And the g*ng and I were at the Knittingham Puppy Farm.

It was the night before the big Doo reunion

and we couldn't find my pet, a pup named..

Scooby-Doo, where are you?

Right here, Raggy. He he he he.

[laughs] I'm glad that Scooby could come to tomorrow's birthday party.

It's not often that the two pups get together.

- That's right. - Yeah.

We love our puppies, Scooby, Skippy, Ruby, and Howdy.

Wow! According to the National Exaggerator

the Doo pups have the same birthday as Bigfoot.

I seriously doubt if Mrs. Knittingham

invited him to the party, Freddy.

She didn't? Darn!

Mama and Daddy-Doo have a special birthday gift

just for you, Scooby.

They do? Ooh, what is it?

- It's special. - Yeah, very special.

Being the oldest son, you've inherited..

...the family dog collar.

Like, that? Yuck!

in a dogcatcher ghost, do you?

- Like, show her, Scoob. - Right, Raggy.

[thunder crashing]

[growling]

Oh, that can only mean one thing.

Buster McMuttMauler has finally returned.

[in unison] Buster McMuttMauler?

Buster McMuttMauler? Who is he?

Mama and Daddy-Doo first met him a long time ago.

Buster McMuttMauler was a dogcatcher gone bad.

[whimpering]

He loved to corner helpless puppies.

You got a problem with that?

[slurping]

Ahem. I said, help!

[in unison] Huh?

Uh-oh. Trouble.

[both growling]

[screaming]

McMuttMauler, so you're the one who's been stealing

those expensive dog collars?

Oh, but, Dogcatcher General, I--

I'm sure the police will want to hear about this.

[all chuckling]

One day, I'll get you puppies.

And your ugly collar.

[thunder crashing]

[Shaggy] 'Like, no wonder the ghost is back.'

He wants that collar.

[all] Oh, no!

Yeah, it must be cursed.

[all] Cursed?

[all] O-oh!

Great going, Freddy.

Oh! I better call Doctor Needlemeyer.

Did you call, Mrs. Knittingham?

We've just had a Doo family faint.

Hold it right there, Mr. Dogcatcher Ghost.

- I'm Mr. Goodman. - Sure, buddy.

How come you're wearing a white hat and carrying a net?

Why, any fool can see that I'm the neighborhood dogcatcher.

Like, you mean that you're not

the dogcatcher ghost?

[Doos] Yeah.

According to Velma, it's time for a Doo family sniff.

Why would the ghost leave his net outside

Dr. Needlemeyer's office?

And, like, where did the white paint come from?

Beats me!

Hmm, it could only mean one thing.

[thunder crashing]

Like, that'll keep the ghost away

[Fred] The ghost is gone.

And he took Mama and Daddy-Doo with him.

[howling]

[thunder crashing]

[Fred] 'This is terrible.'

First, Mrs. Knittingham

and now, Mama, Daddy, Skippy

Ruby, and Howdy-Doo have all been dognapped by the ghost.

Skippy, Ruby, and Howdy won't be here until tomorrow, Freddy.

Uh, oh, yeah.

Like, this all started when Scooby got that cursed collar.

Yeah, cursed. I don't want it!

[Scooby] You want it?

Like, that's okay, Scoob.

Rats!

Where are they? I can't find them.

This is horrible!

I suggest that we re-examine the location of our last clue.

[Scooby humming]

[Scooby] Uh-oh.

Like, what is it, Dr. Doo?

[Shaggy] Like, here's the bandages, Dr. Doo.

[mumbling]

It's the curse of the collar. Scooby's turning into a ghost.

[rattling]

[yelping]

we found on the dogcatcher's net.

[hooting]

[giggles] It means I have a plan.

But it could be dangerous, Scooby.

Unidentified Flying Puppy.

the ghost has been caught.

But who is it?

It's got to be Dr. Needlemeyer

because we found a net

outside her office.

[Shaggy] 'Like, no way, Daphne.'

It's Mr. Goodman, the dogcatcher.

He just pretended to like dogs.

You're both wrong.

The dogcatcher ghost is really

Red Herring.

[male announcer] 'We interrupt A Pup Named Scooby-Doo.'

'for this special announcement.'

When's that dufus, Freddy, gonna learn I didn't do it!

Heh heh. What a weenie!

Not quite, Freddy.

The dogcatcher ghost is actually..

[all] A hand?

No, it's Mr. Trixenstuff, the trainer.

[all gasping]

I don't want to sound rude

but you stupid kids ruined everything!

[Velma] 'I knew the ghost was Mr. Trixenstuff'

'when I discovered that the white splotches'

were flour not paint.

Then, the flour wasn't for baking.

It was to make him look like a ghost.

Like, no wonder Scooby couldn't sniff out

Mrs. Knittingham or his parents.

Yeah, no wonder.

I calculated that Mr. Trixenstuff

had enough bags of flour for 238 years worth of treats.

I get it.

He really wanted the Doo family collar for the jewels.

He did?

Well, he can have it.

- Scoobert! - Sorry, mom.

That collar's worth a lot of money.

Even if it is ugly.
