zoomo dear Zoom one of my favorite games

is hacky sack one day I lost my favorite

one so I made my own it works great and

I hope that you can share my idea with

everyone and so they can make their own

too Mandy G of the rain

Ohio here's one that I made

and if you want to learn how to make

your own here's what you need three

balloons you can pick any color but I

picked purple red and blue some dried

beans these are split

peas and plastic

bottle okay the first thing you need to

do is take a balloon and blow it up and

then let all the air out

okay then you take a plastic bottle and

a piece of

paper and you dry beans you take some of

the beans and just put them on the piece

of

paper

okay then you fold the paper in

half and pour them into the plastic

bottle

wow that almost sounds kind of like rain

when it hit in the bottom oh okay then

you take the balloon you just blew up

and stretch it over the top of the

bottle you might want to make sure that

the balloon is kind of

centered

so um the beans will go straight in

then you just tip the bottle over and

let all the beans fall

in almost got them all

in it's easier to squeeze the

bottle

okay just pull this

off P there you go pull the balloon

right off the top

okay then after that take another

balloon blow that one up and let all the

air out that one

too excuse

me then then you cut the top off of the

balloon like

that and then you want to stretch this

balloon over the top of the other one

so none of the dried beans will fall

out that then you take your third

balloon to make sure none of the bead

will fall out blow that one up and let

all the air that one

too then cut off the top of that

one and then stretch it over the other

side of the

bloom just like that one the last one

there kind of have like a multicolored

hacky

sack and there that's my hacky

sack and if you want you can make three

and try to juggle

and if you want to learn how to juggle

these next Zoom guests we'll show you

how to get

started I like to juggle because it's

fun and it makes me feel

good every time I learn a new trick I

can show my family

members this is a juggling Club where

people practice all kinds of

tricks you can juggle anything really

but most people juggle ba*ls clubs or

rings it helps to watch Good jugglers

just to see how they move and stay

relaxed while they

juggle everyone can learn how to juggle

it takes concentration and

practice the basic three ball juggle is

the Cascade first you start with one

ball you throw the ball from your right

hand diagonally across your body about 1

foot above your left shoulder then throw

it from your left hand to above your

right shoulder try that with one

ball then try two ba*ls throw the First

with your right hand to above your left

shoulder you don't even have to catch

the ball at first you could just press

the throw when the ball reaches his Peak

throw the second ball with your left

hand vagally to a foot above your right

shoulder just get the throws down always

look up at the ba*ls don't look down now

you're ready to move on to three ba*ls

hold two ba*ls in your right hand and

one in your left throw one of the ba*ls

with your right

when it reaches his height throw the

ball in your left hand and when that

reaches its height throw the second ball

in your right

hand it's always right left right left

or one two one two until you get the

Rhythm don't worry about making mistakes

you won't be able to do it right away

juggling takes practice and that means

dropping lots of

ba*ls now go out there and

challenged us to figure out how many

dots there are on a basketball without

cutting every single dot it took the

other Zoomers almost 4 hours to count

each dot that number is in this

envelope we'll look at it once we come

up with our best guess we hope that our

way of figuring out the number of dots

is faster than counting each Dot and

it'll still get us close to the right

number ready sure let's try two how many

do you think there are without doing

anything first H uh I would say since

the that little 3,000 3,000 I think on

one there would be like about 5,000 so

on all of them there would be like 40 I

know

like 18 20,000 something like that

something like that I think there was a

lot I know so what what you think would

be the easiest way to count with using

this stuff this stuff yeah well I I

thought of counting each one in a

section we can just multiply by the

number of sections there are but this

and this are different they're different

shapes so you could do one of these and

one of these and then multiply each by

four y so do you guys know what sampling

is sort of yeah it's like when you take

a small amount and then and then you

count the number in there and then you

and then you multiply it by the bigger

amount so say if we took a quarter mhm

and we counted the amount on a quarter

like if we drew a line around it and

then we counted how many quarter size

amounts there are in a segment and then

we multiplied that by the number of

segments uh and multiply that by the

number in the dot

okay and we'll count the ones that the

line touches

too okay okay that's how big it is cut

there are M then the

spaces um where the quarter is didn't

fit there are 479 dots M so if we add

those

together 2,37

that's how many are in one segment if

there's four

segments if there's four segments that

look like that this one this one this

one and this one then we multiply it by

four so there's

9,480 on half of it half so these

sections do do you think they look about

the

same wait a minute they're the same oh

my gosh they are because look oh cuz it

goes um fat to skinny and then skinny to

Fat the fat the same thing so do the

same thing so we can multiply that by

four again or multiply by

two oh my

these so and now with how do we figure

out like where the places of dots aren't

you can tell how big the dots are right

maybe if you can see the reflection of

the marker like 1 2 3 71 72 73 74 75 76

77 so there's about 77 in the G in the G

17,990 that's our guess amount on how

many are on this so you were really

close cuz you said 20,000 he said 3,000

and I said 40,000 so you were the

closest so should we open the

ball I really come alive I look for for

a hole and dribble and drive if an

unwanted opponent gets in my face a

that they're being a bad sport that they

when like you beat someone like a you

teacher says you only get in trouble for

a kid he he like spit on his hand and he

tried to slap everyone's hand and I I

saw him do it so I didn't like touch his

hand at all I thought he I thought he

was weird and that's like completely

being a bad sport sometimes they they if

they lose they kind of look for

something to blame mhm you know what I

mean because they they're so mad that

they didn't win that they'll like go up

to you and say oh you cheated or you did

something wrong or the score is wrong

and we won they take all their anger out

of someone else because they just like

really bad SP after school we were

playing

football and the the the coach was

choosing who would have gotten cut or

who would like just be on the team yeah

I got to be on the team and um my friend

he got cut and he said how did you get

picked he was my friend and he was being

a bad sport and all that and so I told

him to stop and he stopped and we were

still friends that's good that's good A

lot of the time people when you say like

why aren't you being a good support why

don't you be a good support they don't

listen sometimes cuz they're still angry

yeah sometimes it's not it's not good to

say right after the game cuz then

they're still angry and they're not

going to no it's good to say it like

later pull them aside so you don't like

embarrass them in front of everybody why

going just pull him aside and say look

you're kind of like getting a little

crazy you should calm down a little take

chill pill CH P there are going to be

many more games that I'm sure you win

cuz you're a great player it's just we

we did good on this one and I'm sure

that you'll do good on another and don't

don't be a bad sport cuz you're getting

other people in a bad mood yeah yeah
