02x04 - Upside Down Waterfall

nature is full of surprises and nobody

enjoyed surprises more than little

Snuffy that's why he liked to fly the

Tarrytown National Park

he loved to be surprised by the beauty

of nature the sights the sounds and of

course the lovely smells but one day he

suddenly came upon the most astonishing

surprise of them all

it was a sight so incredible so amazing

so unthinkable that even he couldn't

believe what he was seeing that's

exactly what it was it was a wonderful

where the water was falling upside down

you must have made a mistake little guy

there is no such thing as an upside down

waterfall oh I'm so would I sure and

down waterfall where the water is

falling instead of down are you kidding

us I'm not kidding you

then you better take us to this

upside-down waterfall we just can't

believe it until we see it okay follow

me

so Snuffy let JJ and Tracey back to

Tarrytown National Park back to the

scene of what he saw

okay JJ I don't see anything there isn't

any such thing yes there is no there

isn't

there can't be why not look I'll show

you

you see Snuffy right now we're flying up

this is the direction of this

[Music]

so now you know so the water in that

waterfall was running down right no it

was running down maybe there's something

you need to see

I want you to look carefully

the waters falling down the water is

falling down just like the one you're

still confusing with listen to me

well this was very confusing Snuffy

stuck by his story that he had seen an

upside down waterfall JJ was so

frustrated by all this that he went to

see Brenda blue to ask her advice and

that's the story Brenda no matter what

Snuffy says he saw a waterfall where the

water was running up instead of down but

that can't be right can it well JJ it's

hard to say it sure might seem like he's

wrong but you know sometimes people see

something that really is new and

different and because it's so new it's

hard to find the right words to describe

it really maybe just maybe instead of

doubting Snuffy you should trust him

after all

Snuffy's a pretty smart little plane and

if he says he saw an upside down

waterfall then it's possible he really

did see it you never know

I've been doing this all wrong

Snuffy is my friend instead of not

believing him I should have helped him

prove he was right if there's an upside

down waterfall out there then by golly

I'm gonna find that's the spirit so JJ

soon found himself flying over Tarrytown

National Park once again

nope still no sign of any upside-down

waterfall but I have to believe in

Snuffy

maybe I'll go right back to where Snuffy

set aside

I still don't see any but I can't give

up I have to believe that Snuffy's right

[Music]

now it was JJ's turn to be surprised for

there right before his eyes was the

largest upside-down waterfall he'd ever

seen are you talking about

[Music]

now I understand what's going on I see

you guys the water is going up instead

of down

because it isn't a waterfall at all it's

called a geyser

that's when water deep in the ground

gets so hot that it creates steam then

the water and steam explode out of the

ground like a giant water hose creating

a visor Oh

[Music]

put Brenda how come when I came back to

show it to JJ Tracy it wasn't here good

question Snuffy you see a geyser doesn't

sh**t water up all the time as it slowly

heats up underground the geyser takes a

nice long rest before the next big

gusher happens Wow it has to sleep just

like that from now on I promise I'm

always going to believe you oh thanks JJ

hey you know what what I don't think

anybody's ever seen this geyser before

Snuffy's the first one to discover it so

why don't we call it snuppy's geyser

let's go fly

never again with JJ doubt the discovery

something new just because he'd never

seen or heard of it before because the

world is full of surprises and if we

close our minds we'll miss out on all

the fun
