I've been in there lots of times yeah

but today we're sort of pretending that

really cool

you are going to have so much fun

in your classroom there are numbers and

there's a lot to do and you'll want to

they are friendships

one of the things I like best about

school is reading me too I'm going to

read lots and lots of books once I

learned how to read well you'll be off

to a very good start when you learn the

names of all the letters of the alphabet

and I think we all know a fun song to

help with that too

hello everybody this is radio station BJ

so would anyone like to request a song

how about hearing me play my drums I

have a request for all BJ all the time

see that speaker up there then lets a

teacher or the principal talk to

everyone in the school at once oh I see

wow BJ you were really being loud I was

wasn't uh

I was you sure were but in school we

usually try to be just a little bit

quieter oh yeah

when we talk we've got two choices we

can use either one of our two voices my

indoor voice is kind of quiet like a

kitty just meowed yeah and my outdoor

boys it's fun to try it cause it's big

and strong and Loud come on Kristen

it's our indoor boys

we choose

those are fun

[Music]

when we use both voices every day it's

easy to decide which one we use our

indoors

[Music]

won't voices every day it is easy to

and are outdoor here as we know they

both are fun

forever

so for my first day of school I need to

remember my numbers and my letters and

where the books are and my indoor voice

and my outdoor voice that's right

Stephen and don't forget your backpack

and where to hang your coat and which

one you go to and all your school

supplies and wow

this is starting to sound like a lot

we want to learn things at school but

what if this is too big

I mean too much to remember

Namaste that's how you say hello in a

beautiful country called India and

that's where I just came from I've spent

the whole morning riding on the back of

an elephant riding on an elephant

just one minute

excuse me big fella but I had a hat

thank you

now that's better anyway there I was in

India and I thought I heard someone say

that a job might be too big and that

reminded me of a story I'm going to need

some help

[Music]

once upon a time in a dark green jungle

they're lived two very close friends the

First with a tiny little mouse named

wiggle nose

that's me and the second was a great big

elephant named waffle that's me hi

Google hi

the two left together and every day they

enjoyed long walks through the jungle

enjoying the beautiful trees and flowers

and listening to the songs of the bird

then one day they found something oh

look it's a giant bag of peanuts mmm I

love peanuts me too and this is enough

to eat for a long long time then I guess

I'd better carry them home okay that bag

of peanuts was so big Rob could hardly

lift him

geez that's heavy let me try again

oh

it's loose that bag was so big poor womp

tired herself out trying to lift it so

she walked home sadly to take a nap

while walk slept wigglenose still wanted

to figure out how to get those peanuts

home somehow hey I have an idea

later that same day

wake up Mom wake up what is it look

and do you know what that whole big bag

of peanuts was at their home look I

moved the peanuts but this bag was too

big even I couldn't lift it now but I

could lift one little peanut so that's

what I did I brought all the peanuts

back here one at a time

wow that was really smart now let's make

peanut butter okay wiggle nose and wasp

learned a few very important lesson big

things aren't hard to do

a little at a time

[Applause]

so do you still think there's too much

to learn at school no way

keep my ride waiting so as they say in

India namaste

Hello darling you just won't believe

your ears I won't no they are playing

with elephants in that school

[Music]

that's the truth okay where am I gonna

find an egg she is such a dear sweet

girl

completely

let's see what's going on now

I can learn how to play the piano

you get to try lots of new things to

find out what you're good at that's

right some people will be good at music

and others will be good at sports like

soccer or basketball some will really

have fun reading and others will like

painting pictures with beautiful colors

I think we've got enough colors over

here to paint the whole school

wow that's my favorite I like blue green

is my favorite

what's your favorite color Barney purple

is my favorite but I do like green and

come to think of it red is terrific

yellow is great well I guess I like all

colors

we like them a lot we've got colors

colors we've got red blue and yellow

purple orange green black white brown

every color in between

yeah isn't it great in it it sure is

baby bump and even though you're just

three years old you've learned a lot

things sell yeah and how to work with

your friends yeah that's us we're your

friends indeed we are
