[Kara grunts]

we can forgive others,

- we must be able to forgive ourselves.

- like holding on to this bowling ball, is exhausting.

how we express that anger.

to deal with that anger

past your rage threshold!

Sometimes that person is, yeah, a
little rough around the edges,

but you're just gonna
have to be okay with that.
