Today, Grandma Flutter is
going to come by

with Tutter's little
baby cousin,

-Blotter.

be baby-sitters!

Hi, Grandma!

Look at little baby Blotter!

[indistinct]

What a cute little baby.

I want to thank you so much,
Bear,

for taking care
of little baby Blotter.

It's a pleasure, Grandma.

You see, I don't want
to miss my dance class today.

Today we're going
to learn to do the Samba!

Oooo! The Samba is one
of my favorite dances.

Along with the Cha Cha Cha,
of course.

care of little baby Blotter.

when I was baby-sitting you!

So, Bear, what should we do
first? What should we do?

Well, why don't we take
the baby into the living room.

Yeah, the living room.

Great idea, Bear...

Oh! Would you like
to help us babysit?

Well, come on!

Did you hear that, Bear?

Grandma said I was big!!

Big! [laughter]

Yes, Tutter. But I think
we should be quiet now.

The baby is sleeping.

Oh! Right. Little baby Blotter.

That's a baby, all right. Yeah.

Look at her sleeping there
just like a... well...

a baby.
[chuckles]

Get it? Get it, Bear?

-Sleeping like a baby!
-Tutter.. Tutter.

[sush]

Right. Sorry, Bear.

Just look at her.
So small. So small.

Look at her little paws.

And her little face!

And, look, Bear.
Look at that tiny little tail.

I just can't wait
till Blotter wakes up,

we'll have a nice long talk and
really get to know each other!

Tutter, Blotter is just a baby.

She can't talk the way you can.

Babies have their own
way of talking.

[surprised] Huh?

Well, that's okay.

We can do other stuff.

She can help me

clean up my mouse hole,
you know, and get...

Tutter,
babies can't even walk yet.

I don't think Blotter's going
to be much help at cleaning.

Well, then, what do they do?

Just-just-just lay around
all day being babies?

Well, actually, yes.

That's what babies do.

But there's a lot of stuff
going on inside them.

-Really?
-Hm hm.

To babies the world
is a big new place.

Yeah, they are seeing
everything for the first time --

The lights, the colors,

the faces.

Yeah, they are learning--

they're learning
what everything is.

-Babies.
-Yeah, babies...

Yeah,
don't you just love babies?

Babies are great!

Yes, babies.

And you know what?

All animals have babies.

Like, cats have babies.

-Look... kittens!
-Hm mm.

And for instance, oh,
pigs have babies, too.

Piglets!

Yeah, and even kangaroos
have babies-- baby kangaroos!

Look at them bouncin',
they're bouncin'

Yeah, and you know what?

Even though you're big
now-- you were a baby, too!

-Hm mm. We all were!
-Yeah, that's right, Bear!

Yeah, I think I see a few.

I bet you guys know
a lot about babies, huh?

Yeah, yeah, what do you think?

When my brother was born,

I used to hold him in a chair
and rock him to sleep.

Babies, they like to cry a lot.

I want my bottle.

They drool a lot.

They put their fingers
in their mouths.

They suck on their thumb.
They suck on their bubba.

I help Mama change the diaper.

She's laughs a lot of times.
You make her laugh.

I have a baby brother
and he poops a lot.

[laughter]

[imitating baby]

They drive a car. Just kidding.

You guys sure do know
a lot about babies.

[chuckles]

Well, now it's time to feed
little baby Blotter.

Hey, Bear? Do babies
always eat from a bottle?

Well, actually, a lot of babies
get milk from their mothers.

But when their mothers
aren't around,

then you can feed them
with a bottle.

Um, hey, Tutter.

Would you like
to feed the baby?

Me!? I don't think so, Bear!

Come on! It's easy.

I'll help

Well... okay, Bear, I guess so.

Hey!

I'm feeding her, Bear!

I'm feeding little baby
Blotter and she's eating!

Look at her eating, Bear!

Oh wow.

That's so neat.

I fed baby Blotter!

-You sure did, Tutter.
-Yeah.

PIP & POP: Hey, Bear!
Hey, Tutter!

Who's that?

Hi, Pip. Hi, Pop.

This is Tutter's little
baby cousin Blotter

who's visiting for the day.

A baby? We love babies!

-Hi, Blotter.
-How's it going?

Glllahk.

Whoo! She talked to us!

-Hey, say something back to her!
-Okay.

[gibberish conversation]

Hey, hey, hey. What's going on?

What are you guys saying?

We don't know, but it's fun!

[laughter]

Yeah, babies love it
if you talk to them,

even if you don't know
what they're saying,

Hey, Bear?

Why's Blotter making
that scrunched up face?

Was it something we said?

[cries]

No! She's crying!

Look what you guys did! Quick,
Bear, do something, ! Quick!

-Do, do something.
-It's ok, Tutter, It's ok.

I don't think she's crying
because of the otters.

Um, does anyone else
smell something?

[sniffing]

Eeewww!

What is that?

It's just the smell

that lets us know that it's
time to change Blotter's diaper.

Aaaah!

Hey, Tutter, you're becoming
quite the baby expert.

Would you like to change
the baby's diaper?

Ugh! Me?

Umm, no, no I don't think so,
Bear! No way!

I mean... it's not my area!

Not my area, Bear.

I had a feeling
he was gonna say that.

Don't look at us, Bear!

That's okay, guys.
I think I can handle it.

It's diaper changing time!

Little baby Blotter's
falling asleep!

why don't we give Blotter

-Yeah.

I'm going to check on Treelo.

[exhales]

[cry]

It's Treelo.

And he has his old baby rattle.

[cry]

Treelo is pretending
to be a baby.

[cry]

I guess we have been paying

a lot of attention
to Blotter today.

even though you're bigger now?

you really were a baby.

with the curtains

on the bedroom window!

Ooo! Well, Shadow, do you happen
to have a story for us today?

conjure up for you!

We were baby-sitting
for Tutter's baby cousin

He learned a lot about babies.

He even fed Blotter by himself!

My, that's wonderful.

Yeah,
and it turned out that Treelo

was the best
baby-sitter of all.

He gave little Blotter
