- [Narrator]
The Sweetville Parade,

a story about
overcoming obstacles.

[calm music]

- Look how cool this is.

Nice colors Jace.

- Thanks, these are good
enough to be in a parade.

- So let'’s put on a parade.

- Come on Chelsea, what
are you talking about?

Everyone knows
a parade has to be bigger

than a couple of bikes.

[dog barking]

It needs bands, and horses,
and real floats.

And to be official,
a parade needs

tons of people to watch it.

- Chelsea, what do you think?

Can we really put on a parade?

[somber music]

- And the Unicones
could be in it.

And the Chocolate Bunnies,

oh and the Marshmallow Pals.

- Hi Chels.

- Hi Barbie.

- So what are you working on?

- The biggest parade
Sweetville has ever seen.

[dog barking]

- I love it. Who'’s in it?

- No one, yet, but I'’m ready
to get started right now.

Want to help?

- Uh huh,
who doesn'’t love a parade?

[laughing]

- Hold on there, hold on.

Did you say parade?

- Yep.

- And a big one.

- A parade, now to have a
parade here in the fine town

of Sweetville, you'’ve
got to follow the rules,

and that means filling
out the right paperwork

to get parade approval
for one, two, dash three

to be exact.

- We can do that.

- We'’ll get it filled out.

- And then you could
say yes, yeah!

- Not just me,
every person in Sweetville

has to agree to be in it.

- Oh.

- Don'’t worry Chelsea,
we can do this.

Starting with Sheriff Seed.

- Would you like to be
in our parade?

- Well, I don'’t know.

I'’m kind of busy,
I'’m not in a band,

and I don'’t have anything
like a float.

- Well, you could decorate
your snow cone machine.

- Yeah, we have to have
refreshments at a parade.

- You got yourself a deal.

Watermelon Man
will be tickled pink.

Alright then, you have the list.

I'’ll head down to City Hall
to process the paperwork.

As long as you get
everyone in town to agree,

your parade is approved.

- Yes.
- Yeah.

Thank you Sheriff Seed.

Time to spread the word.

We'’re putting on a parade.

It would be so much fun.

- Don'’t you want to join us?

- You could prance.

- And dance.

- All through the parade.

[neighing]

- Parade prancing?

Well we are known
for our high strut.

- And our cross step is
very appealing [laughs].

- Think how great
that will look,

as you pull the carriage
down the parade route.

- Wait, you want us to dance?

- Ah, while we pull
the carriage?

- Oh no, no, no, no, no.

- Our dancing takes all
of our concentration.

- We need to focus to put
the right hoof forward.

- Or backward.

- Or very high up.

- Or very low down.

- Maybe we shouldn'’t be
in the parade at all.

- I know you can do it.

- Why don'’t you give it a try?

- Well.

- That'’s it, looking good.

- You'’re doing it.

[happy chattering]

- Oh Honey, you'’re not
such a great Unicone,

but don'’t worry, we'’ll find a
place for you in the parade.

- Parade?

- All over Sweetville.

- You two have to be in it.

- It'’s going to be so much fun.

- Oh please say yes,

because if we don'’t get
everyone to participate,

we can'’t do it at all.

- But what could we do?

- Yeah, we'’re not dancers
like the Unicones.

- I get tired
just from walking sometimes.

- Why don'’t you ride
in a carriage?

- Sure, you could wave
to the crowd.

- I think I can handle that.

- Like this.

- Ah, hello?

This is harder than it looks.

- Keep practicing,
you'’ll get it.

- Okay, Chels,
who'’s next on the list?

- Sir Fancy Cheese.

- I just thought of something.

What about our float, any ideas?

- Mm, not yet, but it has to
be something really amazing.

- Look who already
made something amazing.

- Hi Sir Fancy, nice cheese.

- Isn'’t it beautiful?

The finest Swiss cheese float

that'’s ever been in a parade.

- So you already heard
about the parade?

- Indeed, wouldn'’t miss it
for the world.

- Um, Sir Fancy Cheese,
just one thing.

How does it move?

- Oh, that'’s a problem, I guess
I can'’t be in the parade.

- But we need everyone.

There has to be a way
to make this move.

- I know something we can try.

Gare, Dare!

- Let her roll.

Nice Chels,
this will work great.

- Only one problem.

- How do we stop?

[laughing]

- I'’ll save you, somehow.

Bye, ladies,
we won'’t let you down.

See you at the parade.

- [laughing] Thank you.

I hope they'’ll be okay.

- It'’s Sweetville, they'’ll
come to a stop eventually.

Probably in a field
of marshmallows.

So, who'’s next on our list?

- We have a lot more names here,

and we still need to
work on our float.

Do you think
we'’ll have enough time?

- Only way to
make it all happen,

is to get it done, let'’s go.

[animated springing]

Chocolate Bunnies, check.

[soft crashing]

Strawberry Bears, check.

- The bears are in.

- Like this.

[whooshing]

[dog yapping]

- We did it!

Everyone in Sweetville
agreed to be in the parade.

- Not everyone.

- Notto, you love an audience.

Why wouldn'’t you want to be
in the parade?

- Sorry Sugar Spun Barbie,
but it'’s far too dangerous.

- Dangerous?

- There'’s a rain storm coming,
a big one.

The kind that ruins a parade.

I'’m afraid you'’re out of luck.

And I guess it'’s just fine
that I didn'’t finish my float.

- But we had everything planned.

We got the parade
approved, everyone,

I mean almost everyone,
said yes.

- You know, Chelsea,
a little rain

doesn'’t have to ruin a parade.

Not in Dreamtopia.

- You'’re right,

let'’s see what'’s going
on with those clouds.

Will you tell everyone
to line up, Notto?

There will be a parade.

- But, I, really
didn'’t finish my float.

[dog chattering]

[pleasant music]

- These clouds do seem heavy.

- It really is going
to rain, a lot.

Isn'’t there any way to stop it.

- Chelsea, look!

[animated grunting]

- Sprinkles!

This is like yummy confetti.

Even if it does rain, it'’s
perfect for the parade.

- You know what I think?

We don'’t need a float.

- We can be confetti talkers.

Notto, thank you,

you helped us find the
best parade job ever.

- I did?

I mean, I meant to do that.

Can I do it too?

- Here you go,
let the parade begin.

[majestic horn]

[animated chatter]

- Hello.

- Hi.

- Yeah, alright!

[animated chatter]

- Get your snow cones,
ice cold snow cones.

- Bravo!

[animated boinking]

- Yeah!

[upbeat music]

- [laughs] Yes, it'’s me.

[clapping]

[animated chatter]

[swishing]

[upbeat music]

- It may not be
an official parade,

but it could still be fun.

- Can I be in your parade?

- Of course,
there'’s a place for everyone.

Let'’s ride.

- Yeah!

[laughing and cheering]
