super-cool, colorful fireworks

the carnival can officially begin.

she won the Ultimate Garage

and had a big victory party.

That's why I'm cancelling this carnival,

so no one celebrates Dash

or her Twin Mill ever again!

Racers, we can't let Dash down.

We have to rescue the Twin Mill.

Coop, Mac, if we use the ramp,

we can stop Professor Rearview

at the tire shop.

Racers, I'm bringing Rearview

back to the Ultimate Garage.

Yeah, that sounds like a bad idea.

You'll see. But you need to make sure

the bat is there, too.

Well, that shouldn't be a problem,

because it's chasing us!

[screeches]

Okay, Squeakers, all I gotta do now

is stretch, and we will be ready

to do the stunt and kick off the carnival.

[bat screeching]

[laughs] Finish line up ahead! Woo-hoo!

-[gasps]

-[Speedy] Oh, no!

Oh, yeah! Oh, yeah!

Who's the fastest? I'm the fastest!

I won! Ha-ha! First place, for me!

I told you I was the fastest!

You might have some speed,

but I have the Twin Mill.

[screeches]

Sorry, professor, but it's time

to get this party started.

[powers up]

[Spark] It's working! The bright fireworks

are scaring the bat.

but I'll get the last laugh

when Cruise beats you all

at the next race!

[laughs]

The fireworks went off,

so you know what that means.

stole the Twin Mill, but we got it back.

Right. Plus, we learned you and Rearview

were campers together

at the Ultimate Garage Racing Camp.

And you beat him!

And that's why I know you all

have what it takes to win the next race.

But before we get to that,

win the race or the Ultimate Garage.

cost his pals some serious speed.

But it's great for Cruise.

She has the lead as she exits the tunnels!

[Speedy] Cruise uses the speed booster

to take the tracks into the sky.

[laughs] Look out, clouds, here I come.

[Speedy] Coop is in second, followed by

Brights, Spark, Axle, Mac and Sidecar.

[racers cheering]

Oh, yeah!

It's like an epic rollercoaster

in the sky!

And there's Cruise.

C'mon, Coop, you can still win this race.

Good gears! Coop is tearing up the track

and is gaining on Cruise!

And Spark, Brights, Axle, Mac and Sidecar

are still in it too.

[laughs] Like it'll matter.

Coop will lose his cool

and Cruise will win!

Not bad, Coop.

But you're forgetting one thing.

The Street Shrieker has the powers

of my dad's monsters.

I just have to stay calm and race.

[Speedy]

caught up to Cruise.
