that she wants to take care of her baby

when she has children.

You know, what's your plan
on furthering your career?

I mean, it's nice now that you have a job,

-I thought about going back to school.

but I dropped out.

The reason I dropped out
is my dad passed away when I was 20.

I just sort of lost sight
of what direction I was heading in.

Even though I didn't get a degree,

like, I've always had a job.

relying on her law degree and her money,

because if a kid is produced

I was previously married once.

It was his high school sweetheart.

So what happened?

When you go into a marriage, like,
you really discover a lot about a person.

So there was a lot of things,
just, like, incompatibilities

that we, like, learned about each other
through that marriage.

But the main thing
that sort of drove us apart was, um,

for me, it's just we were
going in different directions

in terms of,
like, where we stood religiously.

And I didn't think
it was fair to her or myself

to put her in a place
where she wasn't happy.

In that moment,

I felt the most loving thing
I could do for her was to allow her to...

-[Ramses] We both agreed on divorcing.

It wasn't just you that you did for her.
You both agreed.

We both agreed that
we were going in different directions.

because we've had different ways of life.

and he doesn't, doesn't mean he has to.
