We'll be able to use
them for so many things.

First of all, it's just a few bugs.

Listen, a swarm like that
flying around the mine can't be good.

-We have to go catch them.

Helping the people on your planet,
that's what's really important.

are in the new mine tunnel

and so are those creatures. Let's go.

Oh, wow.

-Are the creatures eating the gems?
-[Inaya whimpers]

-[Ayva groaning]
-[Lys] Back to your nest.

Ayva, have you seen
these creatures before?

Yes, they're called armored amberflies.

They're calm inside their nest,

but if they ever leave it,
they'll eat every gem in sight.

We have to find a way
to bring them all together

so we can get them back to the nest.

Well, if they like to eat shiny gems,
how about these?

Your tiara?

You can't give that up.

It's just a thing.

Ayva, come with me.

Everybody else, grab as many gems as
you can and bring them to the mine cart.

[speaking Poobian]

We're gonna give these amberflies
a meal they won't forget.

[Nubs panting]

Help me attach my tiara to the headlamp.

[all grunt]

[Nubs chuckles]

[beeps]

-[crystals tinkling]
-[amberflies chittering]

[buzzing]

-They're coming to the cart.

[party guests screaming, exclaiming]

The amberflies aren't gonna stop.

We have to get them out of here.

My parents are going to be furious.

I cared more about this than any of you
and ruined everything.

and get ready to uncover it.

to protect these people.

Kai, Nubs, you're with me.

[Inaya, Cyrus panting]

[groans] Get down!

[grunting]

Oh, no, you don't. [grunts]

Now, Ayva.

[beeps]

[party guests gasping, exclaiming]

[buzzing]

[Kai] Yes! It's working.

-Now! Together!
-[Force rumbling]

[younglings straining]

Quick! While they're still eating.

[all grunting]

[Ayva] They've almost eaten
the entire gem.

[Lys] Let's guide them to the nest.

-[Nubs grunts]
-[Force rumbling]

[chuckles]

[rumbling continues]

-Yes, you did it!
-[rumbling stops]

-Get off! Get off! Get off!
-[buzzing]

-Cyrus, they want your brooch.
-[Cyrus] Get off me!

[groaning] They're all over me.

And while the centerpiece gem
was beautiful,

can be full of unexpected moments.

It's said that our ancestors
used to befriend them

using special flutes
made from rare kao reeds.

Today you will face three challenges,

each reflecting
the experience of our ancestors.

You have until sundown to complete them.

is finding heat stones.

This doesn't seem
like a place for heat stones.

At first, the ancestors
didn't think so either,

but they soon found that heat stones
can be found by the roots of these plants.

[chuckles, coos]

The second challenge.

We need to get a snowfig.

Snowfig? Sounds delicious.

They are.

Snowfigs are one of the first foods
my ancestors ate

when they came to Andraven.

They're very hard to find.

Thankfully I prepared,

and this snowfig tree
is exactly where I thought it'd be.

Except I didn't plan
for the snowfig to be so high up.

[groaning]

Well, there's no climbing up that way.

The trunk's too slippery.

How are we gonna get it?

Well, you brought us along to help.

-We could use the Force.

like my ancestors did.

we have to make a flute from a kao reed.

They're hard to find.

But I researched and found a spot
where they grow not too far from here.

Uh-oh. Looks like we're stuck.

Come on. Let's try and get the sled free.

there being brambles in the path.

We were doing so well
and now we're gonna get behind schedule.

We can still finish.

And we completed all the challenges.

There were definitely unexpected moments.
