I was wondering when you
were going to get here.

Come on in.

I was just on my way
to the kitchen and

[sniffing]

Wait a second...

[sniffing]

What's that smell?

[sniffing]

[sniffing]

It's you!

Oooo, tell me! Were you just
outside exploring your backyard?

Because you smell
all fresh and grassy!

[smells] Aaah!

Or do you smell this
good all the time?

[chuckles]

Well, come on,
I want to show you something...

[background music]

Right... over... here.

This... this is my microscope!

Microscopes are great

because they make really,
really small things

look really, really big!

I was just about
to look at some dirt.

Oh, cool.

Hey, do you want to look?

Go ahead.

See, under a microscope, little
pieces of dirt look really big.

Neat, huh?
[chuckles]

[Treelo murmuring]

Hey, Bear! What are you doing?

Hey, Treelo,

I'm exploring the wonderful
world of small things

under a microscope!

-Microscope?
-Hm hm.

Let me see! Let me see!

Sure, Treelo, go ahead.

Hey,
you remember what you just saw?

Well, that's what Treelo
is seeing right now.

Big rocks! No!

Bear! Rocks, Bear!
Big, big, rocks!

Rocks?! No, no, no, no.
Those aren't rocks,

those are tiny pieces of
dirt

that just look really
big under the microscope.

But, Bear!

Big rocks inside!
But no big rocks outside, Bear.

No, no, no, no, Treelo.

Treelo, come here,
I want to show you something.

-What?
-See, see right here?

See this dirt?

I took this dirt and put
it under the microscope.

It got big.

Yeah.

Let's see it again! Again!

-Again!
-Okay...

OJO: This way, Tutter!

I think there's a secret
passage through this door!

TUTTER: But this isn't
a secret passage, Ojo --

This is just the doorway
to the living room.

Oh!
That sounds like Ojo and Tutter.

I wonder what they're doing?

Why don't we go see.

You want to come?

No, Bear.

-Treelo look microscope.
-Okay, have fun.

[tense music]

[screams]

Careful, Sir Tutter --

you never know what's
lurking around a corner

when you go exploring!

But we've been in the
living room lots of times.

I wonder what Tutter
and Ojo are doing?

Eureka! Eureka! We've found it!
We've found the statue!

What statue?

-Tutter...
-Where?

Tutter, Ojo, hi!
What are you guys doing?

-Hi, Bear.
-Hi, Bear,

I'm an explorer and Tutter
is my exploring assistant.

That's me!
Sir Tutter, the mouse explorer!

Right, Ojo?

That's right, Sir Tutter.

And Bear, we're in the middle
of a great, big discovery here.

-What?
-Really?

What have you discovered?

Well I'm looking at it through
my binoculars right now!

Oh, you've discovered my statue.

Yes, it is a good
likeness of me...

Bear
in The Big Blue House --

No, no, no, no, Bear...
That isn't you.

No? But, but,
but it looks just like me...

Nope. It's an ancient statue
of Furry-mus Maximus,

the last great ruler of The
Lost City of Livingroomania.

Livingroomania?

Livingroomania.

Oh, I get it.

Ojo is an explorer

and she's pretending that
the living room is a mysterious

ancient city.

That's right.

And this is a very
valuable statue.

A very rare find.

Really? I didn't know that.

But... but... Ojo,

th-this statue does
sort of look like Bear.

Yeah, yeah, it-it does
sort of look like him!

Well, yes maybe a little --

you can tell that
Furry-mus Maximus

was still a very great leader!

Just look at him.

He does look
rather distinguished,

if I do say so myself.

So, Ojo,
let me get this straight.

You and Tutter are
explorers

and this is the
Lost City of Livingroomania?

No, no, no, Bear. Nope.

-No?
-Nope.

But I thought you
just said that...

It was the Lost City
of Livingroomania.

And, now it's the Found
City of Livingroomania.

Because we found it!

Yeah, Bear, we discovered it!

[chuckles]

Right, Ojo?

That's right,
sir Tutter, but, you know,

I think that we've
pretty much discovered

everything that we can
down here in Livingroomania.

It's time for us to go look
for the city in the clouds --

-Atticania.
-Atticania?

Atticania.

Oh, I get it!

Ojo must mean the attic!

Yeah, yeah the attic.

Yeah, that's right,
well see ya, Bear!

Yeah, see ya later, Bear!

-OJO: Come on, Tutter!
-Wait for me, Ojo.

Bye, guys.

Exploring is great.

And, there are so many
great things to explore.

[music]

Hey. Explore.

Explore!

Exploring means
discovering new things.

And some of my favorite
people are explorers

because they're so curious,
like me... and you!

[chuckles]

And the best way to explore
is... just... to... look!

You can look far
and wide... you can...

...you could explore a jungle.

And discover an ancient land...

[ancient music]

Or you can just explore
your own backyard.

And discover some
really cool bugs!

You could even
explore outer space!

And the best part
about exploring is,

you never know what
you're going to find.

Just keep looking and
discovering interesting things.

I usually explore and
pretend I'm in a jungle

and trying to search
for a magic king.

I've gone to my
swamp in the backyard.

And I find this apple with
all these little ants on it.

When we go camping,
I might explore a little

We went all through the
woods and found stuff.

I went camping.

Wow!
You guys are real explorers!

Well, let's go--

[Shadow laughing]

Huh? What was that?

[Shadow laughing]

Hm... I think there's a shadow
around here somewhere...

[Shadow humming]

Hm... Well, if we look real
hard

and sing a song
together, she might appear.

Bear, I was exploring
the nooks and the crannies

in the rocks by the water.

Shadow,
would you tell us a story?

Why certainly, Bear!

Let me see what I can dig up.

Just watch.

over the mountain ♪

I'm -a goin' up there.

♪ The bear went

♪ The bear went

♪ To see what he could see ♪

♪ But what do you think
he saw? ♪

[gasps]

That was one curious bear!

Yeah. A lot like a
certain bear I know!

I wonder who
she's talking about.

[Shadow laughing]

You gotta come up to the attic.

Ojo, Tutter, is everything okay?

Yeah, yeah, yeah but we
found something really cool.

Yeah, yeah you gotta come look.

-Yeah.
-Okay. I'll be right up.

Hey,
would you like to come up, too?

Well, come on.

Look, look, look!

Oh, it's a map!

Yay! A map!

OJO & TUTTER: We found a map!
We found a map!

[laughter]

Um, Bear?

What's a map?

Well, a map is a drawing and it
shows you how to get somewhere.

And explorers use maps
to find buried treasures.

Ooooh!

Now,
let's take a look at this map.

Wanna look too?

[music]

Wow! Check it out, you two!

Look, hey,
that's the Otter Pond!

And look,

look there's an "X!"

An X marks the spot!

That means buried treasure!

Oh, cool!

Look, there's another
drawing on the other side!

And words!

They say: "Whosoever
finds this map,

is welcome to all my cheese."
And it's signed "T. T. T."

Did you just say 'T.T.T'?

Yep. T. T. T.

Bear, this is the map!

The map to the
great lost cheese of--

My Great Grandfather
Tutterly T. Tutter!

The great explorer!

Tutter,
what is this great lost cheese?

-Yeah!
-What is it?

I'll tell you what it is...

[tense music]

[Tutter singing]

♪ My friends and I
Shall tell you of a mouse ♪

♪ Who traveled through
The wide wide world ♪

♪ Beyond the big blue house ♪

♪ Named Tutterly T. Tutter ♪

♪ Yes, his names began with ts ♪

♪ And he found a lot of cheese ♪

♪ A lot of cheese ♪

♪ Great grandpa went exploring ♪

♪ For a mouse
he stood quite tall ♪

♪ He found a pile
of cheese so large ♪

♪ He couldn't eat it all ♪

-♪ No!
-He buried it, and ever since ♪

♪ We mice await the day ♪

♪ That someone finds
the great lost cheese ♪

And, O happy day!

O destiny of destinies,

that a mouse so small should
be granted an honor so large!

Now, then,
let's take a look at this map...

[exclaims, indistinct]

Well,
this is the Otter Pond alright.

I wonder where the
treasure could be?

Yeah,
I don't see any treasure here.

BEAR: Well, let's take
another look at the map.

Let's see.

Come on, let's go check it out.

-Yeah, let's go look!
-Okay, let's go!

[music]

Now, let's see,
where could that treasure be?

It's not in the pond!

No “X” here!

-No “x” here, Bear.
-Yeah, Bear,

I don't remember seeing any
“X” out here at the otter pond.

Guys, guys.

The "X" is just a
mark on the drawing

to give us an idea of
where the treasure might be.

It doesn't really mean there
is an "X" at the Otter Pond.

[gasping]

-Okay.
-Right,

we have to find
where the "X" would be.

Bear, Bear, Bear, the X was on
a hollow tree with a hole in it.

You're right, Tutter.

Hey, do you know
where the treasure is?

[Pip & Pop making noise]

BEAR: It could be anywhere
out here at the pond.

PIP & POP: It's in the stump!

Come on, everybody.

Hey, where's Tutter?

I'm here, Bear!

Hey, guys, I think
there's something in here!

-What's he doing...
-Tutter

-what are you doing?
-I can't see.

Hey!

Look, a treasure chest!

Open it, Tutter, open it!

Okay guys, let's see.

Eeewwww!

What's that smell?

That's yucky!

I know that smell...

that's the smell of...

old... moldy cheese!

Ew, I was afraid of that,
Tutter, yeah.

The cheese is too old.

We can't eat it.

Great grandpa's fortune!

All lost!

All lost, Bear!

What's a mouse to do?

Woe is this mouse!

Hey, w-wait a minute!

There's something else in here,
Bear.

What is it, Bear? What is it?

-It's something shiny.
-Let's see.

Look, Bear,
it's something shiny.

-What is that?
-I wanna see.

What is that?

Look, everybody, it's a compass!

A compass is something
that shows you what direction

you're going in, north,
south, east, or west.

And it's a very important
tool for explorers.

ALL: Wow!

Cool, Tutter!

And look on the back!

It's engraved with
the initials "T.T.T.!

My great grandfather?

This was my great
grandfather's compass, Bear!

Yeah, it was, Tutter.

And if you ask me,

a compass is better than
moldy old cheese any day.

Yeah.

Now, that's what I
call a real treasure!

Yeaaahh!
Congratulations, Tutter!

Found your
grandfather's treasure.

[background music]

Well, I guess I'm off to bed
now, Bear! Off to bed.

I was just arriving from
the other side of the world.

That must be a really long trip.

It is, but I don't mind.

I get to see lots of
interesting things on my way.

We saw a lot of great
stuff ourselves today, Luna!

We were exploring!

We looked in a microscope.

-Ah! A microscope.
-Hm hm.

I've always wanted
to look through one,

but unfortunately when
you're as big as the moon,

you have to be satisfied
with the big picture.

I didn't realize that.

Did you?

And what was everyone
doing down at the Otter Pond?

Well, Tutter and Ojo found
a treasure map in the attic

and we found the Lost
Cheese of Tutterly T. Tutter!

-Tutter's grandfather!
-Yep.

The great explorer.

You know, I was visited by
some explorers once myself!

-You were?
-Yes, I was.

They were called astronauts.

That's right!

Astronauts are explorers, too!

Well, I'd better get
back up in the sky.

There might be a night
traveller that needs my light.

Okay, but would you sing
