snuffy's birthday surprise

the sun was bright over frosty pines one

fine winter morning but even brighter

was the smile on jack frosty's face

jack frosty was the snowman that snuffy

had helped make

and now he was one of snuffy's best

friends

now since jack frosty was a snowman he

couldn't really talk

but that didn't bother snuffy jack was

always

cheery and he made snuffy feel good

besides

today snuffy had great news to tell him

jack today is my birthday

hey slow down snuffy there's lots of ice

oh sorry jj where are you off to in such

a hurry

i thought you came up here to spend time

with jack frosty

i did but now i have

what sort of thing would make you happy

right to the general store

but it wasn't long before he was headed

back home again

so snuffy raced back home and he ran

straight to brenda's workshop

nobody seems to know what i should ask

for

what do you think i think that i'm very

proud of

all the planes at this airport what do

well when you ask them what present they

would want

each one thought of something that would

make them more helpful to others

hey you're right everybody wanted to be

more helpful

well maybe it's because you end up with

two presents

the one you asked for and seeing how

happy it makes everybody

do i like that maybe you should think of

some way to help

somebody then you might pick the very

best present of

mission

to figure out a way to be more helpful

and as he thought about it

he happened to fly over frosty pines

again

and when he looked down he saw a

familiar sight

hey there's my friend

once again jack frosty listened to

snuffy with a big smile on his face

snuffy told jack his whole problem as

usual

jack didn't say a word which was okay

with snuffy

get says presents yes

no matter how much snuffy talked jack

just stood there listening

cheerfully as a good friend should

and as snuffy started to leave he turned

to look at his always

cheerful friend and suddenly he

knew what he wanted for his birthday

after his birthday party he put the snow

blower in his cargo hold

and flew up to frosty pines

nobody saw him for some time

he wanted everybody to join him up in

frosty pines right away

oh well snuffy this is positively

darling but why did you want to do all

and jack this has been such a good

friend to me

i thought i'd make up some company so
