Once upon a time, there were three happy bears,
Papa Bear,
Mama Bear,
and Baby Bear.
- Oh. (giggles)
- One day,
Mama Bear made a delicious porridge for breakfast,
but there was one little problem.
- Uh oh. - It's hot, hot, hot.
- Why don't we take a walk and let it cool down a little?
- I wanna walk all the way over the mountain.
- All right. - Okay, let's go.
(cheerful music)

♪ Their porridge was too hot
♪ So they went for a walk

- While they were gone,
a little girl named Goldilocks
discovered the three bear's house.
The door was wide open, so she went right in
and took a look around.
When Goldilocks saw the three porridge bowls,
her tummy started to rumble.
- I know I shouldn't, but I'm so hungry.
- She ate a big spoonful of Papa Bear's porridge.
- Uh oh. - Oh.
- Yikes, this is too hot.
- Then she tried Mama Bear's bowl.
- Oh, it's too cold.
- But when she tried Baby Bear's bowl--
- Ah, this is just right.
- Goldilocks ate Baby Bear's porridge until--
- Uh oh, it's all gone.
Now I need to sit down, I'm really full.
- Goldilocks went into the next room
where she found three chairs.
First she tried Papa Bear's chair.
- [Whitney] This is too hard.
- She tried Mama Bear's chair.
- This is too soft.
- But when she tried Baby Bear's chair--
- [Whitney] Ah, this is just right.
- Goldilocks bounced on Baby Bear's chair so hard,
that she broke it all to pieces.
- Oh. - Uh oh,
I should try to fix this chair, but I'm too sleepy.
- Goldilocks went into the next room
where she found three beds.
She tried Papa Bear's bed.
- [Whitney] This is too lumpy.
- She tried Mama Bear's bed.
- [Whitney] Whoa, whoa, this is too bouncy.
- Then she tried Baby Bear's bed.
- Ah, this is just right.
I'll stay here for a (yawns) a little bit.
- Goldilocks fell fast asleep.
But while she was dreaming,
(cheerful music)
♪ The bears came back from the mountian ♪

- The three bears went to the next room
to sit in their favorite chairs.
- [Sarah] (gasps) Someone's been sitting in my chair.

and they broke it all to pieces.
- [Together] That makes us very angry.
- By now, the three bears were grumpy and tired.
They went to their bedroom to take a nap.
- Someone's been sleeping in my bed.

and she's still there!
- [Together] That makes us very, very angry.
- [Sarah] When I'm angry, I know I shouldn't hit.
- [Whitney] I know I shouldn't scream.
- [Nick] And I know I shouldn't say mean things.
- [Together] Then what are we going to do?
- [Nick] I know, let's exercise.
♪ Exercise by running fast, running fast, running fast ♪
♪ Running can be a lot of fun, now we feel much better ♪
(cheerful music) (Barney laughs)
♪ Exercise by hopping around, hopping around, hopping around ♪
♪ Hopping like a kangaroo, now we feel much better ♪

broke my chair and messed up my bed
and that wasn't very nice.
- [Whitney] I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make a mess.
I'll help you cook more porridge,
fix your chair and make your bed.
- And Goldilocks did just that.
In fact, Baby Bear and Goldilocks became good friends.
