When the winds claimed more of our clan,
he was not there.

When our munt-runners fled
from Dorcean poachers, he was not there.

I do not renounce Rovender.
He renounced us.

That is my truth.

[exhales deeply]

His añake is his own making.

[Caeruleans murmuring]

Now, Rovender may speak in his defense.

[sighs, grunts]

Hanno… [breathes shakily] …and Gisana.
