Transmedium: Fastmovers & USOs (2024)

- [Narrator] Darcy Weir is

an independent researcher

and filmmaker who has

traveled around the world

to study the UFO phenomenon.

- [Darcy] Back in August

of 2020, under a shroud

of secrecy, the UAP task

force was clandestinely brought

into existence

within the shadows

of the enigmatic US

Department of Defense.

The purpose of the

UAP task force,

to delve into the enigma

surrounding reports

of unidentified

aerial phenomenon.

Those elusive apparition

like flying objects,

more colloquially

dubbed as UFOs.

Surprisingly, rumors were abuzz

in the intelligence

community of military encounters

with craft that

demonstrated transmedium

capabilities.

In 2021, the intelligence

community had a widely

circulated

report of UAPs that were

photographed in years prior.

One said object

that was included

in the report was

photographed in 2019

by an F-18 fighter

pilot and described

as a large equilateral triangle

with rounded or blunted edges

and large perfectly

spherical white lights in each

corner.

This triangular craft was

said to emerge from the ocean

and then began to

ascend straight upwards

at a 90 degree angle.

UAP that have

originated in the ocean,

that have been described

by navy submarines

and other personnel within

the military have been described

by the UFO community for decades

as USOs, unidentified

submerged objects.

You know, that the fact

of an object not seemingly

being affected by going

from one medium, air to

another medium, water.

There are cases of these

objects entering without a

splash.

Sometimes there is a

splash, sometimes there isn't.

It could be whether a

certain field is on or not

though,

and not necessarily

slowing down at all

when they enter the water.

- [Darcy] The United

States Navy secretly classifis

USOs

as fast movers, which

display remarkable speeds

and agility beyond

the capabilities

of known human

made submersibles.

These sightings and

detections have peaked the

interest

of the UAP task force,

and it seems they have

been cataloging the transmedium

capabilities of these objects

for the intelligence

community and the DoD.

(upbeat music)

The story begins with the

GoFast UAP video and NASA's-

- UAP evidence.

But part of our

statement of task is

to assess the scientific

analysis techniques

that are available and

how we might use them

to determine physical

constraints on UAP.

You know, the UAP reports

with the most detailed

contextual information are the

ones

from the Navy aviators

with known separation

in time, you can figure

out how far it moved.

And in this case, this

object moved about 390 meters

in 22 seconds, and

that corresponds

to a velocity of just

40 miles per hour.

This is a parallax effect case.

Thank you.

- My questions regarding

this phenomena led me

to American Oceanographer

and retired rear

Admiral, Tim Gallaudet.

How long did you serve for

the Navy and worked for NOAA?

- I served in the

Navy for 32 years,

and I then worked for NOAA

after that for about

three and a half years.

- While you were serving

in the Navy, you had an

encounter,

well, you witnessed

something while aboard a ship

or while were you at,

you know, a Navy office

when you saw this video?

Right, so I was in my office

and the situation was,

I was the commander

of all the US Navy's

meteorologists and

oceanographers.

And so my job was

to oversee them

and they deployed on

various ships for training

and for operations.

And during 2015, the Navy

was conducting a large exercise

off the US East Coast

involving the USS Theodore

Roosevelt.

And I received an email on

the Navy's secret network,

and it was from my boss at

US Fleet Forces Command,

the operations officer

that worked for him,

two star Admiral,

overseeing this exercise

and the title

of the email was "Urgent

Safety Of Flight Issue."

And in the body of the

email, he was very brief

and said, "If any of you,"

and there were about

20 other admirals,

and one and two stars addressed

that were under the US

Fleet Forces command,

"If any of you know what

these are, tell me ASAP

because we're having

numerous near mid-air collisions

and we might have to

cancel the exercise."

And attached was the now

famous and leaked GoFast video.

(static hissing)

- [Official] Tango, six

one, Tango, object (indistinct).

- [Official 2] Oh,

got it! (laughs)

- [Official] Roger,

there's trouble sh**ting

(indistinct).

- [Official 2] You

got smoking target.

- No, I took an auto track.

- Oh, okay.

Oh my gosh, dude. Wow.

- [Official] What is

that, man? Look at it fly.

- Of course I was

surprised, but I knew then and

there

that we didn't have

technology that could do that.

And I knew it wasn't an

adversary's capability

because that was a

US training range,

which is strictly controlled

and we would not have

allowed any ship, foreign ship

to deploy something like that.

And so we had monitored

that range very strictly.

And so I received that

email and I knew then

that this was likely

extraterrestrial origin

that people have long

speculated about.

And I called in my deputy,

he was a senior civilian,

and he and I spoke

at length about this,

and we were surprised, but

a little bit not surprised

because of all that's

been coming out.

And the more interesting

thing is the next day it was

wiped

from my computer and my deputy's

and everybody else

who was on the email.

And so I knew then

that I surmised

that this must have

been in some kind

of compartmented program

and that this two star

admiral had sent it

to us, he didn't know about it

and then whoever was in

control of this program found

out,

and they of course

withdrew all the information.

And what was interesting

to me though is I was the

chief meteorologist in the Navy,

and my job was safety of flight

for whenever air

operations are going on

that my meteorologists

were forecasting for those.

And so this was a real

top priority for me.

And I could not-

- [Darcy] Like flights

off of aircraft carriers,

flights off of whatever.

- Airfield off the

land airfield training

or aircraft carriers, both

in training events like this one

or deployed overseas,

which I have done.

I've served on a Navy

aircraft carrier.

And so what what

was surprising is

that I met with my

commander and his staff

and all the other

subordinate commanders

that were on this email

thread every month.

And the next meeting

and the next, the next,

none of this was

ever talked about.

I mean, we almost canceled

a major exercise required

to deploy overseas

to the fifth fleet.

And these are so

structured and the timing is so

compressed

that to do so is

a real major deal.

The four star knew for sure.

He probably reported to

the chief of naval operations

and no one ever talked about it.

I couldn't believe it.

But again, I figured it was

in some intelligence

communities black program

and that's why no

one talked about it.

But then, you know, after

I got outta the Navy

and the government, that's

when I began speaking up about

it

and it had already been

leaked in the New York Times.

- Okay, so this was

2015, you saw this.

You were in service.

Do you think the gentleman

within the Navy who shared

that email got

reprimanded for doing so?

- Oh, I have no way of

knowing. I doubt it.

This is a real fine

officer with impeccable

integrity.

He was just doing his job

and well, I mean,

so I would not know.

But his boss was a very,

I won't name names,

but the four star

who was his boss,

US Fleet Forces

commander, no matter

what intelligence

community official, he woulde

stood

by his people.

He was a great leader.

I highly doubt it.

Because, I mean, his

boss, the four star,

he would never reprimand

him for something like that.

That's doing his job,

safety of flight.

- But you knew that it's

in the middle of the ocean.

It's not a drone because

drones need more fuel

and more, let's say battery.

- Well, it was a

small circular object.

It had none of the

features of any of the drones

operating

in the US inventory or

any of our adversaries.

So it's definitely

not a human made drone

in the appearance of it.

- Yeah, could have been a

non-human intelligence drone

though, for all we know.

- Well, now we know after

this historic hearing.

Yes, in all likelihood, it was.

- I'll now recognize Mr.

Graves for five minutes

for your opening statement.

- Thank you, Chairman

Grothman, ranking member Garcia,

distinguished members of

the House Oversight Subcommittee

on National Security,

Representative Burchett and

Luna.

My name is Ryan FOBS Graves,

and I'm a former F-18 pilot

with a decade of

service in the US Navy,

including two deployments

in Operation Enduring Freedom

and Operation Inherent Resolve.

I have experienced

advanced UAP firsthand,

and I'm here to

voice the concerns

of more than 30 commercial

air crew and military veterans

who have confided their

similar encounters with me.

In 2014, I was an

F-18 Foxtrot pilot

in the Navy Fighter Attack

Squadron 11, the Red Rippers,

and I was stationed at NAS

Oceana in Virginia Beach.

After upgrades were made

to our jet's radar systems,

we began detecting

unknown objects operating

in our airspace.

At first, we assumed

they were radar errors,

but soon we began to

correlate the radar tracks

with multiple onboard

sensors, including infrared

systems,

eventually through visual ID.

During a training mission

in warning area Whiskey-72,

10 miles off the coast

of Virginia Beach,

two F-18 Super Hornets

were split by a UAP.

The object described as a

dark gray or a black cube inside

of a clear sphere came

within 50 feet of the lead

aircraft

and was estimated to be

five to 15 feet in diameter.

The mission commander

terminated the flight

immediately

and returned to base.

Our squadron submitted

a safety report,

but there was no official

acknowledgement of the incident

and no further mechanism

to report the sightings.

Soon these encounters

became so frequent

that aircrew would

discuss the risk

of UAP as part of their

regular pre-flight briefs.

- And there were many

of them, by the way.

- Ryan Graves was saying

that these were showing up

on your sensors for days.

- Right.

In fact, this was the exact time

Ryan Graves was flying.

He was flying off the

Theodore Roosevelt

and so these were the

objects he was seeing

when he was flying.

- Do you think the Navy

knows, like generals

and servicemen are

well aware of UAPs

or USOs, unidentified

submerged objects in our oceans?

- I've talked to a

few retired officers

who have seen sonar

signatures of these

that can't be explained by

anything made by our navy

or our adversary navies.

And so obviously there's

a working level knowledge.

It's not throughout the fleet,

but there are known occurrences.

I also have been talking

to this growing community

of experts, people like

Lou Elizondo and Chris Mellon.

I've even published an

article with Chris Mellon

and they know and have

interviewed people

who seen these objects either

on their sensor

data or visually.

- Mr. Fravor,

do you believe

that you witnessed an

additional object under the

water

in relation to your encounter?

- I will say we did

not see an object.

There was something there

to cause the whitewater,

and when we turned

around, it was gone.

So there was something

there that obviously moved.

- Okay, but it was not

the same object though

that you were

looking at, correct?

- No, we actually joked

that the Tic-Tac was

communicating

with something when we came back

and because whitewater

disappeared.

- Obviously, you're

very interested

in what's going on

in our oceans, right?

So have you ever heard of

the term being discussed

by even these retired navy

men of what's called fast

movers?

- I have.

And no, I can't confirm

there is an official

program like that.

I don't have working

knowledge of it,

but I've talked to people

who do, and I'll just say that.

- Technically anything

they've spoken

to you about is

completely classified

and you're not at

liberty to discuss that.

- Right.

And look just like all

the UAP information

that Dave Grusch has

been coming forward with,

so that right now, all of

that has not been disclosed.

- It's classified.

- Yeah.

- Do you have any personal

knowledge of people

who have been harmed or

injured in efforts to cover up

or conceal these

extraterrestrial technology?

- Yes, personally.

- Have you heard

anyone been m*rder*d

that you know of or

have heard of, I guess?

- I have to be careful

asking that question.

I directed people

with that knowledge

to the appropriate authorities.

- Maybe if we could get it

in a confidential area of

SCIF, we could talk about that

but unfortunately, we were

denied access to the SCIF

and that's very

unfortunate in this scenario.

- In the pursuit to uncover more

about a supposed

fast mover program

within the Navy, I was led

to Mark D'Antonio, an

astronomer photo and video

analyst

for MUFON Mutual UFO Network.

Mark would share with

me his experience

with a USO while aboard

a navy submarine.

Now, I heard through the

grapevine that you had a

experience

with what some people call

a fast mover in the Navy.

- Yeah, I can tell

you about that.

- Can you tell me

about first possible

like navy encounters

with what are described as USOs?

- Yeah, I mean, USOs

are really important

unknown submersible objects.

And that what happened

years earlier in the Atlantic

Ocean.

Decades ago, that's

plural, decades ago,

I was doing some work for

the Navy, I still do work

for the Navy, and I

was asked if I wanted

to go on a submarine for

a little trip so I did.

And while on that sub,

that one only time I ever went

on a sub for this trip,

I got seasick of course,

because I'm not a sailor.

And so when I got on the

boat, I was just hoping

to keep my stomach intact.

On the surface, they roll

like you can't believe, you

know,

especially when there's a

storm passing through, hello.

But when they're

underwater, it feels like this

right here.

You don't know you're moving,

then you might feel

a little vibration.

Okay, it goes through your feet

as it changed water

temperature or whatever, but

that's it.

So once we were smooth, I

went and sat in a sonar shack,

which is four consoles.

The first console was manned.

The second console, third

and fourth were not.

I asked if I could

sit in the second

and they said, "Yes, just

don't touch anything."

"I won't touch it."

And so I sat there trying

to regain my stomach

and I sat there like this going,

okay, don't throw up

on the captain's shoes.

We're gonna have

dinner with 'em later.

Oh God, I don't want

to eat, you know?

And so the nature of a

submarine is that it's noisy

inside.

You hear air.

- All the motors and machines.

- There are all

kinds of machinery.

And of course the

navy prides itself

on not letting that

noise get out of a hull.

So I sat there and

that constant din

of white noise was

actually putting me asleep.

So I ended up just nodding off

and all of a sudden I'm

awakened by the sonar guy.

"Con sonar, con sonar,

fast mover, fast mover."

I jolt awake going,

"Fast mover? Oh no.

Oh no, it's a torpedo."

I immediately got

adrenaline surge.

I thought I was about to

die inside this iron coffin.

That's what I thought.

And the executive

officer just sort

of saunters around the corner

and he looks down, I'm

thinking, wow, he's pretty calm

in the face of a

torpedo incoming.

At least I made

it into a torpedo.

And the XO as their

called looks around

and says, "What

do you got?"

And the kid was facing

that way and the XO was facing

me.

I'm at the edge of my seat

leaning like it's something

you do every day, trying

to hear the conversation

'cause it was hard to hear.

And the kid gave him the bearing

in the range softer

than next sentence

and I didn't hear that.

But I did hear when the

XO asked for the speed

and the kid said loudly,

he turned in his seat like this

and he held his hands out.

And at first he

didn't say anything.

He's like, "Several

hundred knots, sir."

And he just kept his

hands like this, right,

'cause he didn't know

what to do with it.

A sonar guy is supposed

to classify every

single thing they see.

They're supposed to know.

This one, he didn't know

because he couldn't possibly

know.

And so he was like this,

not knowing what to do.

And the XO said to him,

"Okay, log and dog it."

And he went, "Sir, yes

sir," and he went right back

to work, no questions

asked, nothing.

Well, me, Mr. Bigshot,

because I was invited, you see,

on this boat, so I'm

an important person.

I know you can see

where this is going.

I get up and I go over to the XO

and I said, "Sir, well I'm

familiar with these fast movers.

Is there anything I

can help you with?"

By the way, seasickness gone.

As soon as I heard

this, I was like, gone.

You know, so it's

psychological in part.

I say, "Is there anything

I can help you with, sir?"

He looks at me and he

goes, "D'Antonio, right?"

I go, "Sir, yes sir."

He says, "You're having

a good trip so far?

"Sir, yes, sir."

And he goes, "Let's

keep it that way."

Okay. And he walked away.

So I was like, okay.

And he said it in a nice way.

He wasn't like,

let's keep it that.

He said, "Let's

keep it that way,"

and he turned and walked away.

- [Darcy] He doesn't

wanna talk about it.

- He didn't wanna talk about it.

And I thought if I saw something

on just one trip, they

must be very common,

so I started looking

into it and they are.

I found other submarines

and they laugh,

"Oh yeah, we call those

things jellyfish on our boat."

"Jellyfish?"

"Yeah, Just to classify

'em 'cause they don't go

anywhere.

We don't know what they

are." - It's just a code word.

- They don't make noise

so that's sort of like

the little in joke, right?

Jellyfish don't make noises.

So they call 'em jellyfish

just to name them something.

- So how does sonar work?

Can you kind of explain

that for the audience a little

bit?

Is it like an echolocation

sort of technology?

- Sonar is a lot like light.

And the physics of light are,

you have might have

a source like the sun

and it emits photons and

the light bounces off an object

and then hits your eye

and that allows you

to register what that is.

Sonar works in the same

way, but at much lower

frequencies.

And so a pulse is emitted

from a transducer or an object

that emanates sound, and

it is received by a hydrophone

and it's basically

vibrations of the molecules in

the water

and that's what registers

a sound at a certain signal

level.

- [Darcy] So an object

that is emitting.

- Yeah, and there's

two forms of it.

There's passive sonar,

which just listens for noise

that's generated by anything

and then there's active

sonar, which is like radar.

And it's where something

like a sonar, a USS ship

or submarine emits

a sound signal

and it bounces off an

object and comes back

and allows you to

determine the distance

to which that object is

and also over time, it's speed.

- [Darcy] That's when

you're pinging someone.

- That's right.

Exactly right, yeah.

- And then several years

later, I have to do a job

for the joint chiefs

down in Washington.

In fact, it was a

presidential model, had to do

for the president of

the United States.

So I did this model,

I drove it down.

I went to a home of one

of the joint chiefs,

and I sat with him in his

house, in his living room,

and I asked him a question.

My brain said, "Don't ask.

Don't ask the question.

Don't say it."

I was already saying it,

"Sir, what can you tell me

about the Fast Mover program?"

And that's where

you ruin friendships

and relationships is

when you start prying.

You know, I had a high

clearance at the time

and I didn't wanna

jeopardize that,

but something made me ask

and I immediately went, oh,

like that, I

shouldn't have asked

and I think he

picked up on that.

He kinda smiled. He

goes, "I'm sorry, Marc.

I can't talk about

that program."

- This is the second in

command for the Navy?

- Yes.

- And he-

- What's his name?

- I can't give that to you.

Okay, because you

probably can research it,

but it was decades ago.

- What year?

- This was decades ago.

I can't talk about that.

It's the nature of my

trip, the nature, I can't talk.

And that's part of

the problem, isn't it,

with this world?

People will doubt

anything you say

if you can't give 'em all

the details, you know?

Well, I'm sorry, that's

just what has to be lived with.

- [Darcy] It's classified.

- It just that I

can't talk about it.

- [Darcy] And you have a

nondisclosure agreement.

- Well, you have a non

jail time agreement.

If you violate that,

you're going to jail, you kno?

And I get mad when I see

politicians violate this,

and nothing happens to 'em

but if I violate it, I'm

going right to the can, you

know?

So I've never done that.

I never will, I can't.

- [Darcy] All of this

talk about submarines

and the USO

phenomenon reminded me

that I could go see my friend,

Jim Goodall in Tucson, Arizona.

Having written a book

on our Navy subs, this

man has probably been

aboard more submarines

than any civilian,

and perhaps more

than some navy men.

When you hear about navy

submarine seamen witnessing

or noticing on

sonar USO activity,

objects that are

moving, you know,

300 knots plus in the water.

- I don't know

the date involved,

and I won't use the

gentleman's name,

even though he's mentioned

it publicly and has been in

print

that during some testing

on the the Los Angeles

class improved 688

Los Angeles Class

fast attack submarine,

the USS Hampton, I

think it's SSN 767.

They were doing something

new with the sonar,

and an object was being

picked up on sonar as a fast

mover

and it went zipping by 'em.

And the sonar operator

said, "That went

by us and in excess

of 800 miles an hour."

- [Darcy] Wow.

- And it wasn't a biologic

and it wasn't an

error in the processor

because there are multiple

sensors picked up this object,

whatever it was.

They have no explanation for it.

Of course, the Navy is not

saying anything about it

because, you know, if they

admit that something happened,

then, you know,

they're gonna have

to come up with an answer.

And if they deny it,

there's no consequences for

saying no.

99.9% of the operational

military submarines

have a test depth, which

is whether they're limited

to go beyond of 1200 feet.

Virginia class is about

to be about 1500 feet.

And the three Seawolf

boats, it's 2000 feet.

- [Darcy] What's

the fastest speed

that a submarine is

known to travel at?

- [Jim] Well, when I think,

when the USS

Connecticut hit the sea,

it hit the sea out

here not too long ago,

and I was on that sub 2017.

I think they were

doing like 35 knots,

that's 40 miles an hour.

Now, when the San

Francisco hit, that was SSN 711,

they had had the nose

hatch to the sonar catwalk open.

It's a 32 or 34 inch hole.

It's six inches

thick of HY-80 steel.

And the HY-80 stands for,

you can go 80,000 PSI

before it starts to deform.

The newer subs are using HY-100.

And it's only produced, I

think, in, you know, one

or two mills under

exclusive contract of United

States Navy.

- [Darcy] So you think

it's really about 40 miles per

hour

that our technology can

withstand, you know, ocean

drag effects and the water?

They can go a little

faster than that.

- [Jim] Well, yeah, the

Russians have claimed

they have torpedoes that

go 200 or 400 miles an hour

and that's because they

are putting a stream of air-

- [Darcy] In front of them.

- In front of it.

- So it creates an envelope?

- Yeah, and that's why like

when they fire a

ballistic m*ssile out

of one of our Ohio boats,

they're about 150 feet deep

when they launch.

And the rocket, the

Trident two doesn't even get wet

because the blast of air

pushing the thing out

envelops the entire sub,

I mean the entire m*ssile.

And then once it clears

the water, then it ignites.

(thunder crashing)

I've always been

fascinated with submarines.

And I can remember back

in the '60s, I wrote

General Dynamics Electric

Boat in Groton, Connecticut,

and asked for some photos

or anything they have on the,

at the time it was the

fleet ballistic m*ssile

submarine

they called the 41 for

freedom ballistic m*ssile subs

and fast attacks, the

early fast attacks.

And they sent me some

stuff, but that was about it.

And I had an opportunity in 2004

to go for a ride on

the Henry M. Jackson.

That is the SSBN 730.

It is a 560 foot long,

18,000 tons submerged

nuclear powered ballistic

m*ssile submarine.

Prior to as*ault treaties,

they had 24 m*ssile tubes,

and each one of the D5 missiles,

which are the most

advanced missiles

that it carries, could carry up

to 14 quarter megaton

hydrogen bombs times 24

but because the saw

they had to put ballast

in four of the middle tubes.

But I had a chance to

go out, we went out

through the Strait

of Juan de Fuca.

I'm up in there in the

sail and I'm looking around

and saying, you

know, Gene Hackman

and Denzel Washington

don't have a thing on me.

- I concur, sir.

- [Darcy] When you think

of these massive nuclear

w*r boats going out

to North Korea, right,

and we're in the middle

of a potential w*r, right,

World w*r III, possibly.

I know that you don't

think it's actually gonna

happen,

but what if one of

those things sinks

and detonates at the

bottom of the ocean?

Like could that-

- [Jim] A nuclear weapon or-

- [Darcy] Yeah, like a

massive nuclear warhead.

A warhead that's on one of

those U-boats, you know, like

what if that detonates

in the ocean,

would that be radioactive

to the planet, like that mess

up?

- The precision and maintenance

of nuclear weapons

is very intensive.

The radiation destroys

metal and it destroys

electronics.

So they have to

continuously upgrade and update,

plus the plutonium,

it starts decay.

It has a half life of

25,000 years or something like

that.

- [Darcy] Considering the

dangers of nuclear weapons

maybe we shouldn't always

rely on aliens above

and below to save our asses.

Would you think it's fair

to say that the Navy,

and, you know, the NOAA

and the different oceanic

scientific organizations

still don't know

everything that's down there in

the bottom?

- I mean, you know, do we

know that everything's, you

know,

below the surface of the ocean.

We only know about 5%

of what's in the bottom

of the world's oceans.

- When I was at NOAA, we

had remotely operated vehicles

that were rated to go

down to 6,000 meters

and do the science of

deep sea oceanography,

which is really interesting.

And then there was my

friend, Victor Vescovo,

who designed the

ultimate submersible

and went down to the

deepest parts of the ocean.

And then still he's

collected some great data

but all of these areas

are very little understood

and need to be looked at more.

- Right now we have,

what kind of listening

systems in the oceans?

We have the SOSUS.

- We have quite a bit.

We have, it's called

SOSUS, it's US Navy.

It's operated by the commander

of the Undersea

Surveillance Command.

I know a former

commander of that command

and I know officers

within that command

and they're managing these

undersea surveillance networks

that are basically arrays

of hydrophones on the seabed

and we use those for

anti-submarine warfare.

That is a source.

And also there are of

course, mobile assets

either unmanned

underwater vehicles,

and there's a wide range

of those in the private

sector right now

and the Navy has a few

of them as well as NOAA.

And then there are even

a pretty extensive range

of drifting types of buoys

and sensor configurations.

So there's a large

amount of the ocean

that's being looked at already.

We can do more.

And I pretty much

have a handle on all

of those both within the

US and within partners.

And in fact, your home country

of Canada has a very

significant network

of undersea acoustic

observation capability.

- So when they're

listening, these listening

networks

of devices, they have

cataloged all of the biologics

and they've cataloged all

of the equipment

that's known, right?

Especially for the Navy,

you guys have to know

what the Russians are

driving, what the Chinese,

what, you know, anybody

who has an aquatic force.

- [Tim] Yeah, that's the

office of naval intelligence.

They're really good at

that and that's their job.

- So you're of the mind that

when we see these objects going

through our oceans at 500 knots,

which we are only like

able to send things like,

for example, submarine can

go maybe a max of 35 to 40

knots,

and then maybe the

Russians have these torpedoes

that they create a air

bubble in front of,

and those can go up to 200 miles

or something like that,

which I think is like,

I don't know, 100 knots

or something like that,

150 knots, something like that.

- Yeah. That's called

super cavitation.

I'm not gonna comment

on our own force

or adversary capabilities

in terms of numbers,

but I'll say yes, that

we have capabilities

that currently the

phenomena we're seeing far

exceed.

- [Darcy] Okay, so

we have a threshold

in which we cannot go

beyond in terms of speed-

- Right.

- Underwater.

- Yeah.

- [Darcy] Okay.

- I mean, and this

is just like the UAP

that are observed

in the atmosphere.

And this is why this is

such a historic time,

is when we begin learning

more about these phenomena

and possibly the

technology that allows

for them to do, we're

gonna learn things, maybe new

physics.

And I know they are

certain people like

Avi Loeb, they don't like

that term new physics

because they think we

know all there is to know.

But actually, I do disagree.

I don't think we know

all there is to know.

And I think, so not

new physics being,

it will violate anything

we know currently.

It's just that we're gonna

learn about certain

possibilities

that we've just yet to discover.

- [Darcy] With our

own current physics.

- Yeah, exactly.

So just the laws of physics

as we know them is

gonna be expanded

and then that's

what's so exciting.

- As an oceanographer, can

you describe, sort of illustrate

for me the different

levels of ocean volume

as we go down to a trench?

- Wow.

- [Darcy] And just

sort of like types

of biologics along the

way and what, you know,

kind of submarines we would,

what kind of vehicles

we can actually operate?

- Okay at a very high

level, the surface down

to 100 meters, that's

where navy submarines operate.

I won't let you know how

much farther they can go down,

but that's pretty

much where they do.

That's where a lot of commercial

and scientific

drones operate in.

They're called AUVs,

autonomous underwater vehicle.

And then there's also a

thing called ocean gliders,

which are longer range

and they are powered

by buoyancy changes,

and they kind of do

a seesaw up and down

and they can go down

1000 meters potentially.

And so you kind of have

autonomous underwater vehicles

and submarines in the

upper hundred meters

and then these gliders can

go down to 1000 meters.

And then deep diving

remotely operated vehicles can

go down

to about 6,000 meters.

And then some of the

deepest submersibles like

Victor's

and a Chinese submersible

actually can go down

to 10,000 meters or more.

And so those are what we

kind of have to sense.

And then we have a number

of different fixed

sensors like arrays

that can operate at any depth.

Then the sea life

you see in there,

in the upper surface is

really rich and robust

and abundant from small plankton

to 100-foot long blue whales

and all sorts of pelagic fish

and that's why that upper

part is called the pelagic zone.

And as you go down to the

deepest, you kind of have the,

you know, at the very

deepest is called the Hadal

zone,

like Hades, the underworld

and there, you still have

different forms of sea life.

Sea life exists throughout

the entire water column.

And Victor, when he was

doing his deep dives,

actually discovered

some new species,

which was terrific for

us as a science agency.

We wanted to know that

and we continue to

investigate that.

- [Darcy] Some of you may

be saying to yourselves, okay,

so a couple of guys have

seen some strange stuff

in or over international

waters, who cares?

Well, apparently my

friend, Richard Dolan has head

of way more than a few stories.

A historian who

meticulously educates people

on the phenomena of USOs.

- You know, we're talking

about unusual objects

in the sky, well, that's

obviously interesting,

but when they come

out of the water,

when they go into the water,

when they're moving

in the water at speeds

that are just not

supposed to be possible,

that's incredibly

interesting and mysterious.

I think even more mysterious

in a lot of ways

than aerial objects.

This is a huge thing.

I mean, we all know the

earth is 70% covered by water.

We're all mostly land

lovers, let's be real about it.

Some of us go out into the

ocean, but mostly we don't.

And what is going on out

there in the depths of the

ocean?

You've got the main navies

of the world,

predominantly the United States

Navy,

which has a global presence.

You know, they're

encountering stuff.

And I've collected a lot

of US Navy USO reports,

unofficial.

And I mean, this is the problem

with a lot of these USO cases.

Like we really have to

be fair in describing

how difficult it is

to get documentation

on a lot of these cases, right?

It's not like, you know,

you can file a FOIA request

and get something on other

types of UFO encounters.

There's very little FOIA

activity that I've been aware of

that deals with USO cases.

And the definite message

that comes through over

and over again is

that the secrecy

on these is very, very severe.

Records get taken out,

they get expunged,

log books get switched out

and this type of thing.

So there's a lot of management

over the information

with these things.

And so, almost typically,

classically, the way these

stories

will come out is an

ex-Navy guy, 20, 30 years

after the fact, will

quietly talk to a researcher

and get the story out

often under anonymity.

And even sometimes under

even more than anonymity,

he'll say, "Look, I

don't even wanna tell you

where our ship was.

I don't wanna tell you,

you know, what my rank was.

I don't wanna tell you

what we were doing."

- [Darcy] If something

like a fast mover is reported

on say, a submarine

through sonar detection,

do you think the first officer

and the XO, maybe a number

of other crewman

actually would be aware

of these types of objects?

- Yes, I do.

In fact, the one story

I've heard, and I'm not gonna

get

into too much specifics

from a US submarine, it was

everybody on the bridge

was tracking it on sonar

and so there were

multiple witnesses.

And by the way, that data,

it was sent somewhere

that looks at acoustic data.

I'll leave it at that.

I'll need to dig into that more

to make sure I can

go on the record

and talk about where that goes.

But it was sent somewhere,

an authoritative source

of acoustic data and I

don't know what they've done

with it,

but I'm gonna be looking

into that more as we go forward.

- [Darcy] Interesting.

- I suspect they have a

lot more of those reports.

And I don't have confirmation,

but I believe this

source, this data curator

probably owns this

potential fast mover program.

- [Darcy] Wow, okay.

And they're a data

curator within the Navy?

- No, they're not.

They're a Navy partner.

- [Darcy] Ah.

Kind of like the

National Geospatial

Agency is a partner, okay.

- They're, yeah.

- A little over the last year,

in addition to all my

other UFO research, I really got

into this subject.

And it actually

started for me, I think

in spring of 2022, one of

the members of my website,

I have a website

where I've got a lot

of very smart, active people,

and they asked me

about a particular case

in the summer of 1945 in

the Ellucian Islands, right,

between Alaska and Siberia.

One of the Ellucian

islands is called Adak Island.

It's very small

and it's the western

westernmost military base

of the United States military.

And just so happens that

in the summer of '45,

when World w*r II

was still going

in the Pacific Theater

anyway, there was a US transport

ship

on its way back to Seattle

and it was called USS Delroth.

And it so happened that

this crew apparently dealt

with an object that

came out of the water

about a mile distance from them,

estimated diameter, maybe

about 200 feet diameter

so a pretty good size.

Came up outta the water.

It was clearly visible

against the sky.

It was becoming dusk, but

the sun was still out somewhat

so dark silhouette

comes up, straight up

and then begins to circle

around their ship

two or three times

so they got a good look at it

and it then just zipped off.

The speed of this object

wasn't outstanding.

It was about 100 miles

per hour estimate,

not super fast but the

thing about it was, primary

witness

who spoke about this said

it was absolutely rock steady,

no oscillation, no

change in speed.

It had to be eerie to see

something like that, you know?

So it circled around them

twice and then moved off.

And I think it took off

at a pretty good speed.

I don't think they were sure.

And he just saw there

was some lights flashing

as it departed

and that was that.

So that was the case

that started me going

into a deeper dive, if I

may say that, into the subject.

I did a little mini

lecture on it from my website

and then I thought, I wanna look

at some more of these cases.

- [Darcy] When you were

going down that road

of investigating that

phenomenon, basically USOs,

what else did you find?

- I found that there were

incidents in our Navy

that go relatively unreported.

1951, there were objects

flying in and outta the ocean

at a specific latitude,

longitude provided

by the Kizugawa Maru which

is a Japanese freighter.

And I looked on the map

and guess what, it's right

near the Mariana Trench.

- [Darcy] That's interesting.

- And based on the methodology

that I think an alien

spacecraft would have to use

in order to traverse and be here

and be hidden, they could

be in the Mariana Trench.

- One of them,

there was a case, several

cases actually dealing

with the US aircraft carrier,

the USS Franklin Delano

Roosevelt, the FDR.

And that ship's got one heck

of a history with UFOs and USOs.

I mean, back in 1952,

there was a NATO operation

called Main Brace.

This was in the North Sea.

It was a naval exercise

in September of 1952.

The FDR was there,

along with many other US

and NATO navy ships.

And this is very

well documented.

There was a large

series, several days

of dramatic UFO silence

dealing with this whole

scenario.

The FDR was the first

US aircraft carrier

to carry nuclear weapons.

And I don't know if that

has anything to do with this,

but that ship had many

encounters with UFOs

and USOs as far as I can tell.

The Main Brace incident,

that's a well-documented one

but then there were

others that follow.

One that I learned about

that is utterly fascinating

to me happened in the

early part of 1954, not long

after Main Brace, about a year

and a half later, less than that

so January or February, 1954.

And the gentleman who

wrote about it, he wrote it

to a couple of

different sources.

One of them is called

Filers Files, George Filers.

Taking all the reports.

Loved George Filer and

so this went there.

And the man writes, he

says, look, even now

after all these years, I

have to be careful about the

safety

of my family and my

career and my life.

I don't think he was saying

that his life would be

threatened but he was very

concerned.

So he gives some vague

generalities about what he was.

He was an officer on the FDR.

And this is a ship that

was normally stationed

in the Mediterranean, but

as, as I looked into its

history,

in January of 1954, it

left the Mediterranean

to go back to Seattle for

a major refit and overhaul,

which took several years.

So the only time that

this could have happened

in 1954 would've been

January or February.

And it was too large to go

through the Panama Canal,

so it had to go

down the Atlantic,

down the South

American coastline down

around the tip of South America.

- [Darcy] Towards Antarctica?

- [Richard] Yes, up the

other side, the Pacific side,

up to Seattle.

So in a month and a half

or so, it traveled almost,

I think 20,000 miles

or something like that.

- [Darcy] Wow.

- So at some point along

that path, I don't know

where the FDR according

to this man encountered,

had an unbelievable encounter.

And what he said is,

he was very technical

and very vague at the same

time, he didn't say where it

was,

but he said, now this is

like a 30 minute encounter,

he said, after about

about 10 minutes

or so, he was called to

the deck by a fellow officer

and they saw a

cigar shaped object

that he said was

about 100 feet long.

And it was not

directly over the ship,

but close to the ship.

And he said that they

tried to engage weapons

and the weapons went offline.

He didn't say which weapons.

He said at the conclusion

of the event, they tried

to launch two aircraft,

two fighter aircraft, they would

not launch, they

would not take off.

In the meantime, this

cigar shaped object hung around

for a few minutes and

then shot up to the sky.

He said right after that,

these two white circular

disc objects came out

of the water, exited the water

and they were hanging

around for a little while.

He then said that a much

larger cigar shaped object,

roughly 300 feet in

diameter came into the area.

Now when I read this

account, I'm wondering this same

object

that just seemed closer or

not and you don't really know.

What we know is that the

first time it appeared,

it looked like it was

100 feet in diameter.

And then the second,

nearly identical looking one,

but was much larger, comes

into view and is there.

So you got these two

little white discs,

you got this 300 foot

long cigar shaped object.

- Massive.

- Massive.

And not as big as the

FDR, but pretty big.

And the two disc objects

enter this larger

cigar shaped craft.

The cigar shaped object

then shoots up for a few minutes

and then comes down

and enters the water

and that is the conclusion

of this particular event.

Well, off Puerto

Rico in the '60s,

and I talked about

this in my talk,

there was a series of five

submarines and some destroyers.

They were doing maneuvers,

but one of the submarines

detected something

and it started to follow

it with permission.

And they noticed that this

object accelerated rapidly

to very high speeds, similar to

what was seen in our situation.

And then it actually

went to great depth

and it came up

very shallow again.

And it was doing

that with regularity.

And so they ended up

following it for four days

and it was there and they

kept following it for four days

and they could never

get any closer to it.

It always stayed just

outta their range

and they tried to be closer.

Sometimes they'd just get closer

and it would go away.

And also the old Soviet Navy,

the Russian Navy

Soviets, particularly

encountering these as well.

For example, there was

probably the premier Soviet UFO

researcher was a man

named Vladimir Azhazha

and very good, very

serious research, 1960s, '70s.

And he was very in with

the Soviet military as well

and spoke about how the

Soviet military during the 1970s

and '80s had a special project

to investigate

USOs specifically,

and specifically ones that

were following Soviet

submarines.

And he said, you know,

"At first we thought

these were American

technology, American craft."

He said, "But no way,

these things were way too fast."

They were just too incredible.

And he said, on one occasion

there was a Soviet

icebreaker in the Arctic Sea,

all the heavy ice

and everything.

- What year?

- He didn't give a year.

Did not give a year.

And not only is that a

problem with USO cases,

that's a big problem with

Soviet UFO cases in general.

- [Darcy] Because

they don't talk years.

- Well they don't because

a lot of this stuff,

it was never officially

supposed to exist.

So all the conversation

in the Soviet years

on UFOs was always

unofficial, very quiet.

And so it was only

when the Soviet Union

broke apart 1990, '91,

that these stories

started really coming out.

So by that time

you got guys years

after the fact talking.

- [Darcy] And like Paul

Stonehill escaping?

- Yes, exactly.

And so they don't have

dates, they don't have years.

They've just got the stories.

But in this case, you

have a Soviet icebreaker,

no, I don't know the year

that's doing its job in the

Arctic

and an object blasts

through the ice.

And there's someone

interviewing Azhazha about ths

and they said, "Well,

could it have been a m*ssile?"

He says, "No. m*ssile's

not gonna blast through the

ice."

And he said, besides

this thing was a sphere.

(laughing) So they had

that much of a description.

- [Darcy] As a Canadian,

I needed to speak

with my fellow

researcher and friend,

Louis Borges about the now

famous Shag Harbor incident.

So we're out here,

we're on the water.

And I understand you've

studied quite a few

of the Canadian

water-based UFO and USO cases.

- Yeah, well I think

the most famous one,

of course would be Shag Harbor.

- [Darcy] And this

happened off the coast

of Nova Scotia.

- Correct, yeah, off the coast

of Shag Harbor, Nova

Scotia, right on the southern

tip.

Witness numbers were in

double digits, credible people,

police officers, airline

pilots and there's evidence.

There's government reports.

So many people in the town

actually saw what happened.

And basically, I believe

it was October 4th, 1967.

Residents saw lights

in the sky kind

of not doing what an

aircraft would do.

It was running sort

of in a pattern,

but nothing discernible.

And then it appeared

to sort of hover

over the water level,

pitch to a 45 degree,

and then descended

rapidly towards the water.

So first responders were

the Royal Canadian Mount of

Police.

They actually

commandeered two boats

'cause this is a

small fishing village

and they went out there.

It only happened maybe two

or 300 yards off the coast

or off the shore.

They went out to have a look.

By then the craft

had disappeared

but there was a residue of

like a yellow foam almost.

- [Darcy] Yeah, just on top.

- Yeah, like a sulfuric smell.

So some witnesses said

that they saw the craft on the

water.

It was almost like a

glowing dome of light

for a period of time.

It didn't make any noise

or anything like that.

Subsequently, there were

searches done the next day.

In fact, even the Air

Force, the strategic air command

did a grid search of it,

navy divers did a search.

And some of these navy

divers even spoke years

after the fact

and said that, yeah,

they saw craft underwater

and they even saw what

looked like a second craft.

- [Darcy] But this also

was, you know, fully surveilled

and investigated by

the American Navy

and the American Air Force.

You were saying that,

so can you give some

context to some people like

why that's significant?

- Well, I mean this

is Cold w*r era too.

And in the world of NATO, Canada

and the United States have

a very close relationship.

There was a US base

not far away from this.

It was on Canadian ground,

but it was manned

by the Americans.

So whether they thought

this was Cold w*r related

spy submarine, who knows?

But essentially that's

where all the alert came from,

right?

And this is a small town.

Fishermen are known to

be very honest people.

It's not very

often they're gonna

make something up like this.

And in fact, nobody even

reported, quote unquote a UFO.

Many people thought it

was a crashed airplane

or some other type of lights.

It was only when the

locals were speaking with the

police

that responded that they

kind of hung that UFO tag

and said, yeah, we

think it's something

from outer space, further

adding to that allure

of what the heck

happened, right?

- So that was Shag Harbor.

And from what I hear,

in terms of people

that have investigated

this story

of a ocean-based UFO

sighting, am I correct

in assuming that there was

a dive rescue team sent

after this craft?

- That's right. There

was a dive rescue team.

Some of them reported to see

what looked like almost

arc welding underwater.

I don't know if that was

some kind of a repair, who

knows.

But the craziest

thing, even more

so than that, was the

divers reported they saw

non-human

intelligence in the

water, you know,

in the shape of beings,

non-human beings.

- [Darcy] Very interesting.

And so the Navy divers

were a bit spooked

when they came up

from the ocean.

- Sure.

And think about it,

these guys are used

to pulling up dead

bodies sometimes.

I mean, being a navy diver

can be not such a nice thing.

So they're conditioned,

they're seasoned,

they're not faint of

heart kind of people

and so for these people

to be rattled based

on what they saw, that

kind of speaks to the uniqueness

of it and the

severity of, you know,

what is actually going on.

- [Darcy] And so this case

that happened in 1960,

how did that go down?

- So as far as I know, it

was roughly the same thing.

There's not a lot of

documentation on it.

It's called the

Shelburne incident.

But essentially it

was from the work

of a Canadian ufologist

named Chris Styles

who really did a lot

of work on Shag Harbor.

And then while

interviewing people about that

event,

when he asked them like,

what year was this?

Their mind was a

little foggy at first,

but they clearly knew

it was before '67.

So this was a separate

incident, again

with very, very similar effects

and similar witness

testimony and all the rest.

- [Chris] On October

the 12th, 1960,

seven years before Shag Harbor

and eight Canadian

warships under Canadian command.

It was a NATO mission and

two USOs on the bottom.

And you know, I had the

ship's logs and that

and it's a genuine

case and you know,

there was some minor

recovery of some of the debris

in it.

There was a confrontation.

And here's the real

controversial part.

The book's just been

released, is that, believe it

or not, something

that's supposedly

has never happened in history,

I proved it's happened.

We went to DEFCON

1 over the incident

and there's no doubt about it.

I have the ship's log

from HMCS Cape Scott.

The terrible irony of

this, my father served

on the mission, I had no idea.

He took it to the grave.

But the DEFCON 1

thing was really weird

'cause you know, if you

look it up on Wikipedia

or of course something

more scholarly than that,

they would say no, you

know, the system has never gone

to DEFCON 1.

Well, that is not true.

It did over the Shelburne

incident. (laughs)

While it was encountering

the aliens, what happened next?

I actually don't know, I

don't have all the answers.

But it took me 29 years

to come up with this.

Like all with Shag Harbor,

I never stopped looking

and I don't have it all yet.

You know, as the

book ends, it says,

if you think you smell a sequel,

that will depend on the

further research results.

What we do know is that

when they got there

and they went down, you

know, when the divers, you know,

when they describe at the

start of the mission, you know,

we were this far into

going through a dog lake course

of minesweepers and that

like on this exercise

and then they

encountered them, right?

And, you know, they very

quickly hauled the divers

to the surface and the

ship declares DEFCON 1.

The Cape Scott was the

command vessel of the mission

'cause we were in Canadian

waters, just about two

or three nautical miles off

of McNutts Island at the

entrance to Shelburne Harbor.

- I have another blood red

orange ball sphere story

from another US

aircraft carrier.

The USS John F. Kennedy.

And this one, we have an

exact date for, July 2nd, 1971.

And this was from another

member aboard the ship

who writes in after the fact.

You know, I looked

into the history

of the USS John F. Kennedy

and this event is

not listed there

that I'm about to tell you,

but I believe it

definitely happened.

He described that the ship

had been in the Caribbean doing

what are called car quals,

carrier qualification exercises.

And this is a standard

thing that you get on carriers

where they test the

pilots, you know,

how like react, you

know, your take off time

and all of the things

that you had to do

to be like good, like

"Top g*n" type stuff

and so that's car quals.

So they were doing

that in the Caribbean.

And they were then

done with that.

They had successfully

completed it.

They had just completed it.

They go up through the

Caribbean between, I'm thinking

between Dominican

Republic and Cuba.

I think through

there, through Haiti,

and they're now in

the Bermuda Triangle.

They're just into

the Bermuda Triangle.

This guy who wrote

in, was in charge

of all the communications

on the ship

and he described them

in a lot of details.

So they had four

communication signal devices

for receiving, four

for sending out

and there were other ship

to ship type systems.

1971 was a very

sophisticated comm system

that he was operating.

He said suddenly all

the communication

started typing gibberish,

nonsensical information.

And he's like, what the heck?

And then everything

was just nonsensical.

And then he's on the

intercom and said he

and a fellow crew mate

are hearing someone

screaming on the intercom,

"It's God, it's the

end of the world."

So like, okay, what's

happening here?

And then they hear

again over the intercom,

something is hovering

over the ship.

So at this point,

he gets outside

to look physically

to see what this is.

And he said, "Me and

the guy I was with,

we see this blood

red orange sphere

basically right

over our ship."

That this thing which had shut

down all their communications.

This is a US aircraft

carrier. This is heavy duty.

Billions of dollars

going into this thing.

This is the leading edge

of the United States

defense system.

I mean, what's more

important than the aircraft

carriers,

especially in like 1971?

They got nukes,

they got aircraft.

This is their forward

projection of power around the

world.

You don't mess with a

United States aircraft carrier

but this thing completely

disabled their communication.

In fact, they wanted,

just like in the case of the FDR

from the 1950s, they attempted

to launch two F-4 phantom

fighter jets, would not launch.

Dunno why, but they would

not. Nothing worked.

He was able to see this

thing for about 20 seconds, he

said

and then the ship went to

general quarters battle

stations.

So he'd go back

to his comm center

and so he didn't get to

see it more any longer.

The ship was on battle

stations for one hour,

and during which time he

said, no communications went in

or out of the carrier.

That should mean that's

just extraordinary.

You're on general

quarters battle stations

with this thing over

your ship in the ocean

and you can't even communicate.

They will enter

and exit the water

without even water

dripping from them,

without making a big splash

but other times they do.

The USO researcher, Carl

Feindt actually had a lot

of theories about this.

And he believed that

when the craft is

generating its field, we'll just

leave it

at that, it will

cost a certain amount

of displacement of

the water around it,

which will mitigate a lot

of this splashing effect.

You know, there are

a lot of USO cases

where the object

is under the water

and you'll see a bubbling

of the water above it.

And it's like this field

of this thing is

pushing this water off.

- I've had experiences

I can't explain.

I've had encounters

that I know are probably

not of the earth

but what do you do?

How do you work those

into your daily life?

You try to find the

science that could explain them.

That's for me, and

I think I have.

I just don't think we can

do it yet, but we're on the

cusp.

We actually have

done technologies

that are leading to this

and from separate angles.

- Yep, you're talking

about the propulsion system

and I think you said

like the gravitons.

- Graviton, that's right.

The KK, the

Kaluza-Klein particle.

If you look up

Kaluza-Klein, and the next word

is CERN.

You're gonna get

all these papers

that CERN has put out

about the Kaluza-Klein particle,

and they're building

on an accelerator just

to investigate, well, in part,

to investigate

these KK particles.

So we're getting there.

On the other end, we've

got Lawrence Livermore,

totally separate organization.

It's now retained the

single most sought

after holy grail of fusion

and that's to create a

stable, sustainable reaction.

They did that with fusion.

Now it's not

exactly sustainable.

They had to put an energy

and arguably more energy

than they got out.

However, it was a

major breakthrough.

So those Kaluza-Klein

particles, you have to create,

right?

And I think UFOs are round

because they're accelerators.

Seems straightforward, you know.

And the triangular ones

are also accelerators

with the ring inside.

So I think that they figured out

how to make the micro

black holes to surround the ship

and actually punch out

of our four dimensions

and punch in wherever they want.

And if you do it

successively, you can go on a

straight line

or you can go zigzag, okay?

You can do anything you want.

So what we're not

used to is the fact

that they're doing this

punch in, punch out so rapidly,

but they're not

feeling anything.

To them, the scenery

just changes instantly.

They don't know and

they're not subject to water r

air.

So when it looks like

they're moving thousands

of miles an hour

through the air,

well they really aren't

moving through the air,

they're appearing at

various points close

to each other in the air.

So they're punching out

and then punching in,

punching out and punching in.

And so they're the best

cartographers in the universe

'cause they know all the

exit and entry points.

We're seeing that the stuff

that they're reporting

are all things

that are within the realm

of the KK world we talked about,

the Kaluza-Klein particle world,

the Kaluza-Klein

methodology for propulsion.

It's all well within that realm.

And a spacecraft that's

at 80,000 feet up here,

and it comes down to the deck,

is it actually

traveling 80,000 feet?

My contention is that it's not.

It's actually

punching out up here-

- Punching in.

- And punching in

at lower levels, okay?

And maybe if you see it here,

and then see it here,

then see it here,

and then see it here

and then finally here.

On your radar, you're

gonna see a path

and you're gonna say,

look, what from here to here

in a quarter of a second

or second and a half.

And then you'll do a

calculation for its speed

and come up with some

outrageous speed.

But it's not traveling

at any speed.

It's not moving at

any speed at all.

The occupants

don't even feel it.

- And similarly, when

the object comes down

to the water, it will

create like a well.

- And separate the water?

- Yes.

- [Darcy] Like part

the sea like Moses.

- Yes, actually, yes.

Kind of like that.

In fact, there was one case

where you can really

see this effect.

I can just bounce around.

- Yeah, go for it.

- From 1974 in the country

of Togo, so that's West Africa.

But you know, Africa

goes all the way down

and it's got this big hump.

So on the southern

part of that hump

of West Africa, the nation

of Togo, this little thin strip

and it's got a little

bit of coastline there,

but it's got some coastline.

So in 1974, there

was a French tourist,

and he's apparently having

a nice romantic evening

with a local woman of Togo.

It's late at night,

they're on the beach.

- [Darcy] The French

are like that.

- Absolutely and so

they're having their time,

but an object comes

in from the water.

The object created a dip

in the water, they said.

Again, this is something

that Carl Feindt was

quite interested in,

but creates this

dip in the water

and it actually caused a

kind of mini tidal wave

to come at them.

It displaced enough water

that the water just

came right at them.

And he said, we had to

grab onto one of the trees.

- [Darcy] Wow.

- It was actually that intense.

This object stayed in the area

for quite a while, I

think more than 10 minutes

and it then departed,

but it scared the

living hell out of them.

- [Darcy] I can imagine.

- Undoubtedly.

We have a very well

documented case

from the United

States Coast Guard

from March 4th,

1988 on Lake Erie.

And this was interesting.

You had eyewitnesses

along the lake there.

In Ohio, there's a

nuclear facility there.

I think it's the

Perry Nuclear Plant.

And so there were witnesses

that were seeing this

unusual light phenomenon

over the lake.

This got written

up in newspapers

and there was an official

Coast Guard document

describing this all.

But anyway, this one

family is very interested

and they're watching

this at the lake.

They end up calling

a number of places.

They end up getting

the Coast Guard.

Coast Guard sends two

Coast Guard personnel

who are witnessing

this with the family

and they write up a report.

So what they're seeing is

over this frozen lake,

it's still very cold,

this object, this big

object is like sitting

on the frozen lake and

they're hearing this cracking

sound

and all this crazy

stuff going on.

It's just blowing their minds.

And out of this big,

huge object comes

at one point a number of

smaller objects zipping around.

And in fact, one man

photographed these objects.

They were like these

little triangular lights.

And I have a photograph.

It's been out there.

And so they're zipping

around the area.

The objects eventually

go back into the craft.

And it gets dark,

the action ends,

the Coast Guard guys

write up their report.

And one of the things

that came out of this,

that this object the next

morning was not visible,

but the area where

it had been was all,

that area was melted.

And the belief is that

it went into the lake,

went into the water,

which there's quite a few

of these cases where

these objects are going

into not just oceans,

but large lakes

and sometimes even

small bodies of water.

But in this case, the Lake

Erie incident, March 4th, 1988.

This was very well reported.

And we do have this one

United States Coast Guard

document

that does describe the

event in a fair amount of

detail.

(all chattering)

- [Person] You got it

on the wrong thing.

- Oh my God. This is awesome.

- People wanna take a look.

- [Person] I got it.

That's a UFO, no sh*t.

(people chattering)

- [Person 2] You wanna

look at this one,

look through there for a minute?

- Yeah.

- Here.

Here, here, here, here.

Holy f*ck, it's coming close.

Good picture, Kevin.

- Okay.

- Are you filming?

(people chattering)

- [Presenter] Describing

it like a 40 foot long Tic-Tac

maneuvering rapidly

and changing direction.

- [Pilot] As we both

looked out the right side

of our airplane, we saw a

disturbance in the water

and a white object

oblong pointing north.

- [Presenter] The object

was first cited in 2004.

Then similar objects,

again in 2015.

Footage of the

sightings declassified

by the military

weren't made public

until December, 2017

by the New York Times

and a group that

researches UFOs.

- Yeah, the Tic-Tac case.

There are certain details

that we still don't

have about it.

It's a great case on

many levels in terms

of the amount of

information we have, the date,

the exact locations pretty

well, you know, understood now.

November 14th, 2004.

And many, many

witnesses have come out.

So it's been discussed.

We kind of know

this thing happened.

Too much witness

testimony here to ignore,

but there are still

some disputes.

So what was below the water?

You've got Fravor's team,

two Super Hornets vectored in.

As we know, he sees it first.

He goes down, he sees

this white Tic-Tac object

about 40 feet in length.

It's above the water.

And in fact, you know,

as he's described it,

he said, well, I didn't

know if it was on the water

or above the water,

the water was frothing.

But I think the implication of

that was just above the water.

But then, yes,

there's this statement

of something else

below the Tic-Tac

and much larger from what

appears to be the case.

What the heck was that?

Well, that's interesting indeed.

You know, Fravor comes

down to engage the Tic-Tac.

And as he said, many times

people have reported many times,

that he's circling like this

and the Tic-Tac's circling

in an opposite

direction toward him.

And then the Tic-Tac

just goes off like this.

He said he had a

perfect field of vision,

minimum 10 miles, easy,

but he said realistically,

almost close to 50 miles.

And he said within two

seconds that thing was out of

sight.

Like he could not see it.

And if you take even the

conservative estimate

of his vision, 10 miles,

he's still talking probably

over 10,000 miles per

hour saying, just gone.

It's just instant like

that so it's incredible.

But the underwater object,

there's not a whole lot

that's discussed about this.

Like, what would this thing do?

I'm gonna take a guess

that it just went

(imitating whooshing)

below and just took off.

And these things can move

fast, real fast under the water.

- [Darcy] So, you know,

one could even just based

on the story and how

everybody focuses

on the object, the Tic-Tac

that was in the air, you know,

and the media, let's say,

or UFO investigators focus

on that, but also the pilots.

So you can almost say

that mission accomplished,

whatever the Tic-Tac's

mission might've been was,

okay, now I've gotta take

the attention off of what's

here.

I'm gonna go up

in the air confuse

and distract the pilots

and then sh**t off.

- Okay. That's a

heck of a theory.

That's a really

interesting idea.

- [Darcy] Right?

- I hadn't thought of that

but I think what, what you're

at least suggesting here

makes a lot of sense.

There's this major USO

object under the water,

and you got the Tic-Tac.

That's like the distract,

that's like, you know,

when you have the dog

racing, they're chasing the

bunny?

- [Darcy] Yeah.

It's like, hey guys.

- [Richard] That's what

the Tic-Tac was. Just go after

that.

- [Darcy] Yeah.

- It was very similar to

what Jeremy publicized

from 2019 and 2020,

like the drone swarm.

And I don't have it in

front of me, I'm gonna have

to give you this information,

but it's, I think

from about 2007,

and it was written into,

I think it was written

into George Filer's

Filer's File website.

And he's describing

their activity

off the southern

California coast,

off the coast of San Diego.

It's very similar to what

you we're currently getting.

And he just said, late

at night, "We had a swarm

of objects over our ship.

We were completely unable

to deal with this."

He said, "They came in

and they did all of these

incredible maneuvers.

Like one was almost like

a check mark maneuver,

like a sharp angle

maneuver over the ship.

We were absolutely

helpless."

He said, I spoke

to the commander

or the captain who said to me

at that time, my computer

system was not working.

It stopped working.

And this guy just

wrote anonymously

to George Filer's

website at that time.

It's a 2007 case and I'm

gonna give you visuals

that he could,

I'll give it to

you. it's good.

- [Darcy] It's

important to remember

these objects have mastery

in navigating our atmosphere

as well as our oceans.

My next stop was with

friends Anthony Esemplare

and Andy Marcial to

discuss their involvement

with researching recently

recorded UFO videos

from the Department

of Homeland Security.

- Andy. Welcome, good

to have you here.

Thanks for meeting up.

- Thank you. No problem.

- So what got you started

with the whole UAP phenomenon

and New York UAP discussion?

I'm anxious to know.

- Well, it all started

with a personal experience

of mine when I was younger.

And basically what

happened with me kind of gote

to dive into the subject

to try and figure out exactly

what it was that I saw,

what I experienced.

And eventually

throughout the years,

I started getting

a little frustrated

with all the

misinformation that was being

put out there

and decided to do

something about it and created

my page

and that's basically where

it all started from after that.

- And what are your

thoughts on the USO situation?

I mean, I film here nightly

and it's almost every

night you catch something

that you can't explain.

And I'm using data

that shows you tracking

for satellites, tracking

for unmanned aerial vehicles,

the International Space

Station, Elon Musk projects.

And it's none of the above

when I searched some

of these crafts.

So it's either top secret

covert military projects,

or it's extraterrestrial

in origin.

What are your thoughts?

- Well, from research, I

know that this is something

that goes back thousands

of years, you know,

so it's not like anything

could just be attributed

to Russia or China,

you know what I mean?

Like, you have to,

if you're gonna

research this, you have

to research it correctly

and go back to the beginning.

You can't just cherry pick

and decide to, oh, I

wanna start from here.

No, you gotta go back

to the beginning.

So there are things

up there that,

you know, we've been

seeing for thousands of years

that, you know, we

attributed to religion, you

know,

in the past and we

attributed to things

that, you know, we

just didn't understand

and we're still seeing

them to this day.

We're just getting a

little more understanding

and we're starting to see

that, you know,

this is a phenomenon

that's been around now

for quite some time.

And I feel like we just need

to start taking it a

little more serious

to get a real

understanding of what it is

that we're dealing

with, basically.

- And by the way, there's

a lot of USO cases

of these perfect, like

orange red spheres, perfect.

I think one of the

earliest great ones

that I came across

was from 1825.

- [Darcy] Wow.

- In the Pacific, not

off the coast of Hawaii,

but out in the ocean.

It's a British ship.

Think of the old, you

know, wooden ships with the

sails.

- [Darcy] A Man-of-w*r

or something.

- [Richard] Yeah,

it's a British ship

and aboard this ship was a

naturalist named Andrew Bloxam.

- [Darcy] Gotta always

have those, right?

- [Richard] Yes.

- [Darcy] Darwin, whatever.

- Absolutely.

That's right.

Master and commander,

they had their naturalist.

So this was a naturalist, 1825.

And in fact, we have the data.

I can probably get it to you.

If you wanna look at it,

I've got it on my computer here.

But he said, 3:30 a.m.,

we're in August of 1825.

So imagine it's 3:30 a.m.,

you're in the ship

in the Pacific.

It's gotta be just

black all around.

Are you getting me?

I don't know what the

moon was on that night.

So maybe there might have

been a little bit moonlight,

but not much going on there.

And he said, out of

nowhere, the watch reported this

bright orange red object.

He said the color

of a cannon shot

so like an orangey red

type thing comes up out

of the water and actually

came up outta the water,

went down into the water,

came up a second time,

and then went down

into the water again.

He said it was so bright

you could have picked

up a pin off the

floor of the deck.

- [Darcy] Wow.

So the mini sun.

- Yes, it was. He said

it was extremely bright.

And so when I read

that report, that's one

of the earliest really

excellent USO reports

that when I read it, I

think, I believe this

because his description

is very, very factual.

He's not trying to connect

this to prodigies in the sky

and signs, which is what

you get in the ancient times.

- [Darcy] Right. Spirits.

- Yeah and like this means that,

and that kind of

thing was very common

with ancient UFO sightings.

And we don't really

know what those most

of those things were, frankly.

But in this case, I think

Bloxam was very specific.

He was very technical, very,

I would almost say

scientific about it.

- Matter of fact.

- Matter of fact, exactly.

But it's this blood red

orangy ball, this sphere.

- I'm sure you've come to

draw your own conclusions.

I know I have.

Why do you think

that the water is

so important to these crafts?

What's it about our oceans

that attract them to it?

- Personally, I believe

that they reside in our oceans.

I believe that they have bases

or underground

facilities that, I mean,

if you're trying to

stay away from us,

but also stay on this

planet, then the best place to

go to

where they're not

gonna interfere with us

or we're not gonna

interfere with them, would be

the oceans

'cause we still, even today

in 2023, we don't have

the technology like that

to traverse the waters.

In any real, like,

meaningful way, it still takes

us forever

to do anything in the water.

So that's a perfect

location to be in if you're

trying

to keep a specific

distance or a certain distance

from us.

And I feel that they call

the ocean their home,

or at least whatever species is

down there, calls it their home.

- Do you feel at some

point, maybe marine biologists

or oceanographers, they're

gonna actually spot something

under the water at some

time and we're gonna be led

to find out that there

really is an actual base

under the water not too far off?

- Well, that's happened already.

As a matter of fact,

I've seen video

of, I believe it's

Discovery Channel, I believet

was,

underwater photographers

that spoke about these things.

And shortly after they

made these mentions,

the videos were removed.

And I found that

kind of interesting

because he specifically stated

that the creatures he had

come into contact with,

or the things they had come

into contact with

were almost like,

they weren't anything

from this planet.

It seemed more like

it came from elsewhere

and it showed like a

level of intelligence.

And I found that interesting.

But there's tons of

stories, there's tons of

accounts

of things that have

been seen in the oceans

that you can't attribute

it with, you know, normal

biology.

Like it's definitely

something that's down there

that, you know, is, I don't know

how else you could say it

is, it's not part of us.

You know what I mean?

Like it's either

came from somewhere

or has been here longer than us

and it just wants to keep

its distance from us.

- Extraterrestrial

in origin, yeah.

You know, I wonder what

kind of technology they're using

'cause they definitely

cloaking the craft in some way

because I've watched very

vibrant, brilliant lit orb craft

a couple thousand feet in

the atmosphere, fly over, hit it

with a laser point, and

all of a sudden it starts

to fade out and just disappear.

Matter of fact,

year and a half ago,

I filmed an orange object

over the ocean right here

by Fort Earle Naval Station.

The only strange thing

was three hours prior,

SpaceX had a launch, three

hours prior in Florida.

Now we were in New York.

You couldn't see Florida

if you wanted to,

or a SpaceX launch from

Florida if you wanted to.

And I have no idea what

this orange craft was

that went up in the sky.

It had the characteristics

of a launch,

but it kind of looked

like that cone shape

with the bowl on top but

it just sat there silently.

And the strangest part

about the whole thing was

without night vision, you

couldn't physically see it

with the naked eye.

It was not observable

to the human eye.

But once you put the night

vision on it, it was there

and it just sat in the sky

and you actually see these

little orbs releasing

from it into the water.

No sound, no, nothing,

it was the strangest

thing I ever seen.

But like I was saying,

being that Fort Earle

Naval Station's right there,

could the military be

maybe testing craft

that they've retrieved,

crash retrieval craft

and putting them up and

testing them at the base

and then dropping

them back down cloaked

so we don't really

see what's going on?

We're only getting a

glimpse into that world.

- I mean yeah, especially

now with all the information

that's been coming out

with whistleblowers.

And if you go back, you

know, researching old documents

with, you know, CIA

and all the information

that has leaked in the

sense, quote unquote, it shows

you

that they've been reverse

engineering this stuff.

I mean, going back to

the times of Hitler.

We all know that Hitler

was very much interested into

this

and now also with the

whole 1933 Italy incident

that now that's been found

to have been, you know, true.

It did happen. A

craft did crash there.

So if that was documented then,

and Hitler was interested

in researching anti-gravity,

and then after the w*r, we

enacted Project Paperclip

to get these scientists

to come over.

I mean, there's no

doubt in my mind

that we've already

accomplished that.

We've already created

that technology

and more than likely

have perfected it

and testing it in

various different ways

but it still doesn't

explain the other sightings

that just have no explanation.

You know what I'm saying?

- Sure.

- Like things that you

just can't attribute to military

because it's been

happening for far longer

than military has had that

access to that technology.

- I do not know what that is.

What?

I do not know what

this anomaly is.

Unbelievable. It

is just there.

So let me ask you this.

I'm an experience in

myself, had an encounter back

in 1993, changed my life.

But since Congress

has come forward

and our naval aviators

are coming forward now

with information plus all the

whistleblower testimony

that's coming.

In a couple weeks,

we're gonna have

more whistleblower

testimony coming.

Do you feel somewhat

vindicated now in your research?

- It's funny you mentioned 1993,

because that's when I

had my close encounter.

- Really?

- In Long Island. Yes.

- Wow.

- Believe it or not.

So that's interesting.

But yeah, with everything

going on, absolutely.

It's huge vindication

because for

how many years have they

been calling us kooks

and tinfoil high wearing,

you know, weirdos.

And didn't even like,

like fear saying it

in public, you

know, ridiculing us

and now they come

forward and talk about it

and admit it like it's nothing.

It's like, really?

So yeah, it's vindication

and also it gets you angry

because it's like, you

know, you guys have been lying

to us and you knew

you were lying to us.

And now you're coming

forward this way

and not even an apology

to everybody that you,

lives you ruined and

you know, the ridicule

that you've made people

go through and experience.

So yeah, it's-

- Nevermind the

friendship's lost, the family's

members

telling you that you're crazy

and you don't know what

you're talking about.

- Lives lost.

- Inside, you know,

the whole time, I

know what I seen.

I know it was not, you

know, from this world.

I know I'm right and one

day I'm gonna be vindicated.

And here we are today in

2023, we're about to be

vindicated.

I mean, these are

dynamite times.

Talk a little bit about

the rubber duck footage

that you had captured that time

'cause that was

pretty fascinating.

- I mean, if you want

I have, we could go

and see the videos themselves

and we could talk

about them if you want.

- Hey man, how are you?

- Good, man.

- Thanks for coming back.

- No problem, man.

- Let's talk about your videos.

Let's chat about your

experience with this UAP footage

that's become pretty

famous recently.

- Infamous.

- [Darcy] Hey, some people

can call infamous, right?

But I'm sure you've got a

bit of emotion attached to it

because of the fact that

you went through an ordeal

with releasing it, right?

- Yeah.

- [Darcy] So how did you come

across this rubber

duck UAP video?

- Well, it was actually

through my Instagram channel.

I was reached out

by an individual

who originally had

taken cell phone footage

from his computer

screen at his office.

And basically, you

know, reached out

and told me, "I think,

you know, I have something

I think you're gonna

find very interesting."

And he was like,

"Take a look at this

and tell me

what you think."

So I opened it up and

I instantly realized

that, you know, okay,

well, I'm seeing something

legitimate.

Like I already know the

layout of FLIR and everything

so I'm like, all right,

this is new, this is interesting

'cause the first video

that he sent me was the A-10.

I'm not sure if

you've seen that one,

but it's the A-10 Warthog

where it shows an object comg

in

to view and actually

following the A-10.

And once I saw that,

I got very interested

and told him, you

know, what is this?

Who are you?

And asked him all sorts

of questions trying

to verify who this

individual was

and how he got this footage.

And he told me he was

a border patrol agent.

And that, you know,

this footage has been

in their possession

now for a long time

and it's been in a folder

where they keep all

these anomalous objects

and nobody, you

know, could explain

or understand what it was.

And they would kind of

just show it, you know,

to people in the office to try

and get their, you know,

reactions to what it could be

or, you know, try and

get an understanding

of what the object

in the footage was.

He mentioned to me that

there was more than one video

and after some persuasion

was able to get him

to actually send me

the original files

and that's where the

rubber duck was included

in those files that he sent me.

And I kind of realized

at that moment

that, okay, I got my hands

on something pretty remarkable

'cause I've been

researching this for years

and I've never seen

anything legitimate like

that coming from a, I

would say government

or military source in its

entirety, in its original format

with, you know, nobody,

you know, like, cutting into it

or removing anything, it's

all unedited raw footage.

So that's when I was like,

okay, I just landed

something pretty big.

At least that's

what I was thinking

because of, you know,

my line of research.

Never seen it before

and all of a sudden

I got it in my hands.

I'm like, holy crap,

you know, like,

what do I do with this?

And basically that's

how it started

and where, you know,

took off from there.

- [Darcy] So what happened next?

You posted on

Instagram or YouTube

and then people started

scrutinizing the video?

- No, actually I didn't.

I first released the cell

phone recording of the A-10.

That was the very first

one that he had sent me

and, you know, I got

permission from him to share

that.

Once I got the other

videos, the rubber duck one,

I didn't release to anyone

because it was the

most significant one.

It was a total of two

clips that totaled 60 minutes,

if I'm not mistaken,

60 minutes total

and 40 full minutes

of the object

in question, the anomalous

object, which is unheard of.

I've never seen any

video out there coming

from a source like this

that was that long.

You know, usually, for

example, like Tic-Tac

or whatever is a few

seconds and that's it, you know.

So I realized, okay,

I have to do something

with this footage and not

just throw it out there.

Like I want to go through

the correct avenues

to actually get this

properly analyzed

before I put it out there,

because this is important.

I knew that this was

something that really needed

to be put in the hands

of people that were going

to take it serious

and analyze it

for real 'cause

of its importance.

And that's when I had

gotten in contact with an

individual

at the SCU, the Scientific

Coalition for UAP studies named

Peter Reali and sent him

the footage, introduced him

to the source, which

wanted to remain anonymous.

But through them,

you know, I was able

to convince him to

verify who he was

and show them all the

information they needed

to see in order to verify

that yes, the source is

who says he is, and

we're getting this

from an authentic individual

in Department of

Homeland Security.

- [Darcy] Why does the

object look like it's two

objects

at certain times?

Like a little ball and

then like this kind

of like bell underneath it.

- [Andy] It's 'cause it

actually is two objects,

but the analysis showed

that the bottom is

separate from the top.

So somehow it's one

object, but there's no-

- [Darcy] Working together.

- [Andy] Yeah, it's almost

like working together

because they weren't

able to find any evidence

of anything that was

attaching the two together.

So you have a larger and

then a smaller orb at the top

and as you could see

they're working together

'cause they rotate

as they're moving.

- [Darcy] So what is

it about this video

that, you know,

through your research

and speaking to

specialists that have analyzed

it,

what sticks out right away

that makes it, you

know, a home run?

- Well, number one is the fact

that these guys are

trained observers.

Their job is to observe.

Their job is literally

for surveillance.

So that they're out

there every single day

and night looking for things,

smugglers, you know,

ill*gal aliens.

Not those kind of aliens

but the other aliens.

- [Darcy] Narcos.

- Yeah, all that.

For them to see something

and not be able to

identify it is a big deal

because their job

is to identify.

That is literally what

they're there to do, you

understand?

So if they're seeing

something that catches their

attention

and they have no

explanation for it, I mean,

for god's sakes, this guy

filmed this for 40 minutes.

Why would you film

something for 40 minutes

if you knew it was a balloon?

So right there, where

you're looking at on the film,

yeah, I mean I can say it

now because it's out there,

but the plane is actually

not over US soil.

It was actually over Mexican.

The reason why they

stopped filming was

because these planes are

loaned out for a certain amount

of time and that timeframe

was coming to an end

so that's the reason

why they ended up

abandoning the object

because they had to go back to-

- [Darcy] Refuel.

- [Andy] Yeah or to, you

know, loan the plane out

to whoever else that was

gonna get it next or whatever

but their time with

the plane was over,

which is why the footage ended.

But at that time,

the object was still

traveling in its direction.

They just abandoned the

footage because of that.

- [Darcy] Was it

circling the same area?

- No, the object was

actually traveling in a linear

fashion.

- [Darcy] And so they

obviously thought it was like a

narco craft or

something at first.

That's why they were

interested in it.

- Well, at first the

way the object appeared,

where they were

panning the landscape

and then all of a sudden

it came into view, it flew

into view and that's what

caught their attention.

But one thing I wanna

mention is that this was filmed

in black hot mode, which means

that the object you're looking

at is actually emitting

no heat whatsoever.

So that's another thing

that caught their

attention is the fact

that this thing is in

flight and it's moving, orbiting

and it's emitting zero heat.

There's no indication that

this has any kind of propellers,

or propulsion or anything.

That was another reason

why they were, you know,

perplexed at what it was,

because this thing is

moving with no signs

of any kind of

propulsion whatsoever.

- [Darcy] And it

couldn't be a balloon

because it's going against

the wind or something like that.

- No, so it couldn't

be a balloon

because I actually know an

individual named David Falch

who's a 20 plus

year FLIR expert.

He works on them

and repairs them.

He did experiments

with different types

of balloons under FLIR to show

what they look like, identify,

and basically assist in

the debunking of that theory.

And due to those

experiments, they were able

to confirm and come

to the conclusion

that there was no

balloon, this had nothing

to do with balloons.

There was no latex

balloon attached

to a string like a

certain individual

I'm not gonna name

was mentioning.

For example, they were saying

it was parachute dropping drugs.

Okay, so did you recover

it? Why didn't they recover it?

You know, if it was that

easily identifiable,

this would not be shown to

all agents in the office

as an anomalous trying

to figure out what it was

'cause they would've

already known.

They would've been able

to identify when they went

and picked up the package

from the ground after it

dropped.

But this thing stood where

it was at without dropping.

It did not lower in elevation.

It stood literally

where it was traveling

at the speed it was traveling.

So I mean, it's clear as day

that there is nothing

about the object

that is legitimately explainable

where you could say,

yes, this was a drone,

or yes, this was a

balloon, or yes, this was th.

It's none of those things

but because you just can't

satisfy everyone, this is

why I say, no matter

how good the evidence

is, someone's going

to tell you it's a balloon,

someone's gonna tell

you it's a bird.

You know, that was the

route I took because I

understood

that what I had was important

and that it needed to

be properly analyzed

before being put out there

so that way there was

no, well, at least

what I thought was there

was gonna be no scrutiny.

And, you know, you have

some scientific backing to it

to avoid all the trolls

and all that negativity

but unfortunately it

didn't turn out that way.

- [Darcy] That's

just the community.

- [Andy] Yeah.

- [Darcy] It's the

nature of the community.

- [Andy] I know.

- [Darcy] So then once

SCU, this individual took the

proper

time to analyze it and

say, okay, this is not a bug,

it's not a bird, it's not

a balloon, you release it

to YouTube and it accumulates

around like 300,000 plus views.

- Yeah, actually the first

time anything I ever put

out went viral, like

legitimately went viral.

I had people from all over

the world messaging me.

Matter of fact, I even had

Robert Salas reach out to me

and thank me for

releasing the videos

and you know, I mean some

very high individuals reaching

out

to me, telling me,

thank you and privately.

But then I had

unfortunately more negativity

than positivity

because unfortunately,

you know, it's just like

when it comes to this

subject, no amount of proof

whether

how authentic or genuine

it is is ever good enough

for anybody, you know.

- [Darcy] Especially

the debunkers.

- Especially the debunkers.

And, you know, they wanna

see, you know, ET mooning you

through the window of the UFO

in order for them to say,

oh, that's real, you know.

But what they

don't understand is

that's not what they're

gonna get, you understand,

especially not in this manner.

This is the best that's

come out in my opinion so far

since all of this started,

you know, becoming mainstream.

You know, there's no other

video out there still to this

day

that's come out in its

entirety in this way.

You have the Tic-Tac,

which just shows a spot in the

screen

and people speaking and,

you know, the pilot speaking.

The GoFast, which is

another dot moving

and the pilot speaking,

nothing really crazy, you know.

- Very under the radar

release of some videos

and documents with

no explanation.

All of a sudden Customs

and Border Patrol has released

videos from what looks

like forward-looking infrared

cameras

from different incidents

and an odd 380 some pages

of reports, news

clippings and email.

- What you're looking

at is anomalous.

It's not something of ours.

It's not some kind of

technology that we have

that is actually exotic.

It's, you know, a UFO, a

real legitimate object, you

know.

- [Darcy] Possibly non-human.

- Positive non-human, yes.

- Do you think, you know,

we're gonna go a little bit

farfetched now, and I know

that you're very professional

and you're trying to keep

within the information

that you know of,

you don't want to-

- [Andy] Speculate.

- Go crazy with

speculation, right?

But just a little bit

of healthy speculation,

you know, is warranted I'd say.

Do you think that it's possible

that these objects,

these drone like spheres

or Tic-Tac UFOs

might be originating

from an ocean based object

or structure that's

maybe deep ocean?

- Right, so this is

exactly a possibility.

After hearing what Dave

Grusch has come out with

and the observations of

Ryan Graves at the hearing

as well as David Fravor,

we really can't rule anything

out.

Of course, there's no

proof right now of that,

but they're coming

from somewhere

that we don't know how

they're doing what they're doing

and we don't know

their intentions.

So all I can say is this

deserves significant amount

of study of our oceans

and that that's what

I'm pursuing right now.

- Great. Why don't you

talk about that then?

Tell me a bit about

your study of the ocean.

I mean, you worked

for NOAA as well.

You're chief meteorologist

for the Navy during

these times of exercise

where they saw UAP

over the oceans.

What are you pursuing

right now in terms of trying

to, you know,

solve this mystery?

- So a couple things.

First off, I was the

chief oceanographer

of the US Navy also,

and I have a PhD

in oceanography from

Scripps Institution of

Oceanography.

So this is my career,

studying the oceans.

And so before I get to

that answer, let me go back

to your previous question about

under sea infrastructure,

if you want to call it that.

So of course I've

thought about that.

There's been some wild

speculation about something

in the Catalina Island

area of Southern California.

And knowing that, knowing

there has been observations

of UAP going transmedium

from air to the ocean and back

from the USS Omaha, for example.

I had an opportunity.

When I was with NOAA,

I signed an agreement

with a remarkable

individual named Victor Vescovo.

Victor is a retired

Navy Reserve commander

in the intelligence field.

And his day job was a

private equity investor

and he made quite

a bit of money.

And what he did, he's

an explorer by nature,

he has been awarded the

Explorers Grand Slam,

which is climbing the

seven highest peaks

in the world's continents,

including Everest

and skiing to the North

Pole and the South Pole.

And so if that wasn't enough,

Victor found out about

the lack of knowledge

of the oceans and

that we've really not,

we know the surface

of Mars and the moon

to a higher resolution

than we know the sea floor

of our world oceans.

And so he decided to

fund his own expedition

where he dived in a human

operated submersible

to the deepest trenches

in the five oceans,

seven miles down, 35,000

feet, over 10,000 meters

and he did that 15 times,

remarkable individual.

I signed an agreement with him

because he was collecting

some great ocean data.

He was using a ship to map

using a multi-beam sonar

and this was my job at NOAA is

to ensure we were mapping

more of our ocean,

at least the US part of

it, the exclusive economic zone.

So Victor and I signed

this agreement and we stayed

in touch after I left

the government in 2021

and at the end of that

year, he told me he was gonna

do a shakedown

cruise with his ship

after it got installed

with a new multi-beam

sonar, the latest and greatest

and he was going to do

that in Southern California.

So I asked him, "Hey,

I have some coordinates

for you to look at, would

you mind going after them?"

And he did.

- [Rob] Could the answer

to these unidentified

flying objects rest here

deep under the waters

off Point Dume.

- Oh, interesting.

- [Rob] Well, from above,

this may look like every

other patch of ocean off

the California coast,

but thanks to Google

Earth, which uses satellite

images

to look underwater,

another mystery is surfacing.

- So this could be the

most important discovery for us

in two and a half decades.

- And so there are certain areas

where the UAP activity has been,

and I asked 'em to go survey

and look for that

evidence of something.

And interestingly,

there is one area

that is very interesting.

There's a part of a

ridge in between Catalina

and the shore of Southern

California, Long Beach

that looks like a big

chunk of the ridge was carved

out

and horizontally displaced.

And it doesn't look like

it was a natural debris flow.

So I've passed it to

some leading geologists

and ocean bathymetry experts

and they're not sure how

it was created or formed.

And so my next step is

to work with Scripps

or somebody and get an ROV

and obtain some

image, optical imagery

and video of this

area just to look.

And that's the kind of

things systematic study

that needs to be

done in our oceans

to really understand

what these objects are,

just like the Harvard's

Galileo project is doing

for anomalous phenomena

in the atmosphere.

- [Person] There is, in my view,

based on the data

of USO activity,

there is a very good

reason to believe

that there are

multiple undersea bases

that these things

operate out of, yes.

And some of them would be,

but definitely off the

coast of South America,

on the Atlantic

side, I don't think

there's any question in my mind.

There's been too many

of those types of cases.

Probably on the other

side of South America too.

That's a big area of

US sub activities,

at least having

been recorded, yes.

Also the Atlantic and

the Northern Pacific.

I don't think there's a

region where it's unlikely

that there's a base under

the water somewhere.

There's Ukrainian and

Russian researchers 15 years ago

were talking about

their strong belief

of a base near the

center of the Black Sea.

So I think these things

are and can be almost anywhere.

I listened to researchers

discussing the possibility

of the base off the Bay of

Bisque, off the coast of France.

I think these can be

in many, many areas.

So you're talking about

a global presence.

What are they doing?

What's going on?

(upbeat electronic music)

(person speaking

indistinctly over radio)

- [Person] There's a

whole fleet of them.

Look on the ASA.

- [Person 2] My God.

They're all going

against the wind,

but that's 120,000 (indistinct).

- [Person] Look at that thing!

(upbeat electronic

music continues)

(upbeat electronic

music continues)
