- MS. TERRY:

Previously, on The Getaway

- SAM: The rules say that

a Snitch in the final two

wins the full amount

in the Snitch Stash.

- BEN: We're gonna pay the full

amount to both finalists.

Steven, he clearly is thinking,

and I think all of them

are thinking,

there's something else.

- SAM: Yeah.

- ADAM: Alright, now do—

- Oh, don't look!

Don't look, guys!

- When I saw Matt

in the dress, I thought

oh, okay, perhaps Matt

is Ms. Terry.

- That's what I thought, too.

(Steven laughs)

- Six for Patch.

Two for Steven.

- They got me. They got me.

I'm the guy. I'm the Snitch.

- Ohh.

That's funny.

It's funny because

everybody's the Snitch.

- Yeah?

- Yep.

- Gottem, called it.

(group laughs uproariously)

Let's go!

Aaah!

- Welcome!

Welcome!

- Oh man, I felt—

When you looked at Adam,

when I said that on camera

I felt so stupid.

I was like, they're gonna make

me look like such a moron.

- That was the goal!

(group laughs)

- DAN: Yeah.

- Agh! Okay, okay.

- You should feel good

because you are the only person

that as far as we know

has even questioned it.

- Okay.

The reason I thought it was

because I genuinely thought

At first I was like, well

it would be interesting to play

this game with no Snitches.

And then I thought, well, okay,

maybe that is what they're doing.

But wait, I am the Snitch.

So the only way that could be

is if everyone is the Snitch.

I was starting to— The other—

Another thing is when

Foreign flipped on me,

I was like, oh, he— maybe

he really is a Snitch too.

You know, I thought he was—

I thought I had him on lock,

and he flipped.

Oh man.

- SAM: Anyway.

- Now it's, I believe

you have to act sad,

like they're leaving you in the desert.

- SAM: Oh yeah, that's true.

(motor revs)

- Something I do think

is that however we think

this last day is supposed to go,

in terms of the game

I think it's gonna be

totally different.

- It's not gonna be that way.

- But we're forgetting

the biggest thing.

Matt in a dress.

- That is true.

I don't know if

- The only thing that

makes me think is that

if Matt is indeed the Snitch

then maybe that's some kinda

promo shot or something.

Actually, good question.

Now we've eliminated

three people,

who do you think was

the Snitch?

Provided I mean, I think we—

I don't think

we would have aced today

and got every single thing done

if we still had a Snitch.

- And mathematically,

it's a good chance

with our perceptive skills.

- Yes.

- And with the numbers.

- Yes.

- Right?

- We voted people out

for a reason.

I just know it's gonna be

There's absolutely gonna be

some kind of a twist.

Something we don't see coming.

There's no way, Ms. Terry.

- Can we not do another twist?

- It's gonna be something huge.

- My stomach can barely take it.

- I don't think I can handle

another twist.

The first twist almost k*lled me.

♫ (bluesy big-band music)

And today is the last day

in our beautiful VW.

Our baby.

- Oh, I know!

- I'm gonna miss the smell

of burning coolant.

(Georgia giggles)

- Yeah.

We're gonna miss

that small fear

that we have in the

back of our minds

that at any moment,

this might set on fire.

- This extremely and

increasingly cumbersome door.

- The wheels that are so thin

that this is prone to

just flipping over.

- And the fact that

as soon as you open up

the windows too much,

it could actually

become aerodynamic

and get lifted off

of the road itself.

- Yeah, we flew

for a bit one time.

- Yeah, I—

- There was a

few seconds in the air.

- I have to say

If I had to choose two people

to be on the final day with

it would be both of you.

- Yeah.

- No matter what,

that is such a huge accomplishment.

- Absolutely.

- And I'm really happy.

This was an amazing experience.

- Whatever happens.

- With everyone.

- I mean, there's also

the elephant in the room

that one of us will not

make it to that.

- It's so heartbreaking

to me, though.

It's such a painful experience

that I don't even want to go there.

But it's true.

- Yeah.

- It's so horrible.

- The horrible thing is,

is that every time

we voted somebody out,

I've basically gone, "Well, if

they're the Snitch, great call."

- Yeah.

- But obviously,

they can't all be.

- FOREIGN: Yeah.

- STEVEN: So it's like, then,

when I remember, I'm like,

"Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah."

- FOREIGN: Can there— There

might be multiple Snitches.

You never know.

- GEORGIA: There could be.

- Really? That'd be wild.

- That would be an interesting twist.

- I think that would be

Well, yeah.

- I think it would be

logistically strange,

but it would— because

there's not that many people.

- I go back to

the story as well.

And I think, like

Yeah, it's gonna be nice

when this is over.

And we just get to know.

- Yes. And we can—

- I just can't wait.

- There's that anxiety

in the back of your head.

You know,

just this doubt, just like,

well, what if the Snitch

was here all along?

- Yeah.

- FOREIGN:

But at the same time

it just doesn't make any sense

when you look at

how we've been playing.

- STEVEN: Okay, what is it?

What is it? What is it?

- Read really quickly.

Adventure Park.

- Adventure Park.

- It's Adventure Park.

- Iron Mountain.

- Hot Springs.

- Hot Springs.

- Hot Springs.

- It's gotta be Adventure Park.

- Yeah, we're doing

Adventure Park, I think it is.

What is at there though?

I don't know what's there.

- Okay, no, look at that.

I don't like it.

I don't like it. I don't like it.

Bad, bad, not good.

That's very high.

- Oh my god.

- I don't do heights.

- Oh my god.

- No.

- You don't have

to turn right probably.

- No, no, no, no, no, no!

- Don't have to turn.

- No turning right.

- I don't like it.

- Don't do it.

- ALL: Ohh!

- Come on!

- GEORGIA: Oh, this is so bad.

That's so bad.

(phone ringing)

Hi, Ms. Terry.

- MS. TERRY: Hello, players, and

welcome to your final challenge.

This challenge will take place

atop this mountain,

and is divided into four stages.

And if you're Loyal,

your goal will be

to complete those stages quickly.

I'm putting $3,000 on the line

from the Loyal Loot,

and I'll be adding up

how long it takes

each of you to complete

this challenge.

Your cumulative time.

If that total is under

three and a half hours,

that money will go

to the Loyal Loot.

Otherwise, all $3,000 will

go to the Snitch Stash.

But, there's a twist.

Today, you're not just playing

to move money around.

You're playing for extra power

in your final elimination vote.

You will each have one set

of voting chips as usual.

But in this challenge,

each of the four stages

will reward one additional vote

to the player who completes it

in the shortest amount of time,

for a total of four

extra votes available.

When you're ready,

board the gondola behind you.

- Wow.

- What is this sh*t?

(Foreign Man sighs)

Oh man, this bit's even

nerve wracking, you know?

Can this door close?

- It will, it looks like.

Ohh-kay.

- (Georgia giggles)

- Addition cards, this is weird.

Small addition,

multiplication, subtraction.

But they're small numbers.

Juggling, you might

enjoy this puzzle.

- Yep.

- And then I have no idea

what the shock gum

could possibly be for.

Oh, here we go!

- FOREIGN:

Ohh, we're off the ground!

- Keep on reading.

Keep on reading.

- Okay, alright.

- Is that a good sign?

- I don't know what that means.

- Maybe that means good.

- Where are the instructions?

We've got a whole juggling guide,

but we get this fecking

(Georgia cackles)

We get this colourful, insane—

- Eight reasons

why juggling is good for you.

- Why is it angry at me?

- Ways to improve

reaction time,

reflexes, spatial awareness, and—

(Simon game beeping)

Can you shut this up for a second?!

- No! Stop it! Stop it!

I'm trying to figure out how

the bloody game is played!

- And, I need—

- Do you want us to win this?!

- Look—

- I'm literally

just figuring this out,

and then you're trying

to stop it happening.

- We need to talk about

what's going on.

- Is this gondola trauma?

- What's going on?

That we try to master these games

so that we win money?

- Oh my god, alright,

I'll just

(Georgia stifles giggling)

- God!

Right, okay. Would you like

to take a moment

to talk about how high up this is?

- Oh, thanks!

- That's not juggling,

by the way.

- This isn't juggling?

- No, maybe read the guide.

- How about you teach me?

- I will, okay.

- Juggler?

- Wait, do I have to sit

between you both?

I think I have to sit

between you both.

Do we have to turn

this gondola around?

Oh, very nice.

Look at you, fancy.

- Oh, sh*t.

Got too c*ck.

- (gasps) Don't lose one!

- Okay, well,

we've practiced well.

- I know she's here.

- These puzzles,

this is just gonna be—

I mean, can you practice?

We can't practice that.

- You can't practice it.

- Don't struggle in 15 minutes.

Please don't take

15 minutes to learn.

- Okay, alright.

- Oh, that was more wiggly

than necessary.

- Oh no, god

- I feel safe.

(gondola clanks)

(phone ringing)

- Okay, yeah, that's it.

- Hello?

- MS. TERRY:

This is your first stage.

Here you will be gathering

puzzle pieces in the cave,

which you must then assemble.

The finished puzzle will

tell you what to do next.

You may not leave the cave

until you have completed

a full puzzle correctly.

- We can do a puzzle.

- We can do a puzzle.

- We can do a puzzle.

- Yeah.

- We got this.

- We had childhoods.

- MS. TERRY: (rapidly)

Three, two, one, go!

- STEVEN: Go, go, go, go!

Go, go!

- FOREIGN:

Okay, here's one.

- STEVEN:

Just grab it, grab it!

So I guess it's gonna be

- GEORGIA: Wait. Let's wait.

- colour-coordinated

or something like that.

- GEORGIA: Wait, someone—

- STEVEN: My overall strategy

was to continue to bet on

mine and Georgia's partnership.

And as long as

we each won one task

and we work together,

we definitely win.

So the number one priority

was that between us,

we won two tasks.

- Look at the back.

- Steven— Yeah, I know.

- That's how to tell the colors.

- Okay.

- STEVEN: No! Dammit.

- Are you okay?

(Steven grunts)

Oh no.

So, my plan was that

I wanted to win

two of the challenges.

I thought that if there was

an immediate challenge

up for grabs that, you know,

that was something different.

But since there wasn't,

I just had to worry about

making sure that

I had the most power.

There's two more.

- It's dark and hard to see.

- Are you okay?

- FOREIGN: Here I am

hiding all of Steven's

puzzle pieces

as much as I can.

Putting them on top of ledges,

dashing them

underneath stalagmites.

I know that he ain't

gonna find them, right?

- I see something

at the top, yeah.

- FOREIGN: Okay.

- Okay. Okay, yeah, this is

This is it.

This is where we're

going to do it, I think.

We've got a lot of puzzle pieces!

- Okay, just arrange 'em

by colour first.

- Alright, whatever.

That's fair.

- Let's just begin to start

assembling some of these.

- Spell canyon.

(gasps) Got it!

Okay, yeah, I see what it says!

- I

- Okay, that's unnecessary,

but I'll put this in for

I've got it, okay.

I'm missing one bit.

Where's the last red piece?

Did we miss a red piece?

What the hell?

- I think I'm missing a piece.

- I'm missing a piece.

- FOREIGN: How?

- I'm missing a piece for sure.

I'm sorry, I'm going back.

- STEVEN: Yeah, Foreign gets

the whole blummin' puzzle

like a breeze.

- Okay.

Y'all go ahead real quick,

I just wanna

Password

Go to the canyon swing.

I have all my pieces.

So I really don't need

to go anywhere.

And I've hid some pieces

from them.

- Apparently, just with my

little observationally British eyes,

I should just go,

"There's the piece" and see it.

(audio rewinds)

Georgia, how you doing?

Georgia?

How you doing?

- Got one.

- You got one?

- Yes, they're

suddenly around.

- Mine or no?

- No, sorry.

- FOREIGN: They did?

- GEORGIA: Yes.

Yes.

- But this is a square.

Can I get a puzzle check?

- Puzzle check!

- So basically, Foreign's

going to have it done.

So he's going to win

this challenge.

Which means

And if not, then Georgia.

Which means my

priorities have shifted.

- Yeah, great.

- MS. TERRY: Now that

Georgia and Foreign

have completed their puzzles,

they're off to the

Giant Canyon Swing.

- GEORGIA: Oh my god.

- Okay, alright.

- Oh my god, oh my god.

- Wait, hold on.

No-no-no-no-no-no-no!

- Oh!

- No, no, no, no, no.

- MS. TERRY: Where each player

has been assigned

a familiar face who's

thinking of an item.

Once they give their partner

the password

- Colorado.

- MS. TERRY: they may ask

yes or no questions

until they correctly

guess the item.

At which point,

this stage is complete.

- The Getaway?

Oh my god, I hope

I get this really fast.

Because if not, I have

to keep on doing this!

- MS. TERRY:

Oh, and just for fun

they can only ask questions

when the ride is moving.

(Georgia shrieks)

- Oh my f*cking god!

- GEORGIA: Person?

- This is nice.

So really, my tactic

is that me and Georgia

each win one vote.

That gives us four votes,

which means that

basically we can outvote Foreign.

My other plan is to

do this, basically.

k*ll time.

I genuinely don't know

where this puzzle piece is.

- Oh lord, my god!

- PATCH: Woo! Yeah!

- FOREIGN: Oh my god, I can't—

- PATCH: Yeah!

(Georgia shrieks)

- FOREIGN: Someone, what the f*ck's

wrong with you!

Oh my god!

- Woo!

(Georgia shrieks)

Oh my god!

- I'm trying to be a bit

out of breath.

- Is it bigger than a

- FOREIGN: Oh my god!

(Georgia shrieks)

Oh f*ck, I can't even

open my eyes!

Oh lord! Oh lord, no!

Oh, Jesus Christ!

Oh lord, my legs!

(Georgia shrieks)

Oh, I'm upside down!

Oh my f*cking god! Why?!

- Yes, yes!

- Is it electronic?

(Georgia squeals)

- It don't make no sense!

- Okay

I threw the

giant swing challenge

just so I could get some

more money in the Snitch Stash

because this whole time

I've been trying to play

like a Loyal.

And then I've been

forsaking the Snitch Stash.

So today was my time

to clean up.

(Georgia babbles incoherently)

(Matt applauds)

(both high-five)

(Georgia squeals)

- Where?

There actually isn't a

There isn't a puzzle piece!

- Can it be bought?

- Thank you, please.

Please, oh, god bless.

- Alright, you guys are

good to hop off now.

- MS. TERRY:

Having guessed her item,

Georgia is off to the Crystal Tower,

where each player

will have 30 seconds

to look at a sequence of cards.

Next, they ride the ride,

then recreate the sequence.

If they do it right,

they complete the stage.

If they do it wrong,

they look, ride, and reorder

until they get it right.

- Hey.

- Did you memorize

your sequence?

- Of course.

- RIDE ATTENDANT: Arms up next.

- Oh, I'm gonna regret this.

Oh my god, really?

- Confirmed.

- Why?

(cage clanks shut)

No, no, no, no.

That's not nice!

What?

(squealing)

I don't wanna go down!

No!

No, no.

(ride snaps)

(Georgia shrieks)

(Georgia howls)

No!

- STEVEN: Supposed to be

on the floor, in plain view.

In plain view.

I am not seeing it

in plain view.

- Okay, is it

available at a gas station?

Is

- (laughs) Okay.

- Is it

- Hooh.

- It's edible.

So it is edible.

Is it supposed to be eaten?

- Yes.

No!

- Is it potato chips?

- No.

- Is it beef jerky?

- No.

- Is it

- I have to say

I hate you right now, Sam.

I'm just gonna say it,

I hate you right now.

No, I hate you.

On ride three.

So I didn't know

what the ride was,

but I knew that I had

to get sabotage ha—

I needed to make sure

that we went over time.

And so I picked the third ride

because I didn't know

what the fourth one was.

Of all the rides that

I planned to do this on

it had to be this one.

- STEVEN:

In plain view!

The piece is in plain view.

The piece is in pla—

- I'm gonna puke.

Is it ice?

- It is not ice.

- Is it frozen?

- Sometimes.

- Um

Is it

- That is incorrect.

- Do you tell me

if any of them are right?

You don't tell me

if any of them are right?

It was not the—

It was not the game

that I should've chosen for this.

But go for it.

Oh.

Oh, that was really wrong.

- Okay, it literally doesn't exist.

It doesn't exist.

I've been everywhere.

Apparently!

So essentially, I'm gonna

take this puzzle piece.

I'm gonna stick it there.

That is a square.

That is a square puzzle.

There is not another puzzle piece.

I have been through this cave.

That surely counts.

It count—

That counts!

- Would I eat it

at a birthday party?

- Yeah.

- What the f*ck?

(Patch laughs)

What else could it be?

- Where am I?

Oh my god, please no, geez.

Oh, no!

We're going over the canyon?

(sighs) sh*t.

Hey, friend.

Yeah, the password's Friday.

Oh my god!

- Listen, I know

you're gonna be evil.

I'm waiting to make sure it's

memorized, stuck in my head.

You have an evil glint,

do you know that?

Has anyone told you that before?

- SAM: I believe in you fully.

- Okay, so is it an object?

- Yes.

- Okay.

Oh my god!

Holy sh*t!

Sorry!

Oh my— f*ck!

Okay, sorry, okay.

So, sorry.

Is it a pillow?

- No.

- No.

(ride snaps)

(Georgia yelps)

(Georgia shrieks)

(Georgia hyperventilates)

That was worse!

Why was that one worse?!

- Okay, here,

something in a bedroom.

Is it something that

you would (babbles)

sleep with in bed with you?

- No.

- Is it a

Oh my gosh.

Something you have

on a counter maybe?

- No.

- Something you put in a

cupboard or a wardrobe?

- Yes.

- Is it a clothing item?

- Yes.

- Is it a hat?

- No.

- Is it a belt?

- No.

- Is it shoes?

- No.

- You were using—

I've done shoes.

Is it socks of some kind?

- Yes. Yes.

- Is it socks?

Oh, god.

- Savoury is beef jerky?

(Steven guffaws)

- Okay.

Where am I going?

This way? Okay.

Ooh, god.

Okay.

Oh, oh, okay.

What, what?

What?

Where am I going?

In here?

Oh, okay.

Hey, okay.

Can you flip, please?

I don't know what that means.

Okay.

Can I see? Okay.

Okay.

So Popeye, okay

- Oh, yes!

Oh, my god.

Ahhh.

Come on, y'all saw me.

Literally vomiting to show

how inept I am at 21 questions.

Vomiting all over the place.

- f*ck it, yeah.

- You're gonna do it?

- Yeah.

- Okay, he's forfeited.

- And then ultimately

just throwing away the challenge,

because I know that

at the end of the day,

I needed to get past three hours

in order for some money

to go in the Snitch Stash.

- Popeye, keepy-ups

with a tiger.

Popeye's doing

keepy-ups with a tiger.

Conor McGregor

is slurping a banana.

Only related to card counting,

over the pandemic,

I learned a memory technique

called Person-Action-Object.

Essentially what you do

is you assign

a person, an action, and an object

to an individual playing card.

So, for example,

seven of diamonds, for me,

is Conor McGregor

punching a punching bag.

Punching is the action.

The object is the punching bag.

Then what you do, once you've

got all of that internalised,

is when you see

three playing cards,

you take the person

from card one,

the action from card two,

and the object from card three,

and you create a picture.

(cage clacks shut)

Popeye is doing keepy-ups

Popeye is doing keepy-ups

with a tiger.

Popeye is doing keepy-ups

with a tiger.

Conor McGregor is slurping

Popeye doing

keepy-ups with a tiger.

Popeye

Popeye is doing

keepy-ups with

(ride snaps)

—a tiger.

Playing cards are abstract.

They're hard to remember.

And by remembering

Popeye doing

keepy-ups with a tiger

It doesn't matter

what Sam is yelling,

because it's not

the same kind of thought.

Popeye's doing

keepy-ups with a tiger.

Conor McGregor's

slurping a banana.

Popeye's doing

keepy-ups with a tiger.

Conor McGregor's

slurping a banana.

Where? Popeye's doing

keepy-ups with a tiger.

Conor McGregor's

slurping a banana.

Popeye's doing

keepy-ups with a tiger.

Conor McGregor's

slurping a banana.

- It was worse

last time, though.

Now, I'm even more scared.

Because last time,

it was even worse.

That's not right.

No

(ride snaps)

(Georgia yelps softly)

(Georgia shrieks)

- Conor McGregor

is slurping

a banana.

(Georgia chuckles)

It's read this way.

(Steven sighs)

- (giggles) Yeah.

- Popeye is doing keep-ups.

Popeye

(Georgia snickers)

- Does it now?

Why do I not think that?

- TRISTAN:

Okay, that is incorrect.

- That is not incorrect.

Are you kidding me?

Can I look at them again?

Jack of clubs,

five of hearts.

- The thing that they

might not have realized

is that the color on

the back of the cards

needs to be right too.

- (muttering) Jack of clubs,

five of hearts, six of clubs.

Jack of hearts,

five of diamonds, six of clubs.

Jack of hearts,

five of hearts, six of clubs.

Show me the cards, please.

(Steven slurring words)

I got it r—

I got it right!

What? Can we double—

That's right!

Oh, the—the colours?

You never said the colours.

Can I go back?

Red, all blue—

Oh, I hate you all.

The colours of the cards?

Red, all blue, red?

Yeah, got it.

Red, all blue, red.

That's bullshit, okay.

I got the cards right, though.

- Flip, please.

(ride snaps)

- STEVEN: Aaah!

- Jesus Christ.

- STEVEN: I didn't know

the colours mattered.

- SAM:

That's like my seventh time.

- That's fun, eh?

- I love this one.

- I have it, yeah.

I didn't know the colours

of the cards mattered.

Oh, yeah.

Well, I frickin' hung out

in that cave for an hour.

- Yeah.

- But

I need to nail this task

just in case.

- Yeah.

- And then throw

the last one, I guess.

- Okay.

- We just need

I need me and Georgia

to each win one.

- Mm, okay. Interesting.

- I'm sorry that she's

not having a good time.

Is she okay?

Okay, well we can

offer her a penalty

if she wants to give up.

Okay, well why don't

we offer her a penalty?

- You have to win.

- SAM: Good luck.

- I'm struggling.

- STEVEN: No, I've got it.

- No, I'm getting it.

I'm gonna do it.

- I'm just talking next one.

- STEVEN: I have it.

Don't worry, Georgia.

I've got this one. It's so easy.

- GEORGIA: You got it, good.

- Yeah, yeah, I have it.

I didn't know there was colours.

- We need a win!

- You cheeky people

with your colours of the cards.

What is this sh*t?

- Welcome back.

What is the issue?

- It's really terrifying.

- Yeah?

- Should we make this

the last time?

- The last after.

- One more time?

- Yeah, I can do this.

So, yes, now

I'm stuck constantly

going back on the ride

over and over again,

and trying to waste

as much time as possible.

But also hoping that

if anyone sees me,

that it doesn't look like

I'm wasting so much time.

And it didn't get any less scary.

(ride snaps)

(Georgia shouts)

God dammit.

This was such a bad idea.

- That is so mean.

How dare you guys not tell

me the colours mattered.

Yeah, here we go.

So as you can see,

it's all

- Al frente.

- Because Popeye is doing

keepy-ups with a tiger.

And Conor McGregor

is slurping a banana.

- MS. TERRY: Steven's off

to the final stage.

Lucky for them, it's undergoing

annual maintenance right now.

So I left each player

a ball, a cup,

and a shared pile of stuff.

They must get the ball

into the cup.

But they can't throw it,

and they must be

completely behind this line

before they release it.

When the ball lands

in the cup,

they've finished the challenge.

(Steven chuckles)

- Oh, interesting.

Uh huh.

- Will it be said

that I took the penalty?

- No.

- Okay, I'll take the penalty.

- BEN: Okay, wait here.

- But it won't be said?

- They'll know how long

this took you in total.

- I'll take a penalty then.

(Steven gasps)

- Oh, now we're talking.

(Steven blurts chuckle)

(muttering)

You can f*ck right off.

(Steven chuckles)

(objects crushing)

- Oh.

Hi.

I would.

- CRYSTAL (ride vo):

Oh my gosh, you made it!

You've heard about our little

- Okay.

- So currently, this is

largely kinda k*lling time.

It would be really, really bad

if we did everything in

under three and a half hours.

So firstly, I've taken

the two most useful things

which is the tape.

I've put it in there.

I've also taken the alpaca book

and put it in there.

'Cause I'm the only one

that actually looked at it.

It's annoying that that's here.

I've laid out some stuff

so that it looks like

I'm doing a lot of things.

So if somebody comes,

it's like,

I've been trying this stuff.

I bore it all, and I'm working.

- This is a lot of fun,

by the way.

- Is it?

- Yeah.

Queen of Hearts, Ace of Spades.

- RIDE ATTENDANT: All clear to start!

- King of Queens.

- Oh, that's so f*cked up!

- Three of hearts.

Three of diamonds.

- Oh, you are a sadist!

- Four of hearts.

Seven of hearts.

- I never liked Jet Lag!

- Three of spades

seven of hearts.

(ride snaps)

- Aren't we really high?!

Oh my f*cking god!

Oh my god!

- CRYSTAL: still exploring for

(Sam mutters indistinctly)

Shut the hell up!

- Okay.

Just testing a theory.

Noooo!

- Okay, so, I'mma be able

to go and do this very easily

because I have not

been listening to Sam.

No, you sound like white noise.

There's no such thing

as a tri—

Anyway, I don't—

Okay, alright,

can I get out of here please?

(cage clatters open)

(Foreign Man sighs)

Okay.

Okay.

Out of this?

Okay.

Four of hearts

Queen of diamonds,

jack of hearts.

Four of hearts.

Four of hearts.

(Steven grunts)

- Actually, just for

good measure

Okay, that's better effort, okay.

- CRYSTAL:

drawings of crystals

and these strange,

tree-like creatures.

When I was little

I would hear fantastic

stories about these trolls.

- Can you tell me

if the back of the cards

need to be the same as well?

Red, red, blue, blue,

red, blue.

Red, red, blue, blue,

red, blue.

Okay.

Please don't—

Let's just get it over with.

I don't want you

to do anything

but sit there, exist.

It's red, red,

blue, blue, red, blue.

I can't f*cking stand you.

- Okay.

- Oh my god,

just drop me already!

(ride snaps)

Into hell!

(Steven guffaws)

- Okay, this might be

really difficult.

f*ck.

- RealLifeLore is better.

Oh my god, okay, alright.

Let's get it over with.

Red, red, blue, blue,

red, blue.

Red, red

Okay, so I need

a blue three

and a blue four.

Haven't even touched the blues.

Red, red, blue, blue.

So I need a blue three of spades.

(Foreign Man sighs)

And a four of hearts.

Red, red, blue, blue,

red, blue.

King of diamonds.

I need a blue

king of diamonds.

Wait, is it?

Okay, good.

Oh my god.

Hopefully, I can get safety.

Hopefully, this means that

I'll get another vote.

I could get Steven out.

- STEVEN: God damn.

Hey, dude.

Ball— Grab your ball.

How— How are you feeling?

- Are you talking about the vomit?

'Cause, yeah.

(Steven laughs)

I don't think I'm going to vomit.

- No, I just mean

How was the memory thing?

- Feeling good.

- Yeah?

- Feeling great.

- Just need something

to secure this.

- It has to be from behind here.

- C'Oh, can we bowl it in?

- They said I can't throw it

but I can roll it.

- Oh my god, that's such a

better idea than what I'm doing.

- Almost.

- I thought this was smart.

Hey!

- Hello!

- Hi.

- We'd love to tell you

we have a great system for this.

You need your ball.

But

- Damn it. Can you catch that?

- Got you.

- Ninja.

- Got you.

Okay, this is the red line?

- Yeah.

- This is my ball?

This is all the stuff

that I can use?

- Yeah.

- Yeah.

- It's anything

behind this line.

So you could use the

tractor in theory.

(bubble wrap rips)

I came here, and I was like,

this'll be easy.

I'll use the bubble wrap

to funnel it in.

I was wrong.

How you doing?

- Good, how are you?

- Huh?

- Good?

- Yeah.

How many times try—

How many rides

did you have to do

on the memory thing?

- Oh, I'm s—

Ugh, I'm sorry, okay?

That's all I'm gonna say

is I'm really sorry.

I apologize.

- More than four?

Oh, dear, okay.

It's alright.

- You don't even wanna know.

- What about the 20 questions?

- One ride, you?

- Oh!

- Wow.

- Can you not run across my bit

when I'm bowling?

- Huh?

- Is there tape?

- Tape would be great.

- Something's gotta change.

(small objects clattering)

- Yeah, okay, so

here's the scoop, right?

So there's a ball.

See the ball?

- TYSON: Yeah.

- Okay, here's a rock.

- TYSON: Yep.

- Can I hit the ball

with the rock?

Check it out.

Nope.

- Okay, okay.

- Here.

Give me that if it works.

Close.

- Take out the momentum.

- Well, that was

a great throw, Steven.

"Thanks, me."

Oh, k*ll me!

- This is infinitely more exciting

than what's happening.

(others giggling)

- You're locked in now.

Let's go.

- Oof!

- Jesus.

Damn.

- Come on, come on, come on!

God damn it!

Oh, f*ck.

Georgia, it's come off.

- Pfft.

I just want to cry.

- Ooh!

- Who got it?

- I got it.

- Oh, Patch got it.

(Patch and Matt giggle)

- TYSON: I gotcha.

- That's clever.

- Well, that doesn't

make a difference for me.

Oh, maybe it does.

- Really?

- Oh, that was so close.

(group giggling)

- Oh, did you see that?

Did you actually see that?

Yes!

- Yes!

- Georgia!

(Georgia squeals)

Yes! Come on!

- Good job! Good job!

(both high-five)

Come on, Foreign.

Just steal my pole.

- Oh my god.

Yay.

(phone ringing)

- Oh my god.

- There's a phone?

- Where's my jacket?

(phone continues ringing)

- Do the honours.

- (sighs) Hello.

- MS. TERRY:

Congratulations, players,

on completing your final challenge.

For your performance

on individual stages,

Foreign earned one extra vote.

Steven, you also earned one.

Georgia, you earned

two extra votes.

The total cumulative time

you all took to complete

the challenge was

four hours, 33 minutes,

and nine seconds.

Well above the three hours

and 30 minutes

needed to keep the money

in the Loyal Loot.

That means $3,000 have now

moved to the Snitch Stash.

You now have

one last opportunity

to discuss your final elimination.

I'll call you when

it's time to vote.

- So, do I hang it up?

- Just so you—

We can hang it up.

We've heard enough from her.

So the first, in the cave,

there was not another piece.

Well, I say there wasn't a piece.

There wasn't a piece that I found.

And I am telling you now,

I looked everywhere.

Including around where

people were standing.

Anyway, so eventually

I took one of your pieces,

put it in, and went,

"That's a square."

And so that was

- Smart.

- That was why

that was a nightmare.

Yeah, so, how many times—

Well, I mean, what happened

with the next thing?

So how many times

were you in the—

- Man, listen here.

I think that I have

vindicated myself

of whatever scepticism,

whatever commitment

there is to the g*ng.

- I know, I'm not, I'm not—

- No, I'm just saying,

I'm more so saying this

for myself because

- I just want to first rec—

- You haven't been skeptical?

- I— Listen, no!

- Foreign.

- I puked

- Okay.

- for the g*ng.

- Congrats.

- Thank you.

- Foreign

- How many rounds

did you have to do?

- I'm not attacking you.

- No, no, no, I'm not.

This is the stress of

a man that's puked,

fell off an alpaca

threw water on a patron!

Anyway, Georgia.

- Right, so how many times

did you do the ride?

- Hmm?

- How many times

did you do the ride?

- Uh, three.

- Okay.

For the memory thing,

I got all the cards in one,

but I didn't realise

the colours mattered.

So I had to go again.

- Yeah, same.

- Same? Okay.

How many times?

(Steven laughs)

- You don't even want to know.

I— I did it—

I— I couldn't figure it out.

I took a penalty.

- STEVEN: It's okay. It's okay.

- I apologize,

but I really, I really k*lled us

on round number three.

- Yeah.

- So I'm happy

that you didn't.

Because I really did poorly.

- It was

- I apologize.

- Okay, the only thing

I want to say

Georgia, you have, of course,

an omnipotent power here.

Because two votes,

including your already vote,

one vote, one extra vote.

So you can, in many ways,

veto this.

I think that the one thing

that we need to consider,

whoever is the last

two people standing.

If one of them are the Snitch

then nobody gets anything.

- Yes.

- So you want

a Loyal up there.

So if there's been any type of

- Skullduggery?

- Skullduggery afoot.

Any doubt, this is

the vote that counts.

(phone ringing)

- Oh my god, already?

- Perfect timing.

- MS. TERRY:

It's time for your final vote.

Steven, you'll go first.

(Foreign Man sighs)

- Foreign.

Steven.

Foreign.

Foreign.

Steven.

Foreign.

Foreign.

(phone ringing)

(Georgia sighs)

- Hello?

- MS. TERRY:

Foreign, you've been eliminated.

Please leave Glenwood Caverns.

- Hey guys.

- What the hell

are you all doing?

- We brought you a friend.

- MATT: What up?

- Here, let's go down this way.

It'll be a nice shot.

- What's up, man?

- What's happening?

- So I thought it might be

interesting to start with

you letting them know

what your role is.

- What do you think?

- What's your

- Just guess, for the plot.

What do you think?

- No, just go ahead

and tell them.

Just go, yeah.

- Oh, okay.

I'm the Snitch.

- Same.

(Patch giggles)

- Are you really?

- Oh, that's really strange.

- Are you also a Snitch?

- I also am the Snitch.

- Oh, yeah, everyone's a Snitch.

- Oh, that's right.

That's how it is.

(Matt cracks up)

- All of us.

- Oh, that's some bullshit.

'Cause I thought—!

(scattered giggling)

- DAN: Yeah.

(scattered giggling)

- Oh.

- Good sell.

- There are some things

starting to make sense?

- Ohhh.

- PATCH: So you didn't suspect

a thing the whole time?

You thought you were the one.

- I thought I was the one.

- PATCH: Yeah.

- So did we.

- Yeah, we all did.

- Really a lesson in humility.

- Yeah.

- Seriously.

- It's really funny when you get

some of the most narcissistic

people on the planet

and tell them that they are the

special snowflake of a show.

And we all just kind of

believe you unconditionally.

Not second guessing it once.

Of course we're the stars!

But for the wrong reasons.

- MS. TERRY:

Steven and Georgia,

you've made it to

the end of the road.

Hopefully, you've made the

right decisions to get here.

Now it's time to find out.

Proceed to my hideout

at the Hotel Colorado,

where we will reveal

whether each of you is Loyal

or a Sn—

(Georgia sighs)

- Um, I

It's gonna be really—

I don't know how

everyone's gonna feel.

- It feels

It feels very bittersweet.

I really love all of these people.

I don't know how much that

comes across on camera.

Because when

I'm playing the game,

I'm really trying to

do everything I can.

But the result is that

I feel good that I won,

but then I feel like

I've betrayed everyone.

Which feels pretty bad,

honestly.

(sighs) I don't know how

Georgia's gonna react.

Georgia

I'll be so upset if she's

Yeah.

- I actually think

Steven will be impressed.

I think that he'll be like,

"Oh my god, good on you."

I think that he takes

the game really well.

- I don't know.

I don't know

how she's gonna react.

I think she'll be like,

"Well done, fair play."

But if she feels betrayed,

she feels betrayed.

And I'll feel bad because

I really like Georgia.

I like everybody.

(phone ringing)

Hello.

- MS. TERRY:

Steven and Georgia

congratulations again

on being our final two.

Over the course of this road trip,

you braved desert winds,

fed demanding diners,

wrangled savage alpacas,

tore through

the streets of Moab,

and rode a lot of

theme park rides.

You also outmanoeuvred

four other players,

earning the spots

you stand in today.

Of the $10,000 that

began in the Loyal Loot,

you kept 3,425

of them there

and allowed $6,575

to move to the Snitch Stash.

As a reminder,

if you are both Loyals,

you both win and split

the Loyal Loot.

But if there's a Snitch on

the other end of this line,

they will win the full amount

in the Snitch Stash,

and any remaining Loyal

will get nothing.

Now, please set the phone down

and close your eyes.

- Yeah, we're ready, yeah.

- MS. TERRY: Okay.

If you played the role of Snitch,

raise your right hand.

Now

open your eyes.

(Foreign Man high-fives)

- Wh

Are you actually kidding?

(Georgia laughs ecstatically)

(others giggle)

You have to be joking.

(laughs)

You have to be kidding me!

Is this for real?

- PATCH:

You played super well, man.

- Oh my god!

No, no way!

- You played so well.

(Steven guffaws)

(Georgia continues laughing)

You can't stop Georgia!

- Bring it in.

- Wait, wh—

- PATCH:

Good game, good game.

- Wait, what?

- Good game.

- GG.

- Awh, yeah!

- I don't understand!

Wait, were we all snitching?

- MATT: Yes!

- DAN: Yeah.

- Noooo!

- It was all of us

the whole time.

- We all thought

we were so clever!

- Yep.

- And yet!

(group applauds)

- Oh!

- No way!

Oh my gosh.

- GEORGIA: Ohhhh!

(contestants applaud)

- Oh, this feels

so much better.

Oh, I feel so much better

about screwing you over now.

(Georgia and Steven laugh)

I feel so much better

about screwing you over.

I thought you were

going to hate me.

All of our same—

We must have had

the same kind of conversations

with the camera all the time.

- No, that's so great.

That's gonna be so funny.

- I can't believe it.

- I'm all good. I'm all good.

- I was like, I came to this.

I had to play it the best I could.

- I'm all good.

- I was like, I was gonna feel so bad

if I went out on the first day.

- When we really allied—

That was the first point.

But when we real—

when we really allied

was at the cooking challenge.

- DAN: Slide it yeah!

(door rolls shut)

- MATT: Woo-hoo-hoo!

(contestants cheer, applaud)

(motor revs)

- VALENTINA: That was better.

That was so good.

- TRENTON: Woo!

- VALENTINA: That's a wrap!

- That's a wrap.

- TRENTON: That's a wrap

on The Getaway.

- VALENTINA:

That's a wrap, everybody!

- Congrats.

- Congrats.

Thank you, Valentina.

- VALENTINA:

High five. Yeah!

- Can't believe we did it.
