Previously on "The Amazing
Race," six teams raced

from St.
Petersburg, Russia to Oman.

Chad and Stephanie got
off to a shaky start.

But in Oman, Chad popped the question.

Will you spend the rest
of your life with me?

I will.

An exhilarated roadblock
had Jill holding on tight.

Oh, my God.

This is insane.

While a navigational nightmare
took its toll on mallory.

In the end Chad and Stephanie
celebrated their engagement in style.

You are team number one.

And Gary and mallory bid farewell.

Five teams remain.

Five teams remain. Who will be eliminated next?

This is the city of musket in Oman
that can be found in places like this

exotic building.

It was the eighth pit stop
in a race around the world.

Chad and Stephanie, who
were the first to arrive.

They will depart at 11:10 A.M.

Teams must now fly 2,000
miles to dhaka, Bangladesh.

They will have to make their
way to this super market and

find this sugar cane press.

They must fill a large mug with
sugar cane juice and one member

must drink it in order to
receive their next clue.

Taxi.

Taxi.

International airport.

We know there is a u-turn coming up.

We agreed to do nat and Kat.

We are in first and the goal is
that it would be nice to finish

first from here on out.

I don't want to lose
to a pair of girls.

Fly to Bangladesh.

We have a double u-turn coming up.

Getting to the u-turn first
is extremely crucial.

I know we are a team other
teams will want to u-turn.

Fly to Bangladesh.

I am excited about
going to Bangladesh.

I am not excited about
that double u-turn.

We need a flight to Bangladesh and need
to arrive there as soon as possible.

Travel agency?

We just found tickets that get
in tomorrow at 12:00 P.M.

That looks to be the earliest flight.

Hey guys.

We will book the same.

You will encounter a double u-turn.

I think it is... Thank you so much.

We are trying to get to Bangladesh.

What is the earliest we can get there?

Is there a better one that that?

It is the only one.

Thank you so much.

Thank you.

Hi.

I was wondering if you can get
us a flight to Bangladesh.

Fly to Bangladesh.

Let's go.

Wow.

Double u-turn.

Double u-turn.

Currently we have a flight
that arrives in dhaka at noon.

But we are hoping that there is
something that arrives earlier.

Could you check more?

Did you find something
that gets there earlier?

We are striking out.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Ticketting office, Oman air.

We want to get to dhaka,
Bangladesh as soon as possible.

Please.

Please.

Thank you.

Did you guys get anything else
or all on the same thing?

We are all on the same train.

Do you want to wait?

I want a blizzard.

I am go to get a cheese
burger and blizzard.

We are desperately trying
in a last minute attempt.

This gentleman is going to get us
our tickets from here to Dubai.

Once we get to Dubai we can
work on the second phase.

Thank you.

Right now we are going
to fly to Dubai.

We didn't have time to
secure the entire trip.

We are go to get to Dubai and see
what we can work out from there.

Yes, please.

Thank you.

We think.

We are getting tickets to dhaka
arriving at 5:00 in the morning.

Everybody else is arriving at noon.

Did you try it?

Maybe it will work out
for us after all.

We are just keeping hope alive.

What are they doing there?

Is that it?

Yeah.

Oh, my gosh.

She is printing our tickets right now.

I wonder what they are getting on.

Thank you.

No eating.

No eating.

Fly.

Fly.

Whatever.

We need carbs before our big sprint.

What flight duget him on?

Qatar airlines.

Arriving to dhaka arriving 00.

Is there any room on
that flight for us?

Sorry, that flight, they are booked.

I am very happy.

We are very pleased.

Hard work sometimes does pay off.

They are arriving at 5:00 A.M.

That's like seven hours.

I am having anxiety really bad.

We have a double u-turn coming up.

It is crucial that we get this flight.

It arrives at 5:00 a.
M. In the morning.

Are you serious?

Yeah.

I hate this.

I feel that we are
the only teams left.

I don't know if Chad and
them got that same flight.

We are trying to do whatever we can
to get to dhaka as soon as we can.

We need to get to Bangladesh asap.

From there there is an 11:35 to
Dubai and Dubai takes you to dhaka.

What time does it arrive?

You could change our life right now.

We will just keep our
fingers crossed.

You want to make sure the punk
rockers did not get on the flight.

We have them all?

Thank you so much.

Yes.

Hello.

It is showing that there is no seat.

They just took it.

Thank you.

Thank you.

So, we are done.

We are here until 12:00.

I am thinking that is the case.

There is Stephanie.

Why are you guys here?

Holy cow.

We aren't the only ones.

Thomas and Jill have a
seven-hour lead on us.

We want to get to dhaka,
Bangladesh as soon as possible.

We are about to board a flight
to India and then we will fly

to Bangladesh, ultimately getting
in at 12:00, noon, tomorrow.

You never know how it will end up.

You never know.

It is discouraging knowing that Jill
and Thomas were that far ahead of us.

We thought it would be a foot race.

This is big to get here early.

I am shocked we are
the only team here.

It is 6:00 in the morning.

It looks like it is rush hour 00.

It is hot too.

It is hot.

Walking with a wheelbarrow
in the middle of the street.

Look.

This is it?

Ok.

Cool.

Hey.

Hey.

How is it going.

You are giving a demonstration.

So we put this in and we just turn.

We have to fill up one of these?

Yeah.

Cool.

Grab it on the other side.

Got it?

It is ok.

Grab it off the ground.

It went right in my eye.

Get that sugar.

Come on sugar.

Make sure we don't
pull the glasses off.

All right.

This might be good.

One of us has to drink
the whole thing.

How does it taste?

I kind of want to try it.

Hey, Jill.

In this detour teams have
to choose which time-tested

tradition that they
would like to tackle.

Balanced meal or balanced bricks.

In balanced meal, teams pick up
a midday snack which is cust

mayorly delivered in a stack of
interlocking metal containers.

Traveling to a nearby cargo
ship they have to carefully

hoist 30 containers to the deck.

Once the meals have been safely
delivered, they must return to

shore with 10 empty containers
to receive their next clue.

In balanced bricks, teams
transport heavy bricks from a

supply barge to a nearby shop.

When they deliver 100 unbroken
bricks, the shop manager will

give them their next clue.

I say we do this, balanced bricks.

We can do that.

Let's do this.

Let's put on our laps.

Let's go.

Hold on.

We are going to die.

Just hold on to everything.

Oh, my gosh.

Holy... keep your extremities in.

By yelling at me?

Your extremities, your arms and legs.

This is crazy.

It stinks so bad here.

Up here to the left?

Ok.

We are finding a barge.

Oh, no.

Is it dead?

Hey little puppy.

I thought that dog was dead.

This is the brick barge.

Oh, my goodness.

All right.

I am sweating.

Oh, my gosh.

That is heavy.

You got this.

Is that good?

Yeah.

You got it, Jill.

Oh, my gosh.

I am going to fall in this water.

This is ok.

This is ridiculous.

These guys half my size are
taking two and three times the

bricks I am barely breaking a sweat.

This is so heavy.

Wow.

Geez.

Excuse me.

Excuse me.

Come on, Jill.

I am going.

Ok.

Find a counting station.

Let's go.

They are sleeping.

At that point we knew it would
be between the three of us.

We were happy with that.

We were at least tied
with two other teams.

I think this is the last one.

Six, seven, nine, 10.

Thank you.

Oh, man.

Make your way on foot
to dhaka river port.

Come on, girl.

There are the girls.

Seeing nat and Kat we could
instantly see the energy.

Like the game was still on.

Staying alive.

We want to u-turn right now.

We are pretty sure we
will do Brook and Claire.

They are always at the top.

Here we go.

A u-turn appears at
the end of a detour.

Usually just one team can use
the u-turn to slow down another

team, forcing them to backtrack and
perform the other side of the detour.

For the first time in "the
amazing race" history, teams

will encounter a double u-turn.

Two different teams can pick a
team to perform an extra task,

potentially causing a major shift
in the standings of the race.

We are going to u-turn
Brook and Claire.

You can't pass up the opportunity to
put a top contender, knock them back a

little bit and possibly
knock them out.

All right.

There it is.

Sorry guys.

Let's go.

Excuse us.

If Brook and Claire don't get
eliminated we will look like such...

We are doing a whole
lot better right now.

Nat and Kat joined us and Brook
and Claire are still with us.

We are still in it.

Jill and Thomas have the biggest lead.

If they u-turn us they are
the biggest idiots in the

the biggest idiots in the world.

And Claire.

We are doing a whole
lot better right now.

Nat and Kat joined us as well as
Brook and Claire are still with us.

We are still in it.

Is this it?

Roadblock.

On any given day there are more than a
half million rickshaws in the city.

Teams enter this mechanic shot
and must assemble a cycle

rickshaw using the materials provided.

When he is satisfied with their work,
he will give them their next clue.

Should I do it?

Yeah.

So, this is like a lot of
nuts and bolts or whatever.

I have never sweat
this much in my life.

Just take your time.

You got it.

Ok.

Hopefully that is it for the wheels.

These rickshaws are something else.

She looks like she is
doing a pretty good job.

She is handling that
wrench pretty well.

Ok.

Can we put the canopy on?

Let's go.

Taxis.

Look at the little buggies.

I hope we get to ride
one of those things.

That would be so cool.

Me too.

You have a whole village watching you.

People are swarming everywhere.

This is not easy.

You got this.

Ok.

I am securing the canopy right now.

I think they are
called nuts and bolts.

She is doing a great job.

Nice work, hun.

Now we need to look for
a sugar cane press.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Doesn't smell very good.

It stinks out here for sure.

Everybody has a body odor from hell.

It is bad.

Good job, babe.

You look like a pro.

It looks good.

Yeah, you want to drink it?

No.

She is getting us through
this pretty quickly.

Like a simple bell is giving
me the biggest problem.

Nice.

There we go.

Good job.

Just one glass?

Down it like a beer, babe.

Is it good?

No.

It tasted like sweet grass.

Detour.

We will choose balanced meals.

I feel bad for him because our bags
weigh almost as much as we do.

This is crazier than Africa, dude.

Hi.

Hi.

Hi.

Geez, these people are great.

I have done more things on the
"The Amazing Race" that I

never thought I would do in my life.

I am almost done, I think.

You are doing great though.

Just push this on.

Is that the final touch?

Put that booty into it.

Nice.

That's good.

No?

This is crazy.

I am sweating like crazy.

Thank you.

Hi.

Hi.

We need to get 30 meals.

It just got all over me.

Ooh.

That's it?

I got it all over me,
whatever that is.

Ouch.

Are you ok?

Are you ok?

Yeah.

Love you.

Come on, let's go.

Let's go.

Let's get outside and get a taxi.

Very fast.

They are already gone.

Go.

Go.

Go.

It is crazy to see
that live like this.

There is a double u-turn coming ahead
and we plan to use it on nat and Kat.

Nat and Kat won so many legs.

They have great game.

That is pretty much why
I want to u-turn them.

Right now it seems we are in a
three-way race with Brook and

Claire and Chad and Stephanie.

U-turns will make or break
this leg of the race.

There is a lot of
staring in Bangladesh.

I don't think they see
our kind very often.

Keep working.

I don't know what I am missing.

Just keep going.

Is it the chain?

Is it the chain?

It is the chain.

Hold on.

Can you check this.

Please say yes.

Got it, yes.

Teams must now make their way to lalbag
fort, built as a palace fortresss.

This is the pit stop for
this leg of the race.

The last team to check in
here may be eliminated.

Let's go.

Let's go.

Man, I am so glad we are
getting this done right now.

I don't want to know what is
in these food containers,

because it does not smell very good.

But Nick is wearing it.

Look at that boat.

That is crazy.

It it was kind of like
a ship repair yard.

That is who we had to deliver the
lunches to, all of the workers.

That is cool.

Just be careful, babe.

I did 10 at a time.

He pulled them up.

We were on our game today.

Yeah.

Stick it in there.

Go faster.

You have to bend it so
that it squeezes more out.

We need the juice all
the way to the top.

I need like three more.

I think we got it after this.

Ok.

We are almost done.

Jam it in there.

That's good.

We are in there.

We are good.

We need to chill the glass.

That is to the rim.

Pour it in.

Chug it.

Good job Brook.

Drink a full cup to
receive your next clue.

Thank you very much.

Detour.

We are going to do balanced meal.

We are going to do the balanced meal.

We are doing balanced meal.

We need to go there.

Do you know where that is?

Do you know where?

Ok.

We just saw Brook and
Claire and nat and Kat.

They are right on our tail.

We have to hurry up
and gain some ground.

Where are they going?

Pedal fast, buddy.

Hopefully we can pass them.

They actually went the they actually
went the opposite direction.

Welcome.

Thank you very much.

Jill and Thomas, you
are team number one.

I do have some good news for you.

As the winners of this leg of
the race you have won a $15,000

discover gift card, $7,500 each
and you guys can use that to

spend it on whatever you want to spend
it on when you finish the race.

It is nice to know our
work and effort paid off.

The u-turns.

They seem like one of the teams you
don't want around in the final leg.

Only one team can win the million.

We are getting pretty close.

I was like you are
swimming in this water.

The water was brown and green.

There was so much trash
in it, it was gross.

By the time I was done stacking
them she had 10 more looped up.

It worked out without communicating.

They are on the same wavelength.

Take those back.

Count em.

Good.

Good job, babe.

You did so good.

We are heading in another direction.

Hopefully it will be in
the right direction.

I feel I am in a parade.

Go.

Right.

There is a cop.

We can't break the laws
here in Bangladesh.

I really don't want
to go to prison here.

Let's go.

Just do it.

Don't get all mean.

Make your way on foot
to dhaka river port.

I was just stunned to
see anybody on it.

Everybody was so far behind.

Chad and Stephanie, do it.

I think we were both excited
like we have to u-turn somebody.

Chad and Stephanie was the stronger
team out of the bunch behind us.

Are we sure we even
need to u-turn them?

We choose to not use it.

I just thought it was pointless.

I knew they were behind us for sure.

You are too nice.

Ok.

Get on a rickshaw.

We have no clue where we are
or what place we are in.

Let's ask this guy.

Is this it?

We are heading to some river.

I'll help you.

Thank you very much.

Are we here?

This is it.

Ok.

Let's go.

It is near water.

We would like to deliver some food.

Ok.

Why wouldn't he just
drive us down there?

It stinks.

Where is the river?

Where is water?

Thank you.

This is amazing.

There it is, right there.

Hi.

No.

No. We have no clue where we are.

We have to find this.

Where?

He knows where it is.

Ok.

Now it seems like our guy
knows where we are going.

Let's hope we head in the right way.

Everybody else hopefully is
struggling with it as well.

This is it right here.

That should do it.

I rode bikes growing up as a kid.

It shouldn't be too difficult.

Listening to me about not
u-turning is a huge deal.

We are going to deliver
some food to a boat.

Kat and I packed a few
contraptions and decided to use

our straps to use all of
the cans of food together.

I think it worked super well for us.

Hi.

Come on, Brook.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Ok.

Where are we going?

I think this is it.

All right.

Go.

Go.

We got all of them.

Get on that side.

Come on babe, you are almost done.

Are you getting anything?

No.

Make sure you look through everything.

Yes.

It's good.

Nice, girlfriend.

All right.

Hurry.

Hurry.

Good job.

Get them all.

Good job.

That's all of them.

Ok.

Let's go fast.

Fast.

Ok.

Let's go.

We did that quick.

We are hauling.

There is Chad.

Is this the one?

We have to sprint, because
we can u-turn them.

Everything is on this bike.

There is nothing left in my box.

I used everything that they had here.

Just stay calm and
everything will be good.

Chain.

Good?

I hope that he is done.

Yea!

I am so proud of you.

Make your way to the next pit stop.

Yes.

Thank you.

Dhaka river port.

Hurry.

Hurry.

Hurry.

Here it is.

Oh, my God.

We are not on here.

We can put someone on.

Chad and Stephanie.

We knew Chad and Stephanie
were the only other options.

I am so happy that wasn't us.

Take a bicycle rickshaw.

That might be our saving
grace, not being u-turned.

Thank you.

I appreciate it.

Let's go.

Come on.

Watch out.

Excuse me.

We have been u-turned.

My gosh.

Really?

You are lame.

Thomas and Jill u-turned
Claire and I and we saw Chad

and Stephanie had been
u-turned by the doctors.

So we have to go back to the bricks
and beat Chad and Stephanie.

Ok.

We have to do it like they do it.

Lord.

It is ok.

No complaining.

Claire, I think we need
to do more than this.

Claire, honey, come on.

My gosh.

This is the last one.

This is the last batch.

I need a lot of rope.

Chad.

I am trying.

Shush.

That's it.

All right.

Go.

Go.

Go.

Nick and Vicki, you
are team number two.

Congratulations.

That is your best finish yet.

Best yet.

Being nice does pay off.

Good.

Thank you.

Thank you very much.

Dhaka river port.

Which way to the port?

We have to walk.

Which way.

Do you know where it is?

They want to take us
on the damn rickshaw.

No.

Come on, Claire.

Hurry.

Hurry Claire, dump them in.

We have to run back.

We got this.

Let's go.

Come on Claire.

Brook, I just need to take it slow.

Ok.

Just take less, I will take more.

My God, where is it?

There is a clue box.

Roadblock.

That would be me.

It's your turn.

Go.

She is pretty crafty and
good with her hands.

I can't say I am an expert
at building rickshaws.

It is similar to when you
buy things from Ikea.

You think you know where they
will go and the piece is not

the right length or something.

You are doing awesome, nat.

Come on Claire, hurry.

Hurry.

How much do we have?

Around 60.

Oh, my God.

We are only up to 60.

My back is k*lling me.

My leg is swollen.

Claire, why aren't we
seeing Chad and Stephanie?

I have no idea.

Stephanie, we don't know
where the hell we are going.

I don't want to keep
wasting more time.

Do you speak English?

Keep going.

Thank you.

Thank you.

I'm sorry.

It is ok.

Shush.

I am struggling with getting
the bell to stay on.

Take your time, nat.

You are doing great.

Come on, Claire.

I am going to barf.

There it is Stephanie.

Stephanie.

It is Brook and Claire.

We got u-turned by nat and Kat.

It is the worst feeling to go
up to the board to see our

faces, especially when we
see who did it to you.

It is the worst feeling.

We have to go back.

Come on.

We have to be quick.

We have to beat them.

Come on Claire.

We are almost done.

Count.

Thank you so much.

Dhaka river port.

Let's go.

God I wish we could get in a taxi.

Brook, can we just speed walk, please?
I'm sorry.

I'm sorry.

You are not going to have a very
good teammate if I am passed out.

This is the brick barge.

We have to carry 100 of these.

Are you good?

Come on.

Long strides.

Brook, wait.

I just have to focus on the
ground so I don't spin.

You are sick?

I am exhausted honey.

You just have to dig deep.

I have been digging deep.

Can you just give me some
positive reassurance?

Come on.

You got this.

You are doing good.

I am about to drop it.

Come on.

You have to get mentally tough.

This is do-or-die right now.

Come on.

Give it everything you have.

Shut the hell up.

The clue.

The clue.

Dhaka garage.

Let's not get grumpy.

We just accomplished that.

You are yelling at me, Brook.

I don't run marathons like you.

If you wanted a partner like that, you
should have chose a different partner.

Oh, wow.

It is really hard to be empathetic but
you realize after it is a lot to ask.

I am going to be positive.

Come on.

We have 38 more to go.

Come on.

So close.

My God, I feel I am going to throw up.

Keep pushing.

It is right there.

There is the clue.

Doctors are here, hi guys.

Roadblock.

I am going to charge through
it like a spider monkey.

I couldn't believe we had to
do both detours, zip back and

met up with nat and Kat.

Whoa!

We must have been hauling.

Come on.

Let's go, please.

Thank you.

Dhaka river port.

I'm sorry.

Don't be sorry.

You busted your ass.

Come on, it ain't over though.

Hey.

Hey.

Put a little flair on it.

It is what you do best.

We got flair, people.

I started out really strong.

This goes here.

I can do flair.

I decorated that puppy
up in two seconds flat.

You are doing great, nat.

I am working on the chain now.

It was not as straightforward as I
originally thought it would be.

I struggled with it for quite a
while to get it completed the

way that he wanted it to be.

No.

No?

I am missing something obvious here.

Stop.

Stop.

Come on.

Roadblock, I believe in you.

You got this, Stephanie.

They are all still here.

Nat, you should be able
to get this easily.

How is that p.H.D.
Working for you?

I have an m.D., not a p.H.D.

I sense a bit of anger
from the u-turn.

Chad it wasn't personal, you
were the only team behind us.

I am trying to do what I can do
to get us ahead and get into

somebody else's head.

Come on Stephanie.

This is our chance.

I love you Chad.

Come on, Stephanie.

Let's keep doing what you are doing.

I felt I made a lot
of progress on Brook.

And I felt I gained a lot of ground
for Chad and I at that point.

I was proud of myself.

I never put a bike together.

I am trying to put the chain
on, but it is kind of hard.

This is all new for her.

She is k*lling it.

Once again, she impresses me.

Good job, Brook.

I am really, really proud of her.

I am stocked she is my partner.

I am figuring out how to
put on the back tire.

It did not have all of the pieces on.

Good job, nat.

Ok.

You are doing great.

Ok.

Yes.

Good job.

Thank you so much.

Make your way to the next pit stop.

Good luck Chad.

Nothing personal.

I know.

Bye.

Just keep plugging along, Steph.

It is not in backwards.

Good job, Brook.

You are doing really good.

I know it is supposed to go in,
but I can't get it to go in.

This bell is my demise.

My gosh, is this the right seat?

It is not going in.

You got this, Brook.

The bell is your friend.

You can do this.

It will not stay in this thing.

Just breathe.

I just don't understand this thing.

The seat won't go in.

I have done everything that I have
done everything that I can do.

Ok.

I can do this.

Stay focused.

Let's get this done.

Look.

Look.

Look.

It's good.

I think it is good.

Finally.

It is on.

Hallelujah.

Oh, my gosh.

I am not sure what to
do about this seat.

It doesn't want to go in.

The one thing that is
giving me trouble.

Come on Stephanie, keep it up.

Good job, Brook.

Good job.

Thank you.

Make your way to the next pit stop.

The last team may be eliminated.

We have to get out of here.

Yes?

Thank you.

Come on Stephanie.

Let's go.

Thank you so much.

Thank you.

Make your way to the pit stop.

By foot.

Let's go down this road,
it is the busiest.

Taxi.

Taxi.

That way?

How far?

God, there is Chad and Stephanie.

Run.

They are right behind us.

I just saw them.

Excuse me.

Excuse me.

Thank you so much.

Yes, Phil.

Nat and Kat, you are
team number three.

So you guys played your u-turn today?

We did because we knew it was survival
and we have no regrets about it.

Is that it there and there?

Is this it?

I don't see it anywhere.

This is not right.

Which way?

Which way?

This way?

Where is it?

This is it?

That way?

Stephanie, you can
please grab on and run?

There is an opening back there.

We got this.

Come on, Claire.

It is here.

Where is he?

Where is he?

They are on that roof.

They are up there.

That has to be it.

Welcome.

Thank you.

Brook and Claire it is really close.

But it is good news, you
are the fourth team.

You are still in this race.

You get to race another day.

Congratulations.

How did we do this?

We are like hanging on by a thread.

A man u-turned two little girls.

We are women now.

Don't even try to pretend like
you guys are not a threat.

You still have the chance to be
the first all-female team to

win "The Amazing Race."

We are so excited.

Welcome.

Thank you.

Chad and Stephanie, you are
the last team to arrive.

I'm sorry to tell you that you have
been eliminated from the race.

Did the u-turn come
as a surprise to you?

I knew if we were the last ones
there we would be u-turned.

Nat and Kat beat us to it.

We gave it our all to the very end.

I really did get the
greatest prize of all.

I am coming out engaged to a
wonderful, wonderful woman.

Make me cry.

Stay tuned for scenes from our next episode.

Next week on the
"The Amazing Race."

Brook cuts loose.

And Nick cuts down.

Why are you crying?

Because I am not waiting
for your ass ever again.

Suck it up.

He keeps yelling at me.
