We have to get our favorite things back
from Big Jet for show and tell.

Big Jet took my instruments.

He took my microphone.

Listen. I hear Big Jet.

He must be inside that cave
in Chihuahua, Mexico.

[June] That's the Cueva de los Cristales.
After him, Rocket.

[kids] Whoa!

[Quincy] This cave is full
of humongous crystals.

[June] They're so sparkly.
I wonder where Big Jet is hiding.

Do you see Big Jet?

Where?

Yes. There he is behind those crystals.

[engine revs]

[Leo] Uh-oh. He's going to fly out
of the cave with our favorite things.

[Quincy] But look.
Giant crystals are blocking the way out.

[Annie] Now we've got you, Big Jet.
You're trapped.

[booming]

Hey, Big Jet is playing Quincy's timpani.

[Leo] Look. The timpani music
made the red crystals move out of the way.

[crashing]

[Annie] Now he's playing Quincy's cymbals.

[Quincy] The cymbal music made
the white crystals move out of the way.

[plays "Carmen, Suite No. 1"]

[June] He's playing Quincy's double bass.

[Annie] Uh-oh. The double bass music
made the green crystals move away.

[Leo] Now Big Jet can get out of the cave.

[Quincy] He's getting away
with our things for show and tell.

[June] Hurry, Rocket!

Oh, no!

Now the crystals aren't letting Rocket
get out of the cave.

We have to play Quincy's instruments

to make the crystals
move out of Rocket's way.

But we can't play Quincy's instruments.
Big Jet took them.

Don't worry.
We can make music without my instruments.

We can make music using just our bodies.

[snaps] Come on. I'll show you.

To make the red crystals go away,
we have to play timpani music.

[booming]

We can make a timpani sound
by drumming on our laps.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Come on! Drum on your lap with me!

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!

Boom! Boom!

It worked!
The red crystals moved out of the way.

Now we only have to get past
the white crystals and the green crystals.

[crashing]

We need to use our bodies
to make a cymbal sound.

Crash! Crash!

Clap your hands like cymbals with me.

Crash! Crash! Crash! Crash! Crash! Crash!

Crash! Crash!

Yes! The white crystals went away.

Only one more color to go,
the green crystals.

Ooh. This is going to be tricky.

We have to make a double bass sound
with our bodies.

I know. Let's play our lips
like we're plucking the strings,

like this.

[warbles]

Can you go... [warbles]

with your finger on your lips?

Yeah. That's it.

like a double bass with me.

We did it!

Now Rocket can fly out of the cave
and catch up with Big Jet.

[Quincy] I bet Big Jet is
hiding somewhere down there

in the Floating Gardens of Xochimilko.

[Annie] Let's look in there, Rocket.

[Leo] Rocket, transform!

Ooh. The flowers in the floating garden
are gigantic.

There are lots of places
for Big Jet to hide.

Do you see Big Jet?

-[revving engine]
-You're right. There he is.

[revving engine]

[Annie gasps] Look, look, look!

-[revs engine like melody of "Carmen"]
-Big Jet is singing with my microphone!

[June] And he's dancing
with my ballet slippers.

[Quincy] Uh-oh. Big Jet is doing
a lullaby song and dance.

He's making the giant flowers go to sleep.

Oh, no! The sleeping flowers

made a big cage around Rocket.

He's trapped!

[engine revs like laughter]

We need to do a loud song and dance
that'll make the flowers wake up again.

But how?

Big Jet took Annie's microphone
and June's ballet slippers.

Don't worry.

We can do a loud wake-up song
and dance without those things.

Right, Annie?

our favorite things back.

Rocket got my instruments back.

He got my ballet slippers.

[amplified] He got my microphone.

But wait.
Leo didn't get his favorite thing back.

What's Leo's favorite thing?

His baton.

[Quincy] Oh, no.
Big Jet still has Leo's baton.

[June] He's taking it to Chichén Itzá.

[Leo] Look. Big Jet's hiding inside
the giant pyramid, El Castillo.

[June] He's using Leo's baton
to conduct the door's music

to get quieter and quieter.

Diminuendo.

[Quincy] Oh, no.
When the music gets quieter,

the door gets smaller.

Now it's too small for Rocket
to go in and get the baton.

If Leo still had his baton,
he could conduct a crescendo

to make the door's music get louder.

Then the door would grow bigger.

I don't need my baton.
I can conduct a crescendo with my body.

[Annie] Go, Leo.

[Quincy] You can do it.

I need your help to conduct a crescendo.

Put your hands down really low like me.

Good.

Now slowly lift them up higher

to make the door's music get louder.

[Annie] It's working, Leo.
The door's getting louder and bigger.

[Quincy] Rocket can almost get inside.

[June] Uh-oh.

But Big Jet is using Leo's baton again.

He's conducting the door's music
to get even quieter than before,

diminuendo.

[Annie gasps]
He's making the door so tiny.

We need to make the music
get super-duper loud.

Come on.

Let's conduct a crescendo
with our whole bodies,

like this.

Scrunch up your body as small as you can.

Good.

Now slowly reach up
to make your body grow bigger.

That's it. The music is getting louder.

Grow a little bigger.

A little bigger.

Lift your hands over your head
and reach as high as you can.

[music growing louder]

Whoo-hoo!

We made the door's music
get super-duper loud!

[revs engine]

[Quincy] Hooray!

[Annie] Rocket got Leo's baton.

[revs engine]

Now I have my favorite thing back.

with your whole body.

for show and tell.

Rocket has two big sombrero hats

that he got for show and tell.
