swing by with some exciting news.

I was walking past

the miniature golf course
in Mickey Park,

where there are oodles
of new holes everywhere.

I really want to try them out.

Maybe I'll finally make
my first hole-in-one shot.

Wah-hooey!

A hole-in-what now? [grunts]

Yeah, what is that?

[Pluto exclaims questioningly]

A hole-in-one shot.

It's when you hit a golf ball
into a hole on the first try.

I'll show you.

Aim for the hole.

Hit the ball with your putter.

That's called a putt.

And...

Ta-da! A hole in one!

That looks like heaps of fun.

So what do you say?

You want to play
some miniature golf?

Or "mini golf" for short?

With all the new holes,
it's sure to be goody-good fun.

we get to play mini golf on.

There's the T. Rex,

the castle,

the windmill,

and the volcano.

Then let's get our putters and golf ba*ls
and start the game.

Here you go.

And the last one for me.

Oh, yeah. I packed our lunch,
but I forgot my putter.

[giggles] How is Goofy
going to play

without a putter?

Maybe a Mouseketool
can help Goofy get back in the swing.

First, we take turns
hitting our golf ball.

Do you remember
what color my golf ball is?

Red! Right.

[Daisy] On this course, you hit the ball
up a ramp and into the T. Rex's mouth.

Then it rolls out of the tail
and onto the putting green.

Like this.

[Daisy] You try to get your ball
into the hole with the flag,

or close to it.

Hot dog!

I made a hole-in-one.

See? That's what I want to do.

But it's okay
if you don't get a hole-in-one.

You just try again
on your next turn.

I get it!

[ball rattling]

Aw, phooey!

Nice shot, Donald.

It's not a hole-in-one,
but it's super close.

Now everybody else
can take their turn.

How do we play this one?

We putt the ball
across the drawbridge

and through the castle.

Then it rolls
to the holes on the other side.

Let's putt.

None of us made a hole-in-one,
so we'll take turns again.

Hot dog! [chuckles]

We finished the castle.

Let's grab our golf ba*ls
and go to the next course.

Huh?

Mickey, my golf ball is gone.

So is mine.

What's the big idea?

Well, that's strange.
Let me check mine.

My golf ball's here.

Hmm. I think we better put
our putting on pause.

We need to solve the mystery

of what happened
to our golf ba*ls.

You're right. Is there
something different

about the hole
my golf ball went in?

That might explain
why the other golf ba*ls are missing.

Golly, the only difference
I see is Mickey's hole has this here flag,

and none of the other holes
have one.

Good eye, Goofy.

So if the holes without
flags are different,

how would they make
the golf ba*ls disappear?

Maybe these holes are deeper,

and the golf ba*ls
fell farther down.

That's why we can't see them.

[Pluto woofs]

You want to check
them out, Pluto?

[sniffs]

No golf ball, eh?

Huh. The hole must be
deeper than we can reach.

Maybe a Mousekedoo-dah
can help us.

The mystery of what happened
to our golf ba*ls is solved.

Let's get back to our game.

to play our game.

The little cuties
don't seem to want

to give our golf ba*ls back.

I wish we could ask them why.

I speak gopher.

It's a little like squirrel
with a groundhog accent.

[speaking gopher]

[Goofy] Uh-huh. Uh-huh.

What are they saying, Goof?

The gophers dug all the holes
that don't have flags.

The gophers didn't know
this was a mini golf course.

They were confused
why their tunnels

were filling up
with golf ba*ls.

[Daisy] Aw,
poor little gophers.

[Goofy] So they moved
the golf ba*ls

to keep their tunnels clear.

[gopher chittering]

[speaking gopher]

They're sorry
about the mix-up.

Aw, we forgive you.

They just really love to dig.

And they don't want golf ba*ls
blocking their tunnels.

It's okay, little fellas.

But this gives me an idea.

Since you love to dig,
do you want to dig some more tunnels

that will send
the golf ba*ls back out?

Then they won't block
your tunnels anymore.

[speaking gopher]

Hot dog!

They said yes.

Now we just need to figure out

where all the tunnels
should go.

I think we're going to need
a Mouseketool for that.

very good at figuring out tricky problems.

our Mouseketools today.

and all the other golfing pals.

Do you think you can help the gophers
figure out where to dig new tunnels?

The ba*ls need to go in

and then come back out,

so their tunnels
don't get blocked.

Well, of course.

The Professor can positively,
most certainly help you with that.

What these tunnels
is going to need

is to curve back
to the surface, like so.

Oh, it's as easy as
one, two, carry the three,

divided by the square root
of something, something like that.

And what you're getting is...

-[Pluto groans]
-[blows raspberry]

A lot of numbers that
no one understands?

Correct you are, Miss Daisy.

But if you're gonna turning
over the chalkboard...

It's even more confusing?

Confusing to you maybe,
but not if you are a gopher.

Um... You fellers get that?

[chittering]

It's really quite simple,
you know.

All it means is
the ball goes in, the ball goes out.

[chuckles] I knew he'd
figure it out.

We're gonna need
lots and lots of these tunnels,

and all kinds of digging
from gophers

and from all of you
non-gophers, too.

Hey, that means us.

Will you help, too?

Yippie! Thanks.

Now we're gonna take
these measuring tapes and pointy flags,

and I will tell you
where to put them.

Then the gophers will know
where to dig.

Go, go, go and scoot.

Come on and dig with us...
