Your mom makes
the crunchiest graham crackers, Iggy.

I know, right? They're, mmm, delicious!

-Let's save some for--

-Rosie!
-Rosie!

Hi-ya! Get it? Hi, ya?

-Hi, Rosie.
-Hey, Rosie.

Here, we saved some of my mom's
graham crackers for you.

Thanks! Yum!

So crunchy, so delicious.

Crunch-a-licious.

-How was your first karate class?
-I loved it!

Even though technically
I'm in the beginner's class,

I know I'll get to the next level
in no time.

I heard it takes a lot of practice
to get good at karate.

Well, I don't wanna brag,

but I'm kind of a natural.

Check out these moves.

The Glitter Jab.

Yah!

-Whoa! Nice!
-Ooh!

The Unicorn Kick.

Ki-yah!

-What?!
-Cool!

The Rainbow Roundhouse.

Hi-yah!

[Iggy and Ada] Wow!

I've never seen karate moves like that.

Yeah, that dojo seems made for you, Rosie.

Well, I made up those moves.

This is what my teacher Sensei Dave
actually taught me.

Ch. Ch. Ch. Ch. Ch.

Sensei Dave says it's supposed
to build focus or something.

He's always saying,
"Be calm. Be swift. Succeed."

I like calm. And swiftness.

Oh! And success.

Yeah, those moves look pretty cool.

But it's so boring.

I wanna skip to the fun parts
and smash stuff in half,

like Professor Flowerbomb
does in her videos.

She has some real moves. Let's watch some!

-Sure.
-Okay. Dad!

Wanna holler louder?
I don't think they heard you on the moon.

Sorry. Can we use the computer, please?

We want to watch Rosie's wrestling hero,
Professor Flowerbomb.

Oh, she is fierce.

Woo, this is gonna be good!

Can you click on the video
about smashing stuff?

So you wanna smash stuff?

Well, we have a great video today.

Guess what? Being able to smash stuff
is all about physics.

-Whoa!
-Really?

This is Dr. Ronald McNair.

He was a physicist and an astronaut
who had a black belt

and wrote about the physics of karate.

Cool, right?

A karate scientist?

-Wow.
-Awesome!

Dr. McNair said,
"To chop a stack of bricks in half,

you need practice and precision."

That means
doing it the same way every time.

To do that, you need to use
force and momentum

focused on a small area.

Make your hand sharp.

Line it up with the center.
A small area that's also the weakest.

Use force and momentum

and visualize your hand chopping through
to the other side. Ki-yah!

-Amazing!
-Cool!

He broke all those bricks,

and he didn't even have
to flex his muscles or anything. [gasps]

So it's not all about
strength and power at all.

Nope, it's about physics.
Force and momentum.

And precision.

Engineers have to be precise
or things could fall apart.

I wanna try again.

But not with a whole stack of boards.
That'll take a lot more practice.

-All right!
-[Rosie] Thanks, Mr. T.

Whoopsies. Uh, guys, it's not here.

But we followed the map exactly.

Iggy's grandparents renovated it,
built a shed,

and when I moved back in,
I grew the garden.

Gotta go.
I'm expecting a call from your mom.

If we don't have a map that's right,
it'll be impossible to find the capsule!

Maybe we should just forget it.

Guys, scientists do impossible stuff
all the time.

Astronauts went all the way to the moon.

But they knew where it was.

Humongous advantage.

That's true. It's pretty hard to miss.
Know what we need?

A miracle?

Uh, a crystal ball?

A brainstorm!

I have an idea!
We could just start digging.

But there'd be holes all over the yard,
which my dad would not be cool with.

[Iggy's dad] Iggy!

Yeah, that would not be okay.

We could call a gopher
to tell us where it's buried.

But what if a whole bunch of gophers
show up and dig holes everywhere?

[Iggy's dad] Iggy!

That would be a huge problem.

Oh, dogs! They smell everything.
We could get one to sniff out Rexcalibur.

But it might sniff Iggy since he always
has a tuna fish sandwich in his pocket.

Iggy!

[sighs] You're right.

just lost forever.
