♪Chris and Martinsaw something strange,

♪a little leaping lemurwho liked to bounce and play.

♪They followedtheir new bouncing friend,

♪Not knowing wherethis adventure would end.

♪The animals wereheaded just around the bend.

♪Where they going? I don't know!

♪How do we get there?C'mon let's go!

♪Me and you and Zoboomafoo,come along and see what's new,

♪we're doing thethings that animals do.

♪New animalfriends to see, AnimalJunction's the place to be!

♪elephants charging,baboons are leaping,

♪wild dogs runningand nobody's sleeping!

♪Me and you and Zoboomafoo,come along and see what's new,

♪at Animal Junctionwe're waiting for you!

Well it was there.

-And we climbed it.

An iceberg.

And we even broughtsome of it back with us.

You know, ice climbingis a lot easier with these

special shoes called crampons.

-Yeah the claws on the bottom ofthese shoes can really dig in.

-Whoa!

Look at these amazing claws.

Lobster claws.

They're even biggerthan my crampons.

Wow!

Look at that tail flick,

it zooms her through the water.

Zoboo's goingto love to see this.

Let's call him.

There you go buddy.

Zoboo!

-Zoboo!

Zoboomafoo!

Here comes that leaping lemur.

Hey Zoboo!

So buddy do you want to scratch?

There you go, hang on.

Let's see what the snackmachine has for Zoboo today.

Walnuts!

I'll need a littlehelp with this one.

If I had claws like alobster, I wouldn't need this.

Zoboo I've got a nut, want some?

There you go.

Atta boy.

Look at Zoboo's feet,

you can see his toenails.

Oh! You don't want it anymore?

-Excuse me.

Zobooomafoooo!

Hey brothers! What's this?

It's a pinata. There'sa lot of cool stuff inside.

-Stuff that's always a surprise.

The trick with a pinata isbusting in to see what's inside.

Everybody knowsthat busting into a pinata onyour birthday is a lot of fun.

Full of surprises.

-I got to see what's inside.

I don't think my handscan break in the pinata.

Ahhhh!

I meant to do that.

-He might figureit out with a little helpfrom his animal friends.

-Who's that?

My mind can't believewhat it's seeing.

She's the biggest, clawiest,water bug I've ever seen.

-That's a lobster Zoboo.

She's a crustacean

which means she has her skeletonon the outside of her body.

-Crustacean, huh!

-Lobsters and crabsare crustaceans with claws.

-Wow! I love crustaceans!

Ouch!

What happened Zob?

-Are you okay?

-Oh yeah!

Mangatsika! Ican't believe my mind.

Lobster got mewith his super claw.

Hey! I want some of those.

-What? Some of what?

-Super claws!

-How about it Martin?

-Why not!

-Alright, let's see.

Got to have serrated grips.

-Plus we got to positionthe joint for maximum power.

Yeah!

Alright!

-Whoa, I love claws!

-Yeah! These are super clawswith special lobster features.

-Whoa! Clawsjust like the lobster!

Ready or notpinata, here I come.

Super claws will help.

I'll try my lobster clawsto get inside the pinata.

It's not working.

Well they're goodfor grabbing, but not forgetting inside a pinata.

Hey! I saw a creaturewith claws on my way here.

Who could she be?

♪Who could it be?This animal who I did see.

♪Can you helpme guess this mystery?

She had a long tail thatcould grab things like branches.

A wrap-around hanging tail.

♪Who could it be?This animal who I did see.

She had four paws for climbingand those paws had claws.

♪Who could it be?This animal who I did see.

♪Can you helpme guess this mystery?

A super-clawed,tree-loving creature.Do you know who she is?

All right, let's review.

Long climbing claws.

-Grabby tail.

-Big eyes.

-I know who themystery animal is. Do you?

Kinkajou!

-Kratt's crackedthe animal mystery again.

-Hey! The mysteryanimal is here.

-Incredible!

-Whoa! What an amazing climber.

Tail, paws and claws.

-Climbing claws huh?

-Yeah,and climbing claws are sharpand curved for a good grip.

-Hey! You want togo climb around some more?

Alright, let's go.

-Me too.

What a great climber.Hey wait for me.

Kinkajous can really climb.

-Yeah! Kinkajous havegreat climbing claws that reallygrip into the tree branches.

-She likes trees like me.

-She sure does.

A kinkajou spendsmost of her time in trees,

so she needsspecial climbing power.

Her long sharp clawson her front and back pawsdig in and help her get around.

She's a super clawed creature.

-Super claws huh?

Well I have leaping lemur claws,well nails actually I guess.

My mind just got a great idea.

Chris, I need somehelp in the claws department

because my clawsare, well, kinda boring.

I need some climbing claws.

-You got it buddy.

-Yes! Climbing claws.

-Here's a challenge.

-Alright!

-So we needa lot of sharp points.

-Yeah!

Got to get clingingpower over here.

-Chris watch out for the - Whoa!

-Sorry Zob.

-Is he alright?

Okay now backto the clinging power,

gotto get the curbs in these clawsso that they grab on right.

Yeah!

-Kinkajou super claws!

-What do youthink of them Zoboo?

-They're mangatsika!

-Let's try them out.

-Yeah, now I'mZoboo the Super Claw!

-Wow! Look at thisprehensile tail in action.

Did you see how he grabshis tail to pull himself up?

He uses it like a rope.

A kinkajou isgreat at hanging upside downand she's not the only one.

A flying fox hangs from hiscurved super claws all day long

until he flies off at night.

-If a bat canfly with his claws,

I can't even get up,

I got it.

Finally.

These are mangatsikasuper claws!

Now I'm Zoboo Super Claw.

Pinata here Icome, with my new claws.

Kinkajou claws. Thesewill get inside this pinata.

-They are clawsfor tearing and defending.

Okay, she'll stand uplike that to defend herselfwith those sharp claws.

Another amazinguse for those claws.

Super claw defenseand bobcats do it too.

-But they're not so goodfor getting inside the pinata.

Ahhh!

Not again!

That's better.

Excuse me kinkajou,

wait a second, you'renot a kinkajou, you're a sloth.

I know you, you're Slow. Hi!

Hey, I know you too, hi Slower!

Slow and Slower are here.

I'm surrounded by super claws.

I need more push-ups

with Muscles the bear cub.

-Hey check out Slower!

Amazing!

This is incredibly rare.

Sloths hardly evercome down to the ground.

They only comedown to the ground when theyhave to go to the bathroom.

-Excuse me, I think Slowerwant to be alone when he poops.

Yeah there wego. Go ahead Slower.

-A sloth hangs out in trees andI mean really hangs, see that?

His claws hook over a treebranch and his body hangs down.

His feet and toesare hidden in his fur.

You can only see hislong, curved, pointed claws

as he very slowly makeshis way along the branches.

A sloth moves lessthan one hundred and twentyfive feet in a whole day.

You can walk thatfar in thirty seconds.

-Well, what super claws.

-Their curved clawsare kind of like coat hangers.

Perfectly designedfor hooking on to, andhanging from, branches.

And a piece of bark, slothclaws can hold on to anything.

And kinkajous' clawsare great for holding fruit.

-Now we have two superclawed upside down creaturesin Animal Junction.

Hey brothers look! Sloweris having an upside down nap.

Well they can sleephanging upside down.

How do they do it?

My hands are tired...

already.

-Whoa! Here's how you do it Zob.

-Want to see ifChris is perfectly designedfor hanging upside down?

-Zoboo,

Zoboo, stop.

Zoboo.

-I guess not, Krattsdon't have super claws either.

Here you go.

I've tried lobster clawsand I've tried kinkajou claws,

but sloths have super claws too.

So you know what Martin?

Now I need somehanging upside down claws so Ican hang with my sloth buddies.

-I'm all over it Zoboo.

-While you're makingmy super claws even better,

I'll tell you a storyabout one time in Zobooland.

I was leaping along,

leap, leap, leap...

when I leaped right into Bugly.

Whoaaaa.

Hey now what'shappening there Zoboo,

how did you getso high in the sky?

-I told Bugly that I was powerleaping on my super lemur legs.

-If you got 'em,use 'em, that's what I say!

If it's fun, do it againand do it right away! C'mon!

-Okay!

Hoohaa!

Oof!

Whoa!

We fell in a boconut bush

and everyone knowshow yummy boconuts are.

Well we wanted to eatsome, but we couldn't open them.

All of a sudden, Ifelt something, and then this

funny blob with eyesfloated up to say hello.

It was Fibby andall of her crazy legs.

-Hi Zoboo. Hi Fibby.

-Hi Bugly.

Want me to cr*ck your boconut?

-Hey thanks!

Thanks!

So Bugly and I ateboconuts all day long.

The end.

-Okay, so we've addedthe hanging hooking claws to

the climbing clawsto make the new super claws.

-Think of better super claws.

Here I come.

Am I doing it right?

-He's got thearm over arm, yeah!

-Yeah! I think I'mgetting the hang of it.

-Hey you are anatural hanging climber!

-Yup!

-You're climbingjust like the sloths.

Pretty good.

-Wow! These hanging upside downclimbing claws are mangatsika!

I'm feeling super claw-ish!

♪I feel different not the same

♪This kinda feelingI can't explain

♪There is onlyone thing that I can do

♪I feel superclaw-ish how bout you

♪Super claw-ish

♪I feel super claw-ish

♪Super claw-ish

♪I'm a long-clawedclawer and I can do it all

Super claw-ish!

-Okay pinata.

These claws must begreat for breaking pinatas.

I've got to see whatthe surprise is inside.

The claws worked!

-We're free!

-At last!

-I did it, I finally did it!

-Well Zob, you finallyfound out what was inside.

Way to go!

-Yeah! It's theZobooland characters,

I didn't even knowthat they were hiding inside.

-Surprise!

-Surprise, surprise, surprise!

-Well Zob, you foundthe right claws for the job.

-Yeah, sloth clawsaren't really meant for

ripping and tearing,but they did the trick.

-All creature clawscan do special things.

-They do what thecreature needs to survive.

Whether you are a koalaclimbing up eucalyptus trees.

-Or a black bearcub escaping from danger.

-A harris hawksitting on a branch.

-A praying mantis grabbing prey.

-A tamandua diggingfor termites and rotten wood.

-Or an aye-ayepoking for insects.

-All creature claws are superclaws built especially for them.

-Super claw!

-Yeah! Alright Zob!

-Hey look!

The kinkajou and the slothare climbing up in the beams.

Hang on super clawedbuddies, here I come.

Well this isn't so bad,these are gonna work fine.

Oh-oh, I can't

hold.

Aaaaaaaaa!

-Itching powder!

-Oh no!

-Ah-choo!

-Oh no! The itch is back.

-Oh never fear,

I'll help you guyswith my super claws.

-Oh no! Not the super claw!

-Anything but the super claw.

-Here I come.

-Noooooo!

-Zoboo!

-Our shirts!

-Maybe I shouldof used my lemur tooth,

I think my super clawsare a little too clawy.

Huh brothers, could you.

-Thanks!

And you know what brothers?

My mind decided that kinkajouclaws are for kinkajous

and sloth claws are for sloths.

Everybody has theirown claws for a good reason.

-That's whatwe've been telling you.

-Me, I'm happy withmy leaping lemur nails.

They may not be super claws,but they work okay for me.

-Well Zoboo sureknows about claws.

-And so do you.

Incoming.

-Duck!

-It's Sticky Feet,the peregrine falcon.

I can't believe his super claws.

-Yeah! These superclaws are amazing!

They're grabbing claws, perfectfor catching birds in mid air.

-Let's see what the AnimalHelpers are up to today.

-Hi guys! Hi Zoboo!

My cat Myrtle lovesscratching furniture.

The problem is mymom doesn't really love it.

So how do I get Myrtle tostop scratching the furniture?

Easy, make a scratching post.

A scratching postis made of some wood, carpet

and anything else thatMyrtle might like to scratch.

Get your Mom or Dad to help you.

Just glue the pieces together,staple on the carpet. Ta-dah!

Now Myrtle can scratch allshe wants and everyone is happy.

Aren't we Myrtle?

-There are all sortsof super clawed creatures.

-Let's check them out.

♪They're going to the closet

♪They're going on a trip

♪They're going to the closetto grab their stuff and split.

Whoa!

♪They're goingon a cool adventure and theydon't know what's in store

♪They're coming from the closetand they're headed out the door.

-To the creatures!

-Bye Zoboomafoo!

-Bye Zob!

-Bye brothers!

-Out here in theAfrican wilderness, superclaws really come in handy.

-All around us, creaturesare using their nails and claws

on their handsand paws for survival.

-Just have a look around.

Check out the mongoose claws.

-And meerkats long skinny claws.

-Wahlberg eagleclaws and talons.

-Praying mantis claws.

-Chameleon claws.

-Crocodile claws.

-And cheetah claws whichdon't retract by the way.

-One of the greatest superclaws in Africa is the lion.

Lions use their clawsto hunt prey like wildebeest,

when they feel like it.

And they also use them tosteal food from other predators,

like Martin.

Shhhh!

AAAA!

-Nice try Chris.

I guess this might happen toa lion going after a porcupine.

Ouch!

-I know howto protect my snacks.

-It doesn't hurt that much.

Hey! Super clawedmongoose diggers.

Diggers have tohave super claws because

there'sa lot of good food undergroundthat they can get at.

Look at those mongoose go.

A Mongoose is oneof the best diggers around.

Look at everybodydigging out here.

A mongoose standswith legs apart,

shoveling the dirtbehind him and he's fast.

That goes for meerkatstoo, another kind of mongoose.

As soon as he finds a nicejuicy millipede, snack time.

Ahhh!

You know, I think that mongooseare better diggers than I am.

Ouch, you knowit doesn't hurt too much,it's just a flesh wound.

How are you doing Chris?

-I'm fine now.

-Alright!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Chris, a leopard!

-Awesome! A leopard isa major super clawed creature.

To the trees.

-Let's put what's left ofour claws to leopard climbing.

-The super claws of the leopardmake him a great climber.

-And climbingis essential for a leopard'ssurvival in African wilderness.

-Martin, the leopard,he's spotted us.

-Uh-oh! I don't thinkhe wants us in the same tree.

Time to bail out.

-We're going to haveto clear that acacia bush.

-Those thornsare as sharp as claws.

-Do you think we can?

-We have to.

Aaaaaaaaa!

I thought for surewe'd clear that acacia.

-So did I.

You know these acaciathorns don't just hurt,they kind of itch too.

-Hey, we're notthe only ones scratching!

-Look at those super claws go.

Looks like all creaturesare itchy in Africa today.

And they all have their ownspecial claws to scratch with.

You know Chris, wereally have to work on ourleap over an acacia bush.

-I know.

Aaaaaaaaa!

Back to the Junction.

-I wonder what Zoboo is up to?

-Let's find out.

Tigers!

-Hey! We know you guys.

-Popper!

-Pop-Up, great to see you again!

And I see you'reafter the balls as usual.

Those ballsdon't stand a chance.

-Maybe thistime I can stop them.

Hey guys! You wanna leap with me

instead of poppingall the balls again?

Guess not.

-One of the mostincredible things abouta tiger is his super claws.

-And they practice with them.

-Oh no, there goes another one.

-Tigers have amazingretractable claws from

the time they are cubs,and they practice with them,

retracting them andscratching to keep them sharp.

Lookat how she can use her clawsto grab even a small branch!

Amazing!

-Hey Popper! You want to play?

Yeah!

Popper is practicingusing her claws because when

she grows up,she'll use them to hunt.

Another thinga tiger uses his claws foris marking his territory.

The scratches in thistree mean, hey this is my space.

Check out thesuper claw face swat.

Whoa!

-All of these mangatsikasuper claw creatures remindme of one time in Zobooland.

I was leaping along,

leap, leap, leap...

and I landed next to Snow Lemur.

He was playing in the sand.

"Hi Snow Lemur", I said.

-Hi Zoboo. I reallylike playing in the sand.

It feels good.

-I like sand too.It tickles my fingers.

-Yeah, mine too.

And sand tickles my sides too.

-Yeah, it tickles my sides too!

Wait a second. What's going on?

Sand can't tickle your sides.

-You're rightZoboo! It's me Fibby.

I'm the onewho's tickling you with mytentacle and big superclaw.

Fibby opened herbig claws, and Slimanthaand I swam through them.

We jumped off of Fibby'slong arms and swam throughher claws all afternoon.

Fibby is my underwater,superclawed friend.

AND AN ELEPHANT CAN DOALOT WITH THAT TRUNK.

FIRST OF ALL, ANELEPHANT DRINKS

BY SUCKING WATERINTO HER TRUNK

AND THEN SQUIRTING ITUP INTO HER MOUTH.

AND WHEN SHEGOES SWIMMING,

AN ELEPHANT USES HERTRUNK TO BREATHE.

SHE STICKS IT OUT OF THEWATER JUST LIKE A SNORKEL.

AND OF COURSE, THERE'S NOTHINGBETTER ON A HOT SAVANNAH DAY

THAN A COOLING DUST BATH,

WITH DUST BLOWN OUTBY THAT TRUNK.

- HEY MARTIN.

- YEAH BUDDY.

- HOW ARE A TREE ANDAN ELEPHANT ALIKE?

- TELL ME ZOBOO.

- THEY BOTH HAVE A TRUNK.
