on the latest victim of this ice cold crime.
We were worried that the vampire talisman
would be next, so we squirreled it away in a safe,
but the thief was even squirrel-ier.
We were out of ideas and out of luck
until she walked in,
Student Bloody President, Head Fearleader,
a top-notch witch, and a snappy dresser to boot.
- Clawd, what are you doing?
- Uh, just giving my Monster Minute a little pizzazz.
- Clawd, stop joking around.
If we don't get the talismans, we may never bring Mom back.
- Don't worry, Clawdeen.
I'm on this case like a zombie on a brain sandwich.
Now, Draculaura, have you noticed anything unusual?
- This is not mine.
- Whoa!
There was a candy wrapper like that on the stairs
right after my talisman was taken.
- Attention, all students.
Incoming update from the headmistress's office.
Listen up.
You are no doubt aware of the talisman thefts.
I want to reassure you
the entire staff is taking this situation very seriously.
We will bring this perpetrator to justice.
I have consulted the door knocker.
- I love when I'm properly credited!
- And no one has entered or left the premises,
which means the perpetrator is one of us.
Until we figure out who is behind this,
for the safety of the remaining talisman,
I will institute a curfew effective immediately.
Everyone must stay in their dorm rooms

Those caught doing so
will suffer the ultimate punishment.

- But this candy isn't from this dimension.
It's from Beheme!
Not only that, it's the favorite snack
of my arch nemesis, the Sugar Rush Bandit,
the one paranormal pest I could never catch.
But how would it have gotten to Monster High?
- Well, if this cutie got through when you came here,
maybe another did, too?
- Mm, it seems far-fetched.
Honestly, bro, I think this sugar dude
is living rent-free in your belfry.
- What? No. I'll catch him and prove it to you.
And no way some horse is going to stop me.
[door slams]

- I've witchcrafted my way into getting that talisman
fair and square, and I'm going to get it back,

instead of screaming at me and chasing me.
