- Ah. That was fun. Thanks, Zowie.

- Yes, thanks, Zowie.

- I'm as fit as anything!

(sighing)

- I'm the best star jumper, aren't I, Zowie? Ah!

- Um...

(chuckling)

- Mommy, you know what?

Zowie says I'm the best star

-jumper in the class!

- Oh, that's nice, poppet.

So sorry I'm late for my personal training session, Zowie.

Had rather a difficult client to deal with.

(chuckling)

- Hmm. Well, not to worry. I've only just finished the youngsters' class.

- Oh, jolly good. So shall we begin?

Hold this for me, Zou. There's a dear.

(Zou exclaiming) Shall we start with our warmup?

- Always the best way to start a session. How about some knee bends?

- Oh.

(Zelda panting)

- Good.

Feet just a little further apart.

Don't dip too far.

(Zelda panting) That's it.

(laughter)

(Zelda panting)

- Ah.

(panting and sighing)

- Such a busy man, Mr. Zoey. So I said I'd pick Zak up for him.

- That's very good of you, Mrs. Zolli.

- Not at all. He's a sweet little chap.

- That's it! Keep those knees up!

(Zelda panting) Now seconds at full speed!

- Hi!

- Oh. Hello, Zelda!

Ready to go home, Bizou?

- Yes, Mom.

- And I'm taking you too, Elzee.

- And you come with me, Zak.

- Well, here we are, Elzee.

- Thanks for picking me up.

Oh, hey, Zigmund and Zoroaster are working on a brilliant new sculpture in Mom's studio.

Would you like to come in and see it?

- Oh! Can we, Mom?

- Well, if you don't think we'd be in the way.

(laughing)

(exclamations)

- Talk about suffering for your art, Zoroaster.

- Oh! I think I may have to go for a little lie

- Be brave. Soldier on. We're almost there.

- Hello, love. Thanks for collecting Elzee for me.

- Well, you're very welcome.

(groaning)

(panting)

- Ooh!

(laughing)

- That looks like hard work.

- Oh, it is. Believe me.

- Ah, we'll be fine once we've had a nice cup of tea and a little sitdown.

(laughing)

- What you two need is to get in shape.

Look at you. You're about as fit as a couple of well

-dunked biscuits.

- Oh, the cheek of it!

- She may just have a point, Zigmund.

(chuckling)

- Well, perhaps we are just a... touch out of condition.

- Uh, and what you need is a personal trainer!

Just like Aunt Zelda. She's got Zowie.

- Really? What's a personal trainer when it's at home?

- Someone who helps you get fit. I could help you.

I've been to lots of gym classes.

I know loads of good exercises and stuff!

- What do you say? We could do with a bit of exercise.

- Well...

- You know, Bizou, I think that's an excellent idea.

I'd like to join your class, too, please. I don't think I'm as fit as I could be.

- Oh, come on, Zigmund.

How hard can it be? He's only little.

- Ah.

(chuckling)

- See you tomorrow! Don't be late!

(tweeting)

Ah, here you are, Poc. Come on, let's go back home.

(tweeting)

That's it, Mom!

And one and two, and one and two.

- Are you sure this is a good idea?

- We said we would, so...

- And one and two...

(exclamations)

Hey, Zigmund! Zoroaster! Just in time!

- Oh, no.

- Now, to get warmed up, we're gonna go for a little run.

- A run?! I haven't run anywhere for ages!

- Yes, you have. You ran for that bus a couple of weeks ago.

- Yes, and, oh, how I regretted it afterwards.

- We're only gonna go for a nice, gentle jog.

So, on your marks, get set, go!

- Oh... off we go.

- Oh! Ho

-ho!

(groaning and panting)

- That's it! A nice, gentle pace.

(groaning)

- He calls this gentle?

- On your toes. Keep the knees up.

(panting and groaning)

(exclaiming)

(bell jingling)

- Good morning. And how can I...? Oh.

(panting and gasping)

Great Scott!

(Zigmund exclaiming)

- Save me!

- Oh.

What from?

(Zigmund stammering)

(groaning)

(Zou): Not too much further, and then we'll do a left turn,

then make our way back to do some serious fitness work!

(panting)

- What?! Oh! Oh!

(groaning)

- Mm.

(groaning and panting)

What on Earth?! Steady on!

Have a care!

(grunting)

- Ah! Help!

(groaning)

- You're sweating on me.

(groaning) Eh! Oh! Oh!

- Zavier, what have you done?

- Uh, nothing, my dear.

Zoroaster just needs to rest a bit.

- Oh, hello, Zoroaster.

We're not actually terribly keen on people sitting on the shop floor.

- Sorry. Can't... get up.

- Oh!

- Hmm.

- Ah!

- Not far to go now!

That's it. Keep up.

- Hmm.

- Uh, Mom?

Where did they go?

Oh, maybe I went too fast for them.

- Hmm.

- Mom?

Do you think I overdid the training?

It was just a jog, but, um, what if something's happened to them?

- Don't worry, Zou. I'm sure they'll be fine.

Why don't we just retrace our steps and go and look for them?

- Okay.

(chuckling)

- Do come back and visit soon.

- But try to look a little smarter next time?

- Me, too. At Zavier and Zelda's.

- There you are!

(both): Ah!

(Zou laughing)

- Oh, please! No more training!

- I'm sorry. I got a bit carried away.

I shouldn't have started with that run.

I didn't know how unfit you were.

- Unfit? Moi?

- We're as fit as particularly fit fiddles. Isn't that right, Zoroaster?

- Certainly is.

- In that case, you'll be coming to Zou's next class, won't you?

(both): Hmm...

- Don't worry.

I'll take things a lot more easily next time.

- Yes. You have to learn to walk before you can run.

Isn't that right, Bizou?

- Yup. And know what, Mom? If I'm going to take it easy,

I'm gonna see if anyone else wants to join my class.

- Good idea, Zou.

(both grumbling)

(awkward laughter)

(groaning and panting)

- And up! And reach for the sky.

And touch your toes again. Don't worry if you can't reach all the way down.

Just do your best.

And up again!

- I think you've really got the hang of personal training now, Zou.

(laughter)

- Oh, yes!

And so do I!

(exclaiming) Such fun!

- Oh, thank you, Nanna.

And now some arm stretches!

Throw your arms wide,

and breathe in and out!

In and out!

- This is more like it.

(chuckling)

- Yes. Nothing like having your own personal trainer.
