later withdrew the complaint.

These claims were proven to be false,

but I'm willing to tell you the truth.

It has been so painful.

It has been devastating for

me, for my family, for my friends.

I don't wish this on anybody.

Subsequently, the restraining

order was dismissed by a judge.

In response, Ricky filed a $20

million lawsuit against the individual.

In July, 2023, Ricky

and Juan announced their

decision to divorce after

six years of marriage.

Their joint statement

emphasized love, respect, and a

shared commitment to

co-parenting their children.

Ricky revealed that it was a decision long

in the making, rooted

in mutual understanding

and a desire for

personal growth.

By August, the couple finalized

their divorce, maintaining
