…

It has some damage, and it has tape on it.

Jersey says that's
Julivia Waller's vehicle.

But we know that's not the vehicle
we saw her with on the first day.

He's adamant the car is
the car that they bleached.

I have one overriding nightmare
that keeps me up.

That the person I'm searching for
will turn out to be dead.

To discover that they may have been

To get justice.

So the pieces of the puzzle
are finally starting to come together.

We do now believe Morgan Duncan was k*lled

inside James Kelly's apartment.

The apartment appears
to be a hub of activity,

with multiple people associated with it.

The first one, Eric Greene,
also known as Easy.

We've spoken to him.
He says that he's Morgan's friend.

But we know that he's been
staying at James Kelly's apartment

and his name keeps coming up.

Next, we have Julivia Waller,

also known as Sunshine.

The women's clothes
that Brittany found soaked in chemicals,

we've had them tested by CSI,
and nothing connects them to Morgan.

But Julivia has acted suspicious
from the beginning.

And we now believe her car may have
been used to transport Morgan's body.

Then there's Altariq Cuffie,
also known as Jersey.

A violent career criminal who was
taking over apartments in Springtree.

He was right about the car,
but he's obviously involved somehow,

and he probably knows
way more than he's letting on.

And then James Kelly.

Until now, we considered him a victim.

But his name has been at the heart of
this investigation since the beginning.

The question is…

did one of these people
m*rder Morgan Duncan?
