[TV announcer]
Although ski areas expectthe storm to hit tonight,

Spoonerville's getting
the brunt of it now,

where the snow has put a big
dent in local business.

Oh, not the messopany deluxe!

I just had that baby repossessed.

In fact, the city council and--

What a month I'm having,

even worse than I thought!

Well, we cleaned off the cars, Mr. P.

Even did the RVs.

Yeah, Pop. Now can we get paid?

Fellas, times are tough,

and we all gotta make sacrifices.

Save more, spend less,

and tighten the old belt.

[groans]

[coughs]

Well, you get the picture.

Yeah. You're stiffin' us.

Not at all.
No, but instead of money,

I'm payin' you in...

Paper clips!

Oh, come on, Max.

Let's see what's on the tube.

[man on TV]
Here's the guy who claims he saw Bigfoot.

He was big and hairy
and had these weird ears.

I never seen anything like it.

Here. I drew a picture of him.

Ha! What a rube.

I bet he thinks his sister
got kidnapped by UFOs too.

[man on TV]
Does he or she exist or not?

Is he or she fact?

Is he or she fiction, real or imagined?

Half-human or merely

half-witted and hairy?

No one knows for sure.

If they do know, they're not saying.

Hey, Peej, I'm Bigfoot.

Betcha can't catch me.

[growls]

Ha! Betcha I can!

[roars]

Let's see how fast those
big feet really are, man.

[man on TV]
Still, the hopeful lock to the mountains,

knowing an authentic picture of Bigfoot

would bring instant fame and publicity.

[gasp]

My favorite four words--

Pu-bli-ci-ty.

One picture of that hairball,

I'd be sellin' cars like
there was no yesterday.

And it wouldn't have
to be authentic, either.

[chuckles]

Sure is generous of you, Petey,

invitin' maxie and me along

on an all-expenses-paid ski weekend.

Oh, think nothin' of it, Goofster.

It's only money--

but who's countin'?

But, Dad, how come yesterday

you were sayin' times
were tough, you know,

and we had to tighten the old belt,

and then today you--

[chuckles] Kids, huh? Never know
what they'll say next.

Come on, Junior,
see if we forgot anything.

[blows raspberries]

Don't worry about a thing, Petey!

Me and Maxie'll load her up.

Careful, Dad.

These are Mr. P's super-wax GT specials.

Ow! Oh, got some nice
snap-on bindings, too. Ohh!

Here comes a heavy one, Pop.

Hmm. Looks like this feller
didn't know when to say when.

[Goofy] Don't worry, Maxie.

I have not yet begun to pack. Ah-hyuck!

you know you got a hole in your ceilin'?

of them stretchy cords?

a lot better mileage.

Hey, Max! Max?

Max, where'd you go?

There's a snowman here looks just like ya.

Hurry it up, Goof.

We gotta hit the ski slopes
before the light fades.

OK, Petey.

They musta forgot their snow tires.

Never mind that.

Just give me my camera equipment.

And careful! It's fragile.

I know, Pete. That's why I packed it

nice and safe at the bottom.

I'm gonna give you a packin'.

[grunting]

Oh!

Mm. You weren't plannin'

on using your wide-angley-type lens

this weekend, were you, Pete?

Gimme that!

All right, now listen up, Goof.

You grab the skis,

and I'll carry Mr. Camera.

Ahem. OK, Petey,

if you're sure you can manage.

Hmm. Follow me.

I got an uncanny sense of misdirection.

Ski slopes are this way.

Ouch!

Or are they that way?

Don't worry, Pete. I know
where I'm goin' now.

On second thought...
