a bedtime routine can help!

A routine is something you do the same way, every day.

Things like brushing our teeth, putting on our pajamas,

and reading a book can be part of a bedtime routine.

I love putting on my pajamas.

They have giant pandas on them!

I like bedtime stories with astronauts!

I just really like to brush my teeth!

Those all sound like good bedtime routines to me.

Let's think some more about bedtime routines!

One thing we use each night before bed is a--

Toothbrush!

Yup! Brushing our teeth before bed is part of a good routine.

And a good thing to do before we go to sleep is to read a--

- Book! - That's right!

A book!

And before we fall asleep,

it feels good to snuggle up underneath a--

Blanket.

Yes! A blanket!

I love getting ready for bed!
