Welcome to my new video,

where we're going to learnhow to repair anything

that might have gotten damaged

by a rhinocerosyou're pet-sitting.

It's easy, and it's fun.

[crashing]

[sobbing]

I'm doomed!

I can't fix any of this stuff.

I'm not handy.

Blossom comes homein two days,

and her stylish beach bagis now stylish confetti.

Ooh, a message from a viewer.

BOTH: Hey, Ruff.

We can help you.

We've got plarn.

RUFF: Really?

Plarn, huh?

Never heard of it.

Will that repairBlossom's beach bag?

Sure, you can makelots of things with plarn.

It's just yarnmade out of plastic.

But wait-- Blossom'sbag wasn't made of plarn.

You can make a bagout of a different material?

Sure, Ruff.

You can make bagsout of all different materials,

like cloth,leather, straw, and plarn.

But I don't have any plarn!

Don't worry, Ruff.

All you need to make plarn

is plastic bags.

I get it-- plastic bagsto make plastic yarn, plarn.

That's clever.

BOTH: It's good stuff, Ruff.

So let's get plarning!

BOTH: If you wantto make plarn...

That's plastic yarn.

Then cut bags into strips.

RUFF: These are fabulous tips.

Then connect it with a knot.

RUFF: And plarn's what you got--yeah!

Oh, look at that.

Let me get my plarning on.[chuckles]

Now, that's a fine-lookingbeach bag.

Oh, hi, Fluff.

If you're inside, then it mustmean Chet installed

the new rhino flap on the door.

Oh, okay.

I hope Blossom hasapartment insurance.

Do you think we could make arhino door flap out of plarn?

Sure-- you can use plarn to makelots of different things.

We'll weave you a test versionof a rhino flap.

I think thisis going to work, Ruff.

RUFF: Whoa, look at that.

They're weavingthose strips together.

This is just a test rhino flap.

It's pretty sturdy.

It's flexible,

so it will bend when your rhinowalks through it.

But you're going to need to makeyours a lot bigger, Ruff.

RUFF: Thanks, guys.

Aha, perfect.

Hey, Fluff, what's thatin your mouth?

That's not one of mysqueaky toys, is it?

Some of thoseare family heirlooms.

Okay, that was Chet.

Fluff, please don'teat the cameraman.

He works for cheese.

What else you gotthere in your mouth?

Blossom's beach towel--fantastic.

Is that plarnable?

Plarn is reallygood for some things,

but not so goodfor other things.

Yeah, you can make a lotof things with plastic bags.

The stuff you makeout of the plastic bags

are still pretty similarto regular plastic bags.

The same color, texture,flexibility,

and it's lightlike a plastic bag.

In some ways,they're totally different.

The beach bag and the flapare not the same size

as the plastic bagwe started with.

And they're notthe same shape either.

RUFF: Wow, all thesedifferent things

are made out of plastic bags.

And this beach bag is roomierthan the plastic bags.

And that rhino flapis a lot sturdier

and bigger than plastic bags.

This is amazing!

But I don't knowabout this plarn towel.

It's definitely colorful,it's tough, and it's flexible,

but it doesn't feel so soft.

Oh, and it's definitelynot absorbent.

It doesn't soak up water at all.

So a towel made of plastic bagswon't soak up water

because plastic bagsdo not soak up water either.

Okay, got it.

When you're making something

like a bag, a rhino flap,or a towel,

the material you usemakes a big difference.

BOTH: See you later, Ruff!

RUFF: Bye, guys!
