store to buy some

cheese the store is on a dairy farm

where they MK

cows what does cheese have to do with

milk everything cheese is made for milk

this is how it works the milk comes from

the cows and goes into the

cans then the cans are poured into big

tanks called

Vats a culture is poured in this is what

gives cheese its own kind of

taste have you ever heard of Little Miss

Muffet who sat on a tough it and ate her

curds and

we the white things you see on the top

are Curds and the watery stuff is the

way I'm still not sure what a tough it

is anyway when the vat is strained the

card on the bottom is cut and rolled up

then it's put into a

machine this is

mozzarella that's the kind of cheese you

usually find on

Pizza there are other cheeses this is

parmesan they push this cheese into

tubs some cheeses are put into very

salty water to bring out their flavor

and this cheese is

aging that means that it's going to to

tastes better when it gets little

older when the time is right they'll

send it to the store so that people can

buy
