- Zou and the lucky football shirt.

- Well done!

- Oops, sorry, Poc.

(whistle blowing)

- .Enough of the warm up, Zuper Zebs

You've got a big match tomorrow.

- Don't we know it!

- Yeah. The Zipper Zebras are really good.

- Hey, so are you!

- You think we can b*at them, Zowie?

- Sure! But get in as much practice as you can today.

Remember, the gym's shut tomorrow morning

so make the most of the time you've got.

(all): Yeah!

- Okay, I can see you're keen to play.

(blowing whistle) Go for it!

- Over here, Zak!

- Take it, Elzee!

- Gotcha!

- Oh!

- Yeah!

Yeah!

- Wow!

- Yes! Zou and his lucky number shirt

score the opening goal!

One nil, Grandpa!

- Well played, Zou.

- Keep it moving, Zak.

Ah!

(cheering)

(chanting): Zou! Zou! Zou!

- Yeah! Two

-Nil!

- sh**t a few like that tomorrow, Zou

and you'll definitely win the four

-a

-side game.

- Yeah! Come on, you Zuper Zebs!

(panting)

(whistle blowing)

- Time's up.

Good game, well played.

Right. Best of luck tomorrow.

And don't be afraid to show the opposition what you've got.

- I've got my number shirt to bring me luck.

- You have! Don't be long changing, I've got to lock up.

(giggling)

- I used to be one mean attacker in my day.

- And it's Grandpa just about to score a hat

-trick!

- Yes!

- What a hero!

(laughing)

- Yes

(all): Go! Go, Grandpa, go!

- Oh, dear... not quite as fit as I was.

- Clear the pitch, guys.

The next team's due on.

- Whoops, better get out of the way.

Come on!

- Oh, no!

- What's the matter, Elzee?

- I left my football kit in the gym.

- Oh! So did I.

- You too?

- We were in such a rush when we left.

- Quickly! We might catch Zowie before he locks up the gym.

(bell ringing)

(door rattling)

Zowie must have locked up for the night.

(all): No!

- What're we going to do?

- We can pick up our kit first thing in the morning

when the gym opens.

- No we can't, Elzee.

Don't you remember what Zowie said?

- The gym will be locked in the morning.

- It'll be open in the afternoon.

- After our match.

- I must have my shirt!

It's my special number shirt

- it always brings me luck.

There's to be a way in, Grandpa.

Maybe the side door's been left open?

- No, Zou.

I'm afraid the gym's locked up for the night.

- I really, really need my lucky football shirt

to play well tomorrow.

- Oh, come on, Zou, you make your own luck.

You don't score goals just because of the football shirt you're wearing.

- We've all got the same problem, Zou.

- We'll all have to find another football top to wear.

- Hmm, I suppose so.

It won't be the same though.

- Oh, this might do.

- Mum!

- Well, you used to like it.

- But not for a football match!

- You could borrow my old football shirt, Zou?

- Sorry, Dad, wrong colour and wrong number.

- Well, it's better than nothing!

You have to wear something so make up your mind.

- The sleeves might need taking up a bit.

- And the hem needs a patch.

- Other than that it's perfect.

(chuckling)

- Cheer up, Zou, we're only trying to help.

- I'm sorry,

it's not your fault I left my lucky shirt in the gym.

- There! As good as new.

- I hope you don't mind the red patch, Zou?

It's all I could find late last night.

- Grandma stayed up late fixing the shirt for you, Zou.

- Thank you, Grandma.

- I hope it brings you lots of luck.

- We'd better be on our way

- don't want to be late.

- Hello, Zou.

- Hello, Mrs Zolli.

- Hello!

- Hello!

(laughing)

- We should rename ourselves

the Very Weirdly Dressed Zuper Zebs!

- I hope I don't trip up in this super long shirt!

- Well at least you don't look like an oversized fairy, Zinnia!

- Do you think the Zipper Zebras will notice my funny top, Zou?

- They can't miss it, Zak!

- Come on, now, remember what I said?

It's not the shirt you wear, it's the game you play!

(groaning)

(whistle blowing)

Come on you Zuper Zebs!

- Oh! This could be really bad.

- I really need my lucky number shirt, Dad.

- I used to think like that, son,

but you make your own luck in life.

You know you can do this, Zou, with or without a lucky shirt.

One, two, three, four

- what are we all waiting for?

(whistle blowing)

- Come on, let's go!

(bright music)

(all): Yeah!

One

-one!

Yeah!

(cheering)

(panting)

(all): Yes!

Two

-one! Two

-one!

- Let's make it a hat trick, Zuper Zebs.

(cheering)

(whistle blowing)

- End of the game!

Final score: Three

-one to the Zuper Zebs!

(cheering)

- You brought me luck, Dad!

(chuckling)

- Who needs luck when you've got talent?

- Thanks, great game, Zuper Zebs.

- Yeah, well played, Zipper Zebras.

(clapping)

- So, tell me, how did it go?

(all): We won!

- Well done! And dressed like that!

(laughing)

- We left our kit here in the gym.

- We came back but you'd already locked up.

- So we had to think of something else.

- Well it obviously didn't cramp your style.

- I always thought I had to wear my lucky number shirt

to play well but I played even better in dad's old shirt.

- Good move, Zou

- you didn't rely on a shirt to bring you luck.

- Who cares about a shirt when you've got talent?

(all): Zuper Zebs have the talent!

Yeah!
