This is our only stoplight
in our very small town,

so get a good look at it.

I'm Ruby Leigh.

I am 16, and I am from
a small town of 68 people

called Foley, Missouri.

There's not really
anything in my town.

Like, we don't even
have a gas station

[chuckles] or a fire department

or a police
department or a school.

It's just us, couple of
corn cobs here in Foley.

So, one of the activities
that we love to do

is redneck sledding.

♪ Whoa-oa-oa ♪

Redneck sledding, you
get the top of a car hood,

you flip it over,

you attach it to
the back of a truck.

Hang on. You guys, hang on.

You just go around.

Whoo!

You just fling yourself
until you fall off.

Ruby actually broke
her collarbone doing that.

Yeah, they rolled
over me by accident.

I'm from such a small town,

there's not a lot
of opportunities.

There's 68 people.

So, it's like my whole
town is here, plus more.

I do want to make my town proud.

If someone were to turn for me,

it would totally
change my life forever.

I was extremely excited

to find out that Reba
was on "The Voice."

because she's won with

Juliette: My name
is Juliette Ojeda.

I'm 20 years old, and
I'm from Miami, Florida.

Being from Miami is such a gift.

It's beautiful,

and we have Cuban
pastries on every corner,

and I can go to the
beach whenever I want.

I didn't think I
would ever be here.

I went from singing with a
hairbrush in my bathroom,

pretending to be in
front of an audience,

to, like, this reality.

My dad would play
songs on the radio,

salsa songs and his favorite
mariachis and Hispanic artists.

And then eventually, I
started learning by ear.

My parents are
originally from Cuba.

My mother was a
doctor. My dad was a pilot.

Once my parents got here,

my mom started working
at the airport, actually,

and then she started
nursing school.

My dad started working,
like, random construction jobs.

And he's a handyman and
doing great, and I'm grateful.

It was so difficult to
escape communism.

My dad has told me the
stories he's gone through

and, like, swimming through
rivers, crossing borders.

It's scary.

And so, the fact that my
parents left what they loved,

and they sacrificed
their entire lives

'cause if they were caught,

then who knows what
would have happened.

I'm the first person in
my family to be born here.

My life has been so easy,

and I-I don't ever want
to disappoint them.

To have such supportive parents,

it means that I-I
can blindly trust

what I... what I want to
follow and what I want to do,

and that they'll support
