First of all, Shirley McLoon is an enemy agent from Mars.

After we found her spy camera

she panicked and put on a ghost costume

so we wouldn't uncover her plot to take over the universe.

(Daphne) 'Wrong, Freddy.'

Look, we found Shirley McLoon.

When Scooby led us there

we thought he was way off the trail, but he wasn't.

(Velma) The thief went there with the bike

(Freddy) I get it. So then he came here to his hideout.

(Shaggy) Yeah, and he tried to, like, scare us off

with his ghost costume so he could keep printing bogus money.

Isn't that right, Mr. Conrad?

Oh, shucks.

- Boss! - Boss!

But, why, boss? Why'd you rob my bike?

I needed the bike chain.

Precisely, this old press needs a special chain

and the one from Shaggy's bike was a perfect fit.

Why, I'd still be in business

if it hadn't been for you pesky kids and that dog.

Tell it to the judge.

Uh, boss, like, before you split for Sing Sing

(Shaggy) 'So I got my bike back, as good as new.'

We got our pictures in the paper

And we hope you get one too.

Because you'll need the money

to pay our fee for finding your bike.
