Misty, now the leader of the Cerulean Gym

fell victim to an evil plot by Hansen

regent of the Mirage Kingdom.

His plan, use Misty's Togepi

to claim the throne for himself.

After escaping Hansen's trap, they were rescued by Sarah

the kingdom's princess and true successor to the throne

but still, Hansen remained intent

on capturing Misty's Togepi.

So now, fully enmeshed in the Mirage Kingdom

succession conflict, what will be Togepi's fate?
