Robert focused on winning the Power of Veto.

I do want to save myself.

But it was Jun who took the golden prize.

And although she seemed uncertain--

Let's just say I made a bold move and I saved Justin.

I'm Julie Chen.

Welcome to "Big Brother ."

It's day inside the Big Brother house,

yet this past week was filled with firsts.

Erika, the Pilates instructor from Los Angeles,

won her first major competition, a grueling endurance contest

that earned her the title of Head of Household.

In an effort to break up the alliance known as the Three

Stooges, she put two of its members

on the chopping block for their first time.

Justin, the head hunter from Pittsburgh, and her ex,

Robert, the restaurant manager from LA.

In another new development, Jun, the investment manager

from New York, won the golden Power of Veto

for the first time, but ultimately chose to let

Ericka's nominations stand.

So Justin or Robert?

Who will be the next one to be evicted

from the Big Brother house?

We'll find out tonight, live.

With the houseguests' numbers dwindling, and the Alliance

of Eight long gone, the strength of every partnership

could mean the difference between life and death

in the Big Brother house.

You guys have, you know, said from the beginning

that, you know, there was no campaigning,

you know, against one another, and I thought we'd stay it.

You know?

You know, I don't want to make a decision to vote,

you know, over my two friends.

An alliance in this house is very important.

You know, you want to believe that this person, what--

what they're actually telling you is true,

and that they have your back.

I mean, you know it is, bro.

It switches every week. I mean--

Yeah.

Obviously, the alliance between Justin, Robert, and Jee

made them a bigger target because there

was such a clear alliance.

There is no way the four of us can't pick them off.

Yeah, we should be able to.

I think secret alliances help you

a lot more than making them, you know,

blatantly obvious to everybody.

Jee's smart.

And I think that if Robert's gone, Jee will crumble.

I think he'll come to you, but would you ever stick with him?

I'm not going to, like, let you go if I can help it.

You have to win HoH.

Does Jack ever talk strategy with you in the morning?

The way Alison's acting, there's something

going on with Justin, though.

Then I think he really is play stupid so

that they don't go after him.

Natalie wants Jack out so bad.

It doesn't even matter.

He knows that they are after him next.

That's why he's warming up to Jee.

He is kissing Jee's a*s.

You can't believe how valuable that is

to people who work in my area.

I've been trying for a long time to pry Jee

away from the other two amigos.

I mean, everyone, you know, is a target.

With me, you're not.

If he believes he's not going to go up,

he may not be as intense in his competition Wednesday night.

I can't believe Jack's talking game right now.

All of us, we'll get along fine, we'll take up the slack,

and deal with the competitions one at a time.

We have to carry on.

The combinations in here become very intriguing.

It can go many different ways.

I mean, does he think Jee's stupid, or what?

If Alison gets it, I don't know

which way she's going to go.

You know, she's going to be doing whatever she

has to do to benefit herself.

If Robert stays, I want him to consider

I think alliances are important to get

you to a certain point.

And then at some point, you kind of

have to break away from your alliance.

Either way, you and Jee go up, your vote out Jee.

But if Jack and I go up, you vote out Jack.

Either way.

And then it would be me and you against Ali and Jun.

Wait, you're saying what?

You cannot be % honest in this game and win it.

Oh, he was just saying that you and I are targeted.

He said it probably will be me they'll vote out.

Things seems to be a little too smooth

between Erika and Robert.

But I don't [muted] trust Robert

in this house with Erika.

It took one day to be best friends?

I just want to apologize for any of the stuff

that I might have said in here.

They hated each other.

I know.

Oh, hell no.

And you can't tell me that spending what?

Three hours outside, they're not going to make something.

Which way do you think Alison is leaning

towards, as of the vote?

Because if she does vote with the majority, then

I want to vote for Justin, you know?

I say we get out Robert now.

She could wake up in some kind of mood

One would assume, all right, you

have developed excellent powers of observation.

So what happened at the last video competition?

I-- I wanted to get the time, the year I was born, .

[laughs] Well, you accomplished it.

What happened?

I wanted to take my time.

I pulled out my hearing aid, and I had trouble seeing,

so I couldn't hear too well.

All right.

Robert.

Yes, Julie.

I was very impressed watching you eat those fish eyeballs.

I want to know how you managed to get them down,

and did they taste like chicken?

No they didn't.

They tasted pretty disgusting and hard.

Yeah, you mentioned a powdery substance

once you got to the inside? - Yeah.

The outside was hard, and yeah. It was.

Sounds good.

You plan on serving them at your next restaurant?

No. Absolutely not.

Oh gross.

JULIE: Alison.

Hi.

Given that your ex is on the chopping block tonight,

now would be a good time to reflect.

Is there anything you've learned about Justin

that you didn't know about him before coming into the house?

Actually, no.

I knew him before, obviously.

And he was probably one of the most

wonderful people I've ever met in my entire life

outside of this house.

And he's proven that he really is that person

inside this house as well.

So I just kind of got a little bit of reassurance with Justin.

Well, that's very nice.

Justin and Robert, as the nominees,

you'll each have a chance to speak later.

But right now, I'd like to give certain people

an opportunity to speak to you.

Erika, what would you like to say to your ex, Robert,

in case he's the one who leaves tonight?

You know what, Robert?

I'm really glad that we mended fences.

You know, there's been a lot of tension between us,

and it feels good to kind of lighten that load.

And I'm really happy that we took

this opportunity to do that.

I feel the same way.

JULIE: Very nice.

Jee. - Yes.

You were the last hope for the Dream Team

during the Head of Household endurance competition,

and now your two friends are on the chopping block.

What would you like to say to Robert and Justin,

given that one of them will be leaving tonight?

Justin, Rob, you guys know that this is a very--

extremely difficult moment for me.

You know, not only am I losing a teammate,

but I'm also losing a friend, and this is extremely hard.

I just want to thank you for your loyalty, for your honesty,

and for always, you know, watching my back.

And I really do appreciate it.

If it wasn't for you guys, I would really have a hard time

here, and I enjoyed my experience so

much more because of you two.

And I want you to know that even though one of you guys

are leaving, you know, we're all going to remain friends,

even outside this house.

And I can't wait--

I can't wait for that.

At this point in the game it's not a difficult decision

for me to decide which of the Amigos or the Three

Stooges or the exes should go.

Justin, as a player in this game,

is the most focused and competitive, determined player,

I think, in the house.

As the leader of the exes, he's been

superb in keeping them together through these many weeks.

I vote to evict Justin.

Welcome back to Big Brother .

Tonight, it's Justin, the headhunter from Pittsburgh,

and Robert, the restaurant manager from LA,

who find themselves on the chopping block.

For the past days, Robert has shared the Big Brother

house with his ex, Erika.

But there is another ex in his life,

as well as a young lady who has already claimed his heart.

Ah!

[laughs] I'm Elena, and I'm seven years old.

If I could tell my dad anything, I

would tell him he's being much funnier than he is at home.

I'm Natasha.

Robert and I grew up together.

We've been friends since we were really young.

We were briefly married, and then we had a daughter, Elena.

And we've remained really close friends,

and we both take equal responsibility in raising her.

Robert and I didn't quite work out

because he was your typical fraternity boy,

as you see on Big Brother .

[laughs]

[cheering]

As far as Robert's womanizing goes,

he has this innate ability to be the most charming person.

Can you play with my hair a little bit?

He really knows how to talk to a woman.

I like that dress you wore last Wednesday.

You've got to wear it again.

The rose one?

That was the most awesome dress I've ever seen on you.

Thanks.

What he really has going for them is his salsa dancing.

Woo!

I [inaudible].

Look at the way I move my a*s.

Once he salsa dances with someone,

then he's pretty much got it in the bag.

[laughs] That's how he got me!

Woo!

I need to have sex very soon.

I don't foresee Robert settling down ever in his life.

Some people want to go home to their wives,

I like to hook up with a different chick every night.

I think he's going to be a womanizer

until the day he dies.

And it may-- it may sound whatever,

like a sl*t, but there's not one that gives me all of anything.

The thing that a lot of people don't see

is he only has one lady who has his heart, and that's Elena.

He lives and breathes for her.

And really, at the end of the day,

that's all that matters to him is her.

The things I like most about my dad is he cooks for me,

and he helps me with my homework,

and he plays football with me.

My daddy got this at the Cuban Festival.

It's my favorite shirt, and I wear it

every night when I go to sleep.

When she watches the show is when she gets the most sad.

That's when she misses Robert the most.

And I cry watching her cry, and it's--

it's emotional, and it kind of tugs at both sides.

You know, you're rooting for him,

but you also wish he was back.

I really truly am sorry for everything I've ever done.

Because you have always been there.

I mean, you were there too much for me.

Erika's pretty much, aside from me,

the only real relationship that Robert has ever had.

So I'm sure that a part of him still has some sort of love

for her, and it's, you know, hurtful for her to be with him

in that house.

I have nominated you, Justin, and you, Robert.

Oh no!

Robert, you're a very strong player and a huge threat.

Yeah.

We already know, because they're exes,

and they want each other off.

I'm so upset that Robert's up for nomination,

but I knew Erika was going to do it.

She pretty much didn't have another choice.

I'm really sad that my dad's up for eviction,

because I really want him to win.

Let's talk privately with Erika,

who's sitting alone in the Head of Household bedroom.

Hi, Erika. - Hi, Julie.

Now, just a reminder, the other

houseguests cannot hear us, so feel free to speak openly.

Now, it took a while, but you finally

made it to the HoH bedroom.

In the past, you've said that this title could

put a huge target on your back.

Did you purposely throw earlier competitions

waiting for just the right moment

to win this position of power?

I knew that I was going to come into this competition

knowing that I was going to get HoH when I felt like I

was really, really targeted.

And I really felt targeted.

So there was no way you were getting me out of that cage.

I mean, I think anyone that knows me knows

that I have pit bull mentality.

And I was just not getting out.

Did you purposely lose other HoH competitions?

I don't think I purposely lost them,

but I think I kind of had people's

back who I felt were targeted and were aligned with me.

So if they didn't win them, I was right there behind them

with second or third.

Mhm.

Now, you and Jack have a very tight bond.

Is there any circumstance inside the house that

would cause you to betray him?

Wow.

You know what?

I've been toying with this question for a few weeks.

And I don't think I can betray him.

[laughs]

OK.

Well, given what you just said to your ex, Robert,

in the living room, is it safe to say that outside the house,

you and Robert will be able to be friends?

I don't know if Robert and I will actually be friends,

but you know what?

It's never good to have an enemy.

And it's never good to carry a load of anger

around on your shoulders, you know,

because it only hurts you.

So it felt good to kind of let that go.

All right.

As far as inside the house, does this mean that you'll

be able to trust him?

Inside the house, Julie, it's w*r.

It's not-- you know, my strategy will not change.

Neither will his, so.

JULIE: That sounds like a no.

[laughs] You don't know if he can be trusted.

This is an extremely tough day for me.

You know, obviously, to cast a vote

to evict one of my teammates, you know, my friends.

And yes.

I kind of-- you know, they're-- they're like--

they're like brothers to me.

You know, it sounds harsh, but you know,

Justin can be used as a shield, you know, for me.

If Justin, you know, were to remain in this house,

they would go after Justin to evict him out

of the house because of the fact that he

is such a strong competitor.

I vote to evict Robert.

I'm telling you, I think it's the most amazing thing,

that we truly became like brothers, Jee, Justin, and I.

I just want the three of us to never end, you know?

The best thing that has happened to me

so far is meeting you two guys, up to this point.

I am surprised I became such good friends with them, just

because, you know, before I came into this house,

I didn't really think that I would meet

friends that I would be friends with, you know,

the rest of my life.

[laughs]

It's good to see people have the same fire inside them

that I have. - I mean, this has been awesome.

It's been great.

I met you two guys here.

And we have each other.

Forever.

I'm very saddened that the Dream Team

will be separated this week.

You guys are more than just friends to me.

We just have an awesome connection with one another.

We have an alliance that no one else has ever had

in the history of this game.

So it was very, very sweet.

Each of them have wonderful, you know,

characteristics about them.

You know, I mean, all three of us

have been very loyal to each other.

Their personalities are very different,

yet, you know, we all mesh together so well.

Jee and Justin are one in a million.

You don't meet people like that inside this house

or outside the house.

Not too much jelly for me, though.

I feel like I'm a better person because I met, you know,

Jee and Justin.

Meeting up with you and Rob in this game,

it means a lot to me. And that's the truth.

You know what I'm saying?

I mean, these guys are going to be my friends for life.

I'm not just saying it.

It's going to be great when this is [muted]

all done and over with, and we get

to watch the tapes together.

We have to do it together.

Yeah.

I feel horrible, and it's eating at me,

you know, that-- that I'm the one that's safe, to speak,

and that Robert and Justin are the ones that

are on the nomination block.

My friendship with--

with Rob and Jee is way more important to me than that

a half million dollars.

If it wasn't for you two guys, the Big Brother house

would suck.

It's destiny that-- that we met.

Even if we do win or we don't win,

we found friendships for life.

We all feel the same way, too.

It doesn't matter if I leave, because I

can't be in this house without one of you guys.

Because one of the Dream Team members will definitely

be evicted out this week.

And they told me, just Jee, you've got to fight on.

At least one of us has to go to the finals and just, you know,

bring it home.

The Dream Team will still survive.

I will remember each and every one of you

for a long time for whatever reasons.

played with such amazing alliances

and against such worthy opponents.

you know, until now because other people

I don't trust Robert.

I think Robert's very sneaky.

I think he's a manipulator.

He's very nervous and fidgety around the house,

which makes me nervous.

Robert is someone who may just kind of, you know, make

it and sneak into the finals without anyone noticing,

and so that has to be stopped.

Having Justin around me during this entire time in the house

has been almost like a security blanket.

I also don't think that he would ever go against me.

I think that Justin would stay very true to me

and not ever go out to deliberately hurt me.

Welcome back to Big Brother .

On finale night in September, the seven-member jury

will return to vote on the winner of Big Brother .

The jury will keep tabs on their former housemates

by viewing portions of the show that do not

betray the confidence of secret conversations

or Diary Room entries.

Dana was the first to arrive at the jury house

and had no idea that her former rival,

Nathan, would be the next one to walk through the door.

I am a couple of cabana boys away from paradise, I think.

It's beautiful.

The pool, the beach.

It's great.

But being sequestered would be much more fun if I

Well, Justin, you're sitting here tonight

because one member of your alliance, Robert,

was the first person to quit the last HoH competition.

That's right.

And then the other member of your alliance, Jee,

left with a deal to ensure his safety.

OK.

Do you feel betrayed?

No, not at all.

You know, they guaranteed Jee his safety

minutes into that, and you know,

he stayed in there for six hours.

So I thought that was a very loyal thing to do.

I was-- I was actually touched that he

stayed in there that long.

And you know, Robert's situation was-- was totally different.

He had a migraine, and he knew he wasn't

going to beat Erika anyway.

So you know, I don't feel betrayed at all.

OK.

You entered this house a very fierce competitor,

and yet this past week, when you were put on the chopping block,

you didn't campaign to save yourself.

Why not?

Well, the situation was--

was kind of awkward.

I was against Robert, and my loyalty, you know,

was to the end of this game.

And you know, just because you're on the block

doesn't mean it's the end.

You know, so there wasn't a chance I was

going to campaign against him.

So did you enter the house to make friends or to win?

A little of both, I guess you could say.

You know, I came into the house not

knowing what I was going to do.

I didn't know who was going to be here.

And I guess that turned out being a good thing,

because Alison was right in that front door.

So you know, I formed my strategy around--

around what I got once I seen everybody.

I want to talk about your relationship

with Alison, because it was clearly one of the most

complex in that house.

How do you feel about being beaten by your ex?

You know, that doesn't bother me at all.

Alison is, too, a fierce competitor.

And she's very, very intelligent,

and she can be very convincing, you know, to anybody.

So the way she plays this game, you know,

it's going to get her a long way.

The object of the game is to take these little bocce ba*ls

and get pace and direction on them, get close to the hole,

but not in the hole.

I need to protect Erika tomorrow,

because as outgoing HoH, she can not compete.

I'm going to make everyone think that I'm trying,

but I'm not going to.

Jee and Robert think that I'm on their side,

and Erika and Jack think I'm on their side.

So if I'm not HoH, then I don't have to pick a side.

They can just use me for my vote.

It is truly, truly vital for Robert or myself

to win this competition.
