And together
with their friend Ritchie,

they discover a Lugia
and its baby.

It didn't stay
a mystery for long.

Professor Nanba and Team Rocket
kidnapped the young Lugia,

whisking it away
to their underwater base.

Their plan: to use the child
as bait to capture its parent.

And although Ash and friends
battled hard

to try and stop the other
Lugia's capture,

Butch and Cassidy's
angry Pokémon

were just too powerful
to defeat,

and Lugia was finally taken
c*ptive along with its child.

Now, Ash has awakened to find
that he and his friends

are imprisoned as well.
