Since I was really little,
music is all I've ever wanted to do.

My mum was born in Seychelles islands

and she immigrated
to Australia in the '70s.

Being Seselwa was a really
big part of my upbringing.

My mom taught me all these Creole songs,

so it was a really big
part of my childhood

and the main reason
why I wanted to be a singer.

And now that I've gotten here,

it's so important that I make

to help me to get where I need to go.
