♪Chris and Martinsaw something strange,

♪a little leaping lemurwho liked to bounce and play.

♪They followedtheir new bouncing friend,

♪Not knowing wherethis adventure would end.

♪The animals wereheaded just around the bend.

♪Where they going? I don't know!

♪How do we get there?C'mon let's go!

♪Me and you and Zoboomafoo,come along and see what's new,

♪we're doing thethings that animals do.

♪New animalfriends to see, AnimalJunction's the place to be!

♪elephants charging,baboons are leaping,

♪wild dogs runningand nobody's sleeping!

♪Me and you and Zoboomafoo,come along and see what's new,

♪at Animal Junctionwe're waiting for you!

But we really don'tknow how to do this.

-I know, but we'llfigure something out somehow.

-But a human baby!

We know how to take careof all sorts of creatures,

but human babies?

-I think we're gonnaneed a little help on this one.

Do you want to help ustake care of our friend's baby?

Alright!

Why don't we start out byputting him down right over here

and put him right in the basket.

Maybe put something underhis head, what do you think?

There, perfect.

-Okay, now what?

-Well we're gonna needa lot of help for this one.

Zoboomafoo!

Zoboo!

-Zoboomafoo!

-Zoboo!

Hey Zoboo!

How are you doing buddy?

Come on Zob.

Those are big leaps.

And you know what,you look a little bigger.

-He does doesn't he?

Have you been growing again?

-I'll take that as a yes.

You know, lemurs likeZoboo are taller than you think.

Zoboo usually has hislegs bent, ready to leap,

but when he stretches out, youfind out how long he really his.

-But you know Zoboo, hewon't tell us exactly how much

he's grown untilhe's had his snack.

So, time for a lemur snack.

Yum! Broccoli, oneof Zoboo's favourites.

They look like little trees,

yeah, there you go!

Let's see if Zoboowants to eat the wholething to grow even bigger.

I guess he does.

-Excuse me.

Zobooomafoooo!

Um, two.

-What Zob?

-Two.

-Two?

-Yeah, two, two garbanzo beans.

I'm two garbanzo beans taller.

-Two garbanzo beans,that's pretty good Zoboo.

Now since you'resuch a growing machine,

can you help ustake care of this baby.

Mangatsika!

A human baby!

Of course I'll help,it will be easy, easy, easy.

-Well I don'tknow about that Zoboo.

-Well you guys takecare of babies all the time.

Baby jaguars,

baby coatis,

baby bears,

how different could it be?

-You know, maybe he's right.

-Yeah!

And another creature who canhelp us grow is headed this way.

Who could it be?

♪Who could it be?This animal who I did see.

♪Can you helpme guess this mystery.

Okay, he had two big ears.

It looked likebig, furry, brown leaves.

♪Who could it be?This animal who I did see.

And he had a really long tail,

oh, and, and twobig feet that bounced.

♪Who could it be?This animal who I did see.

♪Can you helpme guess this mystery.

A big eared bouncing creature.

Do you know who he is?

-Let's see, powerful legs.

-Big ears and a long tail.

-Jumped not walked.

-Of course, a baby red kangaroo.

-Hey, hey buddy!

-How's it going?

-Mangatsika! Themystery animal is here.

-He's a baby red kangarooand he's about ten months old.

Which makes him just a littleolder than the human baby.

One of the amazingthings about a kangaroo

is that they have to moveboth back legs at the same time.

They can't movethem independently,

they always go at the same time.

-Look at how the kangaroo'sears swivel around,

picking up all the sounds.

Their ears are so good,they can hear a rainstormtwenty miles away.

Listen,

he hears something.

-And right now hecan hear the human baby.

Look he's going over to say hi!

Hey everybody,I have a great idea!

Baby one and baby two,let's grow up together alright?

-Okay so now wehave three young creatures

who want to growup healthy and strong.

A lemur.

-that's me.

-One more.

-Huh, I thinkI'll call you Bigfoot.

-And a human baby.

-I'll give you a name too.

I know, what's thatsound you make, grrr,

it's a gurgling sound,

that's it, I'llcall him Gurgles.

-Gurgles?

-Yeah!

-But Zoboo, he alreadyhas a name, his name is Xavier.

-Well I think Gurglesis better because that'sthe sound that he makes.

I think he likes itwhen I call him that too.

Hi Gurgles!

-What does it smell like Zoboo?

-Like a growing Gurgles.

Hey Gurgles, maybe Ishould have called you Bigfoot.

-Alright, time tomeasure everybody's height.

Let's start with the kangaroo.

Alright buddy,

stand still, alright,

got it.

Alright the kangaroo istwo feet and two inches tall.

-Ho, good work Bigfoot!

I wonder how manygarbanzo beans that is?

-Chris, bring in the baby.

-Are you ready Xavier?

Let's go.

-Oh alright heyXavier, high five. Yeah!

-It Xavier'sturn to be measured.

-I'll measure at thetop of his head, right there.

Two feet exactly.

-Oh good work Gurgles, you'realmost as tall as Bigfoot.

-Zoboo, it's your turn.

-Yup! I'm next.

Okay, I'm ready.

-Alright Zoboo, stand up tall.

Let's see where you mark at.

Alright, whoa!

Two feet,

three and half inches.

Everybody's measured.

Now we'll go away andcome back later to see who grew.

-Okay, let's grow.

-Butremember different creaturesgrow at different paces.

An elephant growsvery slowly like a human.

At about two years old,she's only as tall as her

mother's belly and istotally dependent upon her.

But a puppy grows muchfaster, by about a year old,

a dog is pretty much full grown.

-Waaaaahhh!

-Crying baby!

SHHHH!

Come on little guy it's alright!

What do we do?

Here's an idea.

-It's okay little guy.

-This guy is definitely hungry.

-Oh, so he must be hungry too.

Are you hungry?

-Well, I know I'm hungry.

This growinglemur deserves a snack.

-Way to go Zoboo.

One of the things every creatureneeds to grow is good food.

-I said a snack,

not a smack.

-One thing that helpsall creatures grow is eating.

Eating good food helps you growup to be healthy and strong.

-Hey Martin!

Maybe everybody is hungry.

-Milk's a great first food.

Here you go Chris, alright.

-If you want togrow, you have to eat.

-Mangrowtsika,it's time to grow!

-Yeah and milk isthe only thing that thesetwo babies need to eat.

Milk has everything in itthat they need in order to grow.

-A baby kangaroo will drink milkuntil he's about a year old.

And the milk is actuallyinside his mom's pouch.

-Alright, we shouldstart growing right about now.

Hey,

I'm not growing fast enough.

Hey brothers.

-Heads up.

-Whoo!

I need something thatwill make us grow faster.

-Well there is something.

-Oh yeah!

-Oh yeah!

-What brothers, what?

-To the laboratory.

-Uh-oh, I had to ask.

-It's organic ingredients.

Yes, we add carrots in.

-yes and beets.

-I can't watch.

-Mash it nicely,

yes it's coming along very well.

-Do you think this organicgrowth formula will really work?

-I don't know, butI do know that it won't hurt.

-Won't hurt? That'swhat I like to hear.

-Alright, the growthgoop formula is ready.

-Zoboo standunder the turbo jets.

-Okay, let her rip.

Wow this is great!

Wow!

I feel like I'm growing already.

-Grow Zoboo, grow.

-There's nothinglike a Kratt brothers growformula to make you grow.

-Grow Zoboo, grow.

-It worked!

-Zoboo you're huge.

-This could onlyhappen in Animal Junction.

-If Toothbrush theelephant could see me now.

-Oh, whoops what's happening?

-It's wearing off.

-Whoa!

-I was afraid of that.

The grow goop sprayonly lasts a short time.

-Well I guess I'llhave to go back to growinglike a normal lemur.

-Yeah, I guess so.

-Waaaahhh!

-Uh-oh! Crying baby alert.

-We better checkwith our consultant again.

A nap.

A kangaroo takes anap in his mother's pouch.

Akangaroo pouch is a great placeto rest when you are tired.

It's nice, warm and safe.

-That must be whatGurgles wants, a nap.

-Of course. Sleepis the second thing allbaby creatures need to grow.

Whether you are a human ora lion, you need a lot of sleep.

In fact, a lionsleeps between seventeento nineteen hours a day.

Now that's a lot of sleep.

-Go to sleep little Gurgles. Yougot to sleep so you can grow.

Yeah!

♪Go to sleep, go to sleep,

♪go to sleep little Gurgles

♪You got tosleep so you can grow

♪and then you canleap, leap, leap, leap

Ah, Bigfoot sure lookscomfortable and so does Gurgles.

Maybe I'll helpeverybody have a nap,

I'll tell astory from Zobooland.

I was leaping along,

leap, leap, leap, leap...

leap, leap, leap, leap...

When I bumped into Sensit - Oof!

I said, "Hello Sensit".

-Hi Zoboo.

I'm worried. Really worried.

-What's wrong?

-I can't find my little sisters.

Can't find them anywhere!

Even my supersenses can't find them.

-Hmm... If we weretaller than the trees,we'd see them for sure.

-But we're not taller.

-We will be.

Hey Snow Lemur!Do you have a growberry!

-Sure, uh, sure Zoboo.

one growberry, coming up.

I mean uh. down.

Yeah, down.

Here it comes.

watch out.

-Oof!

-There, one foryou and one for me.

So we ate the growberriesand we grew bigger and bigger.

We grew so giant that we couldsee clear across Zobooland.

-Oh there theyare. My little sisters!

They're with Fibby.

-Here Sensit,have a shrinkberry.

So we shrunk back to normal sizeand went over to Fibby's pool.

-I found them!

Thanks Zoboo!

-Anytime Sensit.

Sometimes it'sgood to grow tall.

-And sometimes it's good

to be small!

-Yeah.

The end.

-Great story Zoboo.

And Xavier andBigfoot had a good nap.

-No problem, I help creaturesgrow just like a growberry.

But they don't look any taller.

-Just wait Zoboo,it might not look like theyare growing, but they are.

You'll see.

-Okay then, what now?

-It looks like Bigfootreally knows how to grow.

-That's right.

The third thing thathelps creatures grow, exercise.

If you want togrow, you got to play

cause playing gets you movingand makes your muscles strong.

Playing games, figuring thingsout and learning new things

helps your mind grow too.

-I can help withthis, I'm great at playing.

Mangrowtsika, let's grow!

-Let's hop like kangaroos.

Kangaroos like to hop along atten to fifteen miles per hour.

-But when theyreally want to move,

they can go at aboutforty five miles per hour.

I feel kangaroo-ish,how about you?

♪I feel different not the same

♪This kinda feelingI can't explain

♪There is onlyon thing that I can do

♪I feel kangaroo-ishHow about you?

Okay brothers,I'm ready to be measured.

Let's see if I grew any taller.

-Alright Zoboo,up against the wall.

Hey, no cheating.

There.

-Mangrowtsika! I did grow.

That must be a whole garbanzobean and a half taller.

-Alright, it's Xavier's turn.

Come on buddy,

right over here

and let's just.

Whoa!

One whole garbanzobean for Xavier.

-Bigfoot's next.

-Forgot how hard itis to measure a kangaroo.

Alright buddy hold on.

Wait, hop over this way.

He's having somuch fun with this, I'llnever get to measure him.

Wait, I've got an idea.

Alright here's the trick,

a little snack will stop him.

Alright, now I canget a measurement on you.

Two feet,

two and a half inches.

Alright, that's enough for now.

Wait, wait.

Hey look at this guys.

The kangaroogrew too, he sh*t up

about two garbanzo beans.

-I can't believe my mind,food, sleep and exercise,

they really dohelp creatures grow.

-That's what ittakes to grow a creature.

-Yeah!

-Zoboo was right all along.

All creatures needpretty much the same thingto grow up healthy and strong.

-So, taking careof a human baby is actually

just as easy as takingcare of a baby kangaroo.

-Look's like Bigfoot is going toshow his mom how much he grew.

-Hey Martin, hey Chris!

-Hey Jennifer. How's it going?

We had a great timetaking care of your brother.

-Yeah! It was no problem.

-Hey Zoboo.

-Bye Xavier Gurgles!

Hewas a great grower, well he grewa whole garbanzo bean today.

And like I said before,

growing himwas easy, easy, easy.

-Duck!

-Incoming.

-Duck!

-That's not a duck,that's my pal Sticky Feet.

-The peregrine falcon.

-Are you stillgrowing Sticky Feet?

-Oh no! He's full grown Zoboo.

Birds grow up pretty fast.

He grew up in one yearand now he's fifteen years old.

-And he brought a messagefrom the Animal Helpers.

-Oh yeah!

-Hi Kratt Brothers!

Guess what happened?

Our cat Myrtle hadkittens and you'll never guesswhere she's keeping them.

I was in my pajamas,all ready for bed,

when I heard theselittle meowing sounds.

But I didn't knowwhere they were coming from.

I looked all around,finally I looked in the closet.

Myrtle had movedher kittens in there.

She needed a safeplace to look after them,

and she picked my closet.

Myrtle's a greatmom, and she'll help thesekittens grow up healthy.

-Amy is great with creatures.

-Oh yeah, she's helpingcreatures grow just like me.

Grow Amy grow.

-There are creaturesgrowing up all over the world.

-So how do we decide whereto go to find growing creatures?

Well, let's let this frog pick.

-He wants you to stay home.

Oh!

India!

Sounds like a trip to me.

To the closet.

♪They're going to thecloset, they're going on a trip

♪They're going to the closet,to grab their stuff and split.

-Whoa!

♪They're goingon a cool adventure and theydon't know what's in store

♪They're coming from the closetand they're headed out the door.

-There are allsorts of creatures growingup in these Indian forests.

-All you have to dois know how to spot them.

Young elephants.

Tiger cubs.

This place is crawlingwith young creatures.

-I know.

Everyone is growing up.

AAAAAAAAAA!

-You okay brother?

-I think so.

Whew!

Sometimes creatures are easierto spot than tree branches.

Like those guys,

langur monkeysup here in the trees.

-And langur monkeysdown here in the ground.

-It's a whole langur family.

-And it look's like thereis a new addition to the family,

a baby monkey.

Born only a few days ago, thislittle monkey is growing fast,

with a lot ofhelp from mom, that is.

At this age, a monkeyneeds his mom for everything.

-Now this baby monkeyis a little bit older.

He's probablyabout three months old.

He's still nursingand getting a lot of his food

and nutritionfrom his mom's milk

but he's also startingto try out solid foods.

The way he does thisis by running over to his mom

and seeing what she'seating, he checks it out,

sees what it is,how she eats it and then he

goes off totry some for himself.

You are seeinga baby monkey trying a newfood for the first time.

But I guess he likesmom's milk a little better.

Now these two littleguys are great buddies.

They play together,they run around together,

they do just abouteverything together,

including climbing trees.

-This baby langur monkeyis just practicing his climbing

because if you'rea langur monkey, climbingis a huge part of your day.

Hey Martin! Let's climblike the langur monkeys.

-Alright!

Whoaaaaaaaaaa!

-Well I guess we grew a littletoo big for those tree branches.

-Yeah! But youguys keep on growing.

-Let's head backto Animal Junction.

-I wonder if Zoboogrew by another garbanzobean while we were gone?

-Let's find out.

-Oh hi brothers!

I built a new machinewhile you guys were away.

This stretching machinewill really help me grow.

-Zoboo no!

-Stop! You can'tdo this, this is crazy!

-Zoboo, you can't stretchyourself into growing bigger.

-You can't?

-No!

The only way you can growis by food, sleep and exercise.

There you go.

-Thanks brothers.I guess you're right.

I just wanted to show Cling-Along how much I could grow.

-Cling-Along?

-Yeah! Over there.

-Martin look!

-Wow! Look howthey're zooming around.

-Yeah! And theirlittle hands just clingright on to the branches.

-Yeah!That's why I call him Cling-Along and her Cling-Aling.

Well they got a lotof growing to do if they are

going to be as big as me.

So I thought they couldtry out my new machine.

-They are supposedto be small Zoboo.

Marmosets are the smallest typeof monkey in the whole world.

Listen.

The sounds theymake sounds kind of likebirds chirping, don't they?

Check out the tiger stripeson their back and their tail.

-Wow! And they havethose white ears tufts.

-Look at them scratch.

I've never seen acreature scratch so quickly.

How do they move so fast?

-Did you see how themarmosets chew on the tree?

That's because they'retrying to dig a hole in the tree

and get the sap that flows out,

they eat it like thisPygmy marmoset is doing.

-Do they eat anything else?

-They eat a fewinsects and some fruits,but mostly, sap from trees.

Big or small, all creaturesgrow at their own pace.

-Mangrowtsika you're right!

Just like I like beingsmaller than you guys.

-Why Zob?

-Well because.

Because then I can clingon to you while you're leaping.

-Let's leap like leapers.

-And while we'releaping, and clinging,

I'll tell astory from Zobooland.

-Alright!

-We were leaping along,

leap, leap, leap...

when I landed on a huge rock.

But it wasn't a rock,

it was an egg and it cracked!

My mind got a great idea!

I could fix the eggwith some Zobooland tree sap.

Oooh, it's very gooey!

And I put it on the egg.

But the egg kept crackingand cracking and cracking

and whoaaaaaaa!

A baby Zoboomafooasaurus!

-Mamma?

Mamma?

-Me?

I'm not your mommy!

-Will you help me find my mommy?

-So I said "sure", andwe went to find his mommy.

On theway Baby Zoboomafooasaurusasked me:

-Zoboo, will you help me grow?

Help you grow? Ooof!

Well, I know you need food,sleep and exercise to grow.

But here's something elsethat'll help you grow... Momma!

-Mamma!

-Baby!

-So we hopped on boardand had a nice ride home.

-Hey! That was a good one buddy.

-Thanks!

-Zob, are you readyfor one last measurement?

-Oh yeah!

-Stand up straight.

-Another garbanzo bean Zob.

-Oh yeah?

-Zoboo's sh**t like a weed.

-Mangrowtsika, I'm growing.

We're great growers,right Cling-Along?

♪This animal is a friend of mine

♪From the tip of hisnose to his funny behind

♪Allthe friends that we met todayare special in their own way

♪We've all got different namesbut we're really all the same

♪Thanks for droppingby we're glad you came

♪They jump and swim,crawl, fly and climb

♪Go make an animalfriend today! Yeah!

I don't thinkwe've ever seen that pigin Asia that grows a beard.

-The bearded pig, you're right.

-Yeah! Let's go.

Hi, we're the Kratt brothers,every creature adventurer knows

you have to becareful around animals.

-Because sometimes an animalcan get a little scared of you

and then she might thinkshe has to defend herself.

-That's why youshould only go near an animalwhen an adult says, "It's okay."

Right Zoboo?

AND NOW A JOKEeFROM ZOBOOMAFOO...

- DID YOU KNOW THATAN ELEPHANT'S TRUNK

IS THE LONGEST NOSEIN THE WORLD?

AND AN ELEPHANT CAN DOALOT WITH THAT TRUNK.

FIRST OF ALL, ANELEPHANT DRINKS

BY SUCKING WATERINTO HER TRUNK

AND THEN SQUIRTING ITUP INTO HER MOUTH.

AND WHEN SHEGOES SWIMMING,

AN ELEPHANT USES HERTRUNK TO BREATHE.

SHE STICKS IT OUT OF THEWATER JUST LIKE A SNORKEL.

AND OF COURSE, THERE'S NOTHINGBETTER ON A HOT SAVANNAH DAY

THAN A COOLING DUST BATH,

WITH DUST BLOWN OUTBY THAT TRUNK.

- HEY MARTIN.

- YEAH BUDDY.

- HOW ARE A TREE ANDAN ELEPHANT ALIKE?

- TELL ME ZOBOO.

- THEY BOTH HAVE A TRUNK.

WHOA!

- HEY ZOB! IT WASN'T THAT FUNNY!
