We're going to decorate the interview

dinosaurs and we are going to be sharing

Stegosaurus because Sora is a Greek word

for lizards and dinosaurs are part of

the lizard family Neat Could you imagine

playing the name game with brontosaurus

brontosaurus that's a little difficult

Let's try it with kid names Shnie shiny

life let's take a little adventure into

the water world I see an octopus Can I

see a shark a dolphin dive or a sea lion

heart or a k*ller whale that can jump

dinosaurs have ears where's that book

you better check Yeah it's important

that we are accurate Did you know that

all over the world people are still

searching for and finding dinosaur

fossils what are fossils they're kind of

like plants and bugs and other living

things that date back to the dinosaur

age Wow And how can we find them

archaeologists and paleontologists Huh

the scientists who study ancient life

These scientists go to places where they

think dinosaurs lived and they explore

the area And very often they find

fossils and bones and other neat stuff

How very exciting And now let's join the

Thank you Alexandra She's one of the

stars of the mega hit Jurassic Park

Please welcome Ariana Richards Good

morning Ariana Good morning How are you

today i'm great How did you get the part

in Jurassic Park um actually Steven

Spielberg he had already seen me in some

other movies so he knew my work So what

happened was he asked me to come in and

be taped screaming So So that was really

fun What was it like to work with him oh

it it was just um so amazing He's just

he really made it fun for everyone

because he has fun himself and he's he's

just really like um a great friend

that's an absolute genius

Is it true that one of your watercolors

hangs in his office yeah Um I I actually

did do a painting for him It's of a

brachiosaurus just like this one cuz

it's my favorite dinosaur and it's of me

and Joe Misello Um the boy who played my

brother Um we're sliding down its neck

and and we're in Jurassic Park Wow Even

though that we know that the dinosaurs

in Jurassic Park weren't real did they

seem real definitely Yes um uh just they

really actually seem like real actors

when we were with them and there's this

one scene I I really remember very

vividly It's um with the T-Rex um Joe

Misello and I are in the Jeep and we

have um the roof of the Jeep which is

this plastic um bubble and the T-Rex is

over on top of us and it's crashing down

on top of us and roaring and it's biting

this thing and we're screaming and it um

it actually left teeth marks So was it

ever scary yes Yeah that that was

probably the most scary one But even

though it was scary we were still safe

There was a part in the movie where the

dinosaur just sneezed on you Was that as

disgusting as it looked yeah Um it was

definitely pretty disgusting It was this

kind of goop It's a clear yellowish

color and it actually has some spinach

in it So Oh my gosh Well thank you very

much for coming Thanks I'm sure all the

kids at home enjoyed seeing you here Oh

and we all enjoyed having you here Okay
