I have a special dish just for you,
but you have to guess what it is.

He's covered all in sand ♪

♪ He was playing at the beach
And working on his tan ♪

♪ What he's wearing is the clue
To our secret dish ♪

♪ Here's a little hint for you
It does include fish ♪

Everyone, this secret
dish-guessing challenge is difficult!

But James has given us an extra clue.

He says today's dish includes fish.

Dish, fish.

And Paul, the waiter, is in surf gear,

but wearing a hat
you might wear on a farm.

So we've got food from the ocean,

that's right, right out of the surf,

and maybe something from the land.

Did I hear you say turf?

[barks]

[Anthony] Very clever, my friends,

and very clever, Wags the Dog!

Maybe some of you have heard of this dish.

When you combine something from the ocean
and something from a farm,

it's called surf and turf.

[laughs]

Anthony, you've got it.

Our chef has prepared for you
a bounty from the water and off the land.

It's surf and turf at Le James Café.

♪ And we've got doggy bags for takeaway ♪

Paul, I'm glad we've got the doggy bags.

They're bags for taking the leftover food

you can't eat in the restaurant
home with you.

And I've got a feeling with all this food,
we're going to need these today.

[barks and laughs]

after a meal like that,
