You want a coffee?

-I got one, babe, thank you.
-[dog barks]

Hey, Moose.

-[Austin] Hey.
-What's up?

What's going on? How you feeling?

How are you? You look fresh!

-[Brandi] Do I? Because I am tired.
-Yeah!

-Are you guys tired?
-You don't look tired. I am.

That was exhausting. I felt like a kid.

As soon as I got home, I was like...

-I needed to go to bed immediately.
-[Austin laughs]

-[Polly] Last night at Javier's got crazy.
-Are you all hungover?

I'm not hungover, I'm just tired.

Just exhausted, I feel like
I was working out all day.

-Are you not hydrating, Polly?
-We spent... No.

[Sean] Do you know of an off-market
or pocket listing?

I have a client,
they're looking for a 13 million max.

-Four bedroom, four bath.
-What about my Strand property?

-What's the price?
-For ten.

-What your client's budget was? Yeah, 13.
-Can you send it to me?

It's new construction, they just built it.

It's got five bedrooms
and a mother-in-law, like, quarter.

That seems something down their alley.
So, I'd... I'd love to look into it.

[Alex] Food's here.

-Oh, thank Christ.
-Oh, finally.

-Starving.
-[Sean] Yes.

Lunch time!

-Come on, Moose man.
-Come on, Moose doggy dog.

Take one and pass.
I didn't think you need any.

-What'd you get?
-[Brandi] Salad dressing. What's this?

-[Polly] Quiche.
-That's...

[Brandi] The after party
went really hard last night.

[Sean] Yeah, Kayla was totally wasted.

Yeah, I agree.
We're all in agreement, I think.

I'm so f*cking offended
by Kayla's behavior last night.

[Brandi] What happened?

[Polly] After a few drinks,

she, you know, tries to make out
with the married men in the office.

[Alex] What? What do you mean?

She, like, genuinely tried to kiss me.

[Austin] Oh, wow.

-[Alex] Are you serious?
-Yeah.

-[Brandi] She needs to stop drinking.
-It's happened in front of me, twice.

-[Austin] You were there?
-Real like... Twice!

Oh, wow.

[Polly] It's so triggering for me.

Obviously, my marriage ended

-by third parties coming in.
-[Sean] With your marriage,

this is something that's very sensitive.

[Polly] Every single time we go out
it's a reminder of, "This is not okay."

It knocks me sick, to be honest.

[Polly]
Seeing Kayla go after Tyler last night

is not only disrespectful
to Tyler and Tyler's marriage,

but also disrespectful to me.

My husband cheated on me,
and that's why my marriage ended.

So to see you running around
trying to be the other woman,

it's

honestly despicable behavior.

Honestly, I feel like if I'd gone for it,
I would've ripped her f*cking head off.

The way she did it though,
like, she's literally saying,

"No one has to know."

-That's where...
-You don't go there.

She said, "No one has to know" to you?

Yeah, that's crossing a big line.

Kayla's coming on to a coworker,
and a married man.

Not okay. Not okay.

And putting us all in the middle of it,
to bear witness.

She does cross a certain line,
and out of respect for me,

and then, you know, out of the respect
that I have for my wife and myself,

it's not something I need to be around,
and I'm gonna separate myself from it.

You shouldn't have to remove yourself.

-She should be removed.
-We want you there over her.

-Makes us uncomfortable.
-[Polly] Inappropriate,

-it's wrong, and it's f*cked up.
-[Tyler] Yeah.

You don't f*ck with people's marriages.
You don't.

Generally, I'm pretty reserved,
and I would say, like, a nice guy.

So this situation
is kind of out of my comfort zone,

but I do just kind of need
to avoid Kayla for the time being

and remove myself from social situations.

It sounds like it's alcohol.
Am I tripping?

-Not an excuse.
-[Tyler] No.

-It is though.
-No, it's not an excuse at all,

but maybe someone needs to sit down
and have an intervention?

We're not babysitters.

It's not our responsibility,
but I'm saying...

-Stay home if you can't control yourself.
-Yeah.

If it's not Tyler, it's gonna be you,
and if not you, it's gonna be Sean.

It's still gonna happen if she goes out.

And then she cries
that she doesn't have any friends,

and it's like, "I wonder why?"
I wonder why you don't have any friends.

Yeah.

Trying to hit on all their husbands.

You are a husband fucker.

-Hi! Polly from The Oppenheim Group.
-Nice to meet you.

-We're matching today.
-We are.

We both got the memo.

I am super excited
about my new off-market listing.

It's on Balboa Island,

which is in one of the most
exclusive areas in Orange County.

It's super fancy and so in demand.

The caliber of listings is...

[exploding sound]

It is a little rough around the edges,

but I've heard that you are
an incredible interior designer, so...

It needs a lot of work,

but you could buy this property
for $2.7 million,

put $1 million into it,
and then sell it for way over $5 million.

Great investment.

It definitely needs someone with vision,
but apparently Gio's client has it.

So, hopefully she likes what she sees.

Wow.

[Shelley] I think the door
says everything, doesn't it?

[Polly] Yeah. [laughs]

[humorous music playing]

So we have, uh,
three bedrooms, three baths,

2,116 square foot of living space.

It is currently off-market.

We came into possession
of this property a few days ago.

Um, as you know,
Balboa Island is very prime real estate.

-I'm super excited that you're here.
-Right.

And, yeah, let's take a look.

This is the first of two outdoor spaces
in the property.

So you can re-imagine this...

Oh...

There is quirky features
throughout the home,

like these built-ins,
I think they're pretty cute.

But, um, you know.

And then we go through
to the galley kitchen.

The house was built in 1938.

It's kind of interesting placement that
the bath is right next to the kitchen.

Uh, that obviously could be reconfigured,
but it's a powder bath.

[Shelley] It's actually in the kitchen.

The toilet is in the kitchen. Oh, my God.

[Polly] It is an interesting layout,

I don't know who would want that.

-It's a full fix.

Yeah, the potential's here.

It's just a lot more, um, disastrous
and horrific than I had expected.

I would say "horrific"

Nine and a half baths.

There's three stories. You can't build
three stories on this street anymore,

so that makes it special.

The house has solar panels on the terrace.

[Kayla] Solar panels?

[Rose] Yeah, 95% of the energy
comes from that.

[Jarvis] And this water feature
was actually added for humidity.

The whole home has no wood in it.

-[Kayla] Can I touch it?
-[laughing]

-[Jarvis] You may get wet.
-Is it wet?

Oh, it's on the...
Oh, yeah, okay. "Is it wet?"

[both laugh]

Okay! [laughs]

We could go a couple places
with that but we won't.

-Yeah.
-[laughing]

[Rose] Jason doesn't like the chairs

and he asked us
to ask the owner to get rid of them,

and stage them with something better.

I personally like them.
They go with accents of the home.

[Kayla] Yeah, the blue, yeah.

But he was kind of giving us a hard time...

What do you think of the chairs?

-I agree with him.
-Really? Yeah.

I agree with him.

I think my personal opinion
would be lighter chairs,

smaller chairs to open up the space
a bit more,

because you're blocking
the way to the kitchen.

-Yeah.
-But that's just my opinion.

You have a listing with Alex Hall, right?

-Yeah.
-How's that going?

Personally, myself,
I'm learning a lot, um...

But, you know, it's...

Yeah. [laughs]

What?

It's just, you know,
we had a little incident last week,

and it kind of made things
a little, like, weird.

-What happened?
-Do you girls want to sit down and chat?

-Yes. I would.
-I want to hear more.

[Rose] Yeah, feels good out here.

Yeah, so, um...

[Jarvis] So what's been going on?

So we're all hanging out,
drinking, whatever.

I got really, really drunk
and started flirting with Tyler. And...

Why are you laughing?

-[laughs]
-Because we know you have a crush on him.

Well, I mean, who doesn't?

-I don't.
-[Kayla] Yeah, well...

I don't think he's attractive. To me.

-You like guys with big hands.
-Exactly. He has small hands. [laughs]

[all laugh]

-Really?
-[Rose] I didn't say it!

Um, anyways, it was wrong,
and I was ashamed of myself.

Oh, come on,
it's really not that big of a deal.

It's really not that big of a deal.
It's human nature.

I'm going through a lot, and I don't have
a lot of people to talk to right now.

And so, like, the other day,

Alex Hall, Polly, and now Brandi...

I thought me and Brandi were fine.

...we were in the office,
and they all were just like...

I don't wanna sound like the victim

so I'm not gonna say
I felt like they were attacking me...

-It's your feelings, so just say it.
-It's just...

Polly wanted an apology.

-[Jarvis] Polly?
-[Rose] Polly wanted an apology?

-Does she think she's married to Tyler?
-Well... [sighs]

Now that I think about it,
I'm like, I don't know!

What's this dynamic? I mean...

It's none of their business either.
Like, stay in your lane.

They don't know how. They're like
drunk drivers, they're all over the place.

Sounds like they're just
looking to be offended.

They're trying to g*ng up on you.
That's how girls are. As we know.

I hate that so much
because I thought we were good.

You weren't there, but at the beach,
Alex Hall was sucking Tyler's nose.

-What?
-Polly ran naked into the ocean.

So inappropriate. What?

It's so disgusting.
I'm like, why did she do that?

Maybe she has a crush on Tyler.

Oh, my gosh.

Here's the thing.
I saw that, I don't give a sh*t.

-But, like, okay, f*ck me! f*ck me.
-They're judging you.

They're judging you, but yet
they can go and, you know, do whatever.

[sighs]

I don't know how long
they'll hold this against me,

because they didn't accept my apologies,
by the way.

-You didn't need to say sorry to them.
-Why apologize to them?

-I put them in uncomfortable situations.
-Give me a break.

And Polly getting butt-naked
didn't make anybody feel uncomfortable?

-I'm uncomfortable and I wasn't there.
-What person would take her seriously?

-Shameful to our brokerage.
-She took off her clothes.

She's supposed to be professional.

-[Rose] You just don't behave that way.
-She lost her dignity.

-[sighs] Here I am. Everyone's judging.
-You didn't do anything wrong.

Alex Hall was saying, "This isn't
the Kayla show, it's not all about you."

-What?
-Saying things like that.

She's the one who acts like the diva
and wants to be the center of attention.

She doesn't know when to stop.
She's projecting on you.

Yeah, that's exactly what she's doing.

If anything, I put her on a pedestal.

-[Jarvis] Yeah, I know.
-I've made it clear to her.

I look up to her,
that's why I brought her on this listing.

-Yeah.
-And then this is how she treats me?

-Take her off.
-I'm not gonna do that.

[sighs] I appreciate you guys' support,
I really do.

It's just nice to talk and not be judged
for everything that I'm saying.

Yeah, for sure.

So, like, I really want to,
obviously, sell this house.

-Be careful.
-[Kayla] Yeah.

Especially with her
on that listing with you.

I wouldn't be surprised
if she went behind your back.

Damn.

-She's a snake.
-This is just the beginning, man.
