Well, we're about to be the best builders
in town,

thanks to my latest creation. [chuckles]

than the Pupstruction crew.

For the first time ever,
Pupstruction won't finish their build.

They found a way to build,
even with us trying to mess them up.

I thought Robo Cat was listening

We were so close to finishing,
and now the library's destroyed.

they can rebuild all that.

we're gonna have to start all over.

But we don't have time.

Mayor Gilmore promised those kids
they'd have a library today.

And we're gonna make sure they have one.

We'll fix this somehow.

I thought it only knew how to break stuff.

Where did it learn how to do that?

I guess from the book I read to it.
