py but what's wrong you are not yourself

girls don't worry everyone I'm the same

you're acting differently too hey Grands

grandpappy you can't fool me something's

something wrong I woke up this morning

and I forgot how to draw what oh no

that's impossible it's impossible watch

this just in Doodle Bug has just stomped

papy with a doodle this has never

happened before making it a major news

event here in py land could py have

forgotten how to draw

pasta Dole bug finally doodle did it

yeah poor papy he must feel awful what

can we do to help him gee Lou I I don't

know what we can do maybe maybe we could

sharpen papy's pencils for him maybe I

can make him some chicken

soup say Pap maybe you can get your

inspiration back to draw but using the

wishing wheel well I I I guess it's

worth a try I do wish I could draw

again who knows maybe the wishing wheel

will help here we

stumping you is it true you can't draw

anymore yeah I'm afraid so buddy ever

since I woke up this morning I haven't

been able to draw a single

line H my pencil won't work my marker

won't move and everything in the cabin

is broken H I think you're in need of a

serious pal talk papy pal talk you're

always the one who comes and helps

everyone in papy land when they have a

problem but today you have the problem

and is one of your best pales I want to

help it's no use buddy I've tried almost

everything but papy you've forgotten the

main thing remember when we found the

secret of creativity buried in the

treasure chest in papy

land yeah but do you remember what it

said let me think uh h

I've got it there we go oh I can't

wait this is the secret to

creativity why it's a mirror a mirror

yes and there's an inscription on the

mirror it says behold your reflection

honest and true the secret of creativity

is in

you

wow and papy here's what I had for you a

mirror and a special song to go along

with

it and it goes like this

I heard that you were feeling blue so I

brought a little secret to share with

lost your touch I tell you don't give up

understand cuz when it comes to feeling

matter of fact I'm here to bring it back

to help you counteract your creative

you got to dig down deep inside your

heart and take a whole new stand you're

going to find a brand new eye for art is

there at your command

and if you look inside of you I know

that you will find it to because you

won't give up you love to draw so much

and we can't get enough of your creative

bring that line maybe I shouldn't have

given them another chance we'll do that

handed to you you did stump me fair and

square earlier congratulations well I

guess I did peppy he's even a good loser

oh boy you did stop me this time pey

that is true but you know that I'll be

let's see drawing pad up

here yes I say I can draw something now

you have your pencils or your markers

ready because I'm going to draw a very

special picture of a lion who needs a

very special friend like you were a

friend to me today buddy oh

shs okay let's get

started I'm going to start off by

drawing the line's eyes and that's just

two circles one there and another one

next to it now let's put one little dot

there and another little dot there you

see that good all right we'll put one

ear

there gosh it feels really good to be

able to draw again this is

fun and let's put a curve line

there and another curve line right

there and we'll bring this line right

down and another one now let's connect

them right

here just like

that and one

little half circle there bring it down

bring it back up a little half circle

you see that all righty now for

the the jws or the front of our lon's

face little puffy cheeks or what have

you like that and bring it

around

good now his mouth just a small curved

line and another one right there all

righty let's draw his man and we'll put

a curve line like that and another

one one

here now the other direction this way

like that and bring that around and down

ah curve line right there and a small

one there let's do it on the other side

one right there and another

one good let's put some dots for his

whiskers one there one there and one

there one there one there and one there

good good now let's draw the line's body

we'll start out by drawing one of his

paws here a straight

line starting right here another

straight

line and a looping curv line right there

another one another one and another one

let's just show those pads on the bottom

of his Pause by just drawing some

circles one there and another one good

now starting right here we'll draw his

chest and starting right here this will

be part of his paw there his

arm right there bring it

around looping line there another

looping line and another one and let's

bring it right up and

stop now his hind leg is right here so

starting right here let's just draw a

curve here we go look at that

good now H Paws right

there half curve line and another one

and bring it over now let's Loop this

all the way around for his back and stop

right

there very good now I like to draw his

tail so we'll just put a curve line like

that stop and right next to it another

curve line and bring it

around all righty now let's just put

some fuzzy hairs on his tail by just

doing a

couple and actually a few curv lines

right there for his tail all

righty now let's draw some trees in the

background so I'm going to put a curve

line right

there and

another one next to

it and

we'll put two more curved lines going in

the opposite direction just like

that now let's indicate uh some big Palm

leaves on this tropical tree or this

jungle tree here

one big leaf

there and another one and bring it

around and stop

and another one there let's do three

more on the other side one right

there

one below that one and a little smaller

one right there let's put four leaves on

this other tree just to make it look a

little smaller

one

right now I'm going to indicate

something right on the bottom of this

paw

here

and see if you can guess what it

is we do that that's right it's some

kind of thorn or a sliver now let's

just a curve line here

for the bottom there to show the ground

where the tree is

growing and right over here one more

curve line to finish our drawing there

I'm finished what's going to happen to

that poor lion well let's find out

besides drawing I can color again

yes orange seems to be a very nice

I left that little spot white there now

let me continue

onward and color

in the Lion's body

here the king of the

jungle all

and do the tail next right

here like

so fill that right

in I'm glad I have such good friends in

papy land and that includes you too boys

and girls you know my friends reminded

me that I had to believe in me and that

I just had to look inside myself to find

my creativity and it worked I can draw

and color

again

okay am going to color the lines me

yellow oh that looks very

nice there's so many colors to choose

from

it just makes it easy to

color when you can just about choose any

color you

wish there we go now

just do the lines

there and I'll do the tip of his tail

yellow

also and

very

nice it's a nice color for

the for the lines nose oo it's very

bright look at

that very

nice now here's a nice color I'll

just use that for

the front of his mouth like that

it's very funny looking line isn't it

boys and girls kind of makes me laugh

just looking at

it and that's what cartoons are supposed

to do bring us happiness and joy and

make us

laugh very

nice and maybe a little bit

of move around the

eyes now a nice green color

oh for the

trees

very very

nice look at

that

looks very colorful now doesn't

it there that looks good now let's see

yours very good they all look like

candidates for the Hall of Frames to me

come on boys and girls let's go to the

Hall of

Frames whoa wow I should have come here

sooner looking around there's no doubt

that drawing is a talent everyone has

because we're all artists in our own way
