boxed pasta...

spice crusted salmon...

and I'm gonna bring the mad flavor

I'm a chicken wing connoisseur

my whole career

One of the first couple of things
that I learned how to make

was this really good chicken wing sauce,
so I'm ready to get at it

and I'm definitely taking a big risk
doing these Mediterranean wings

Chef, I was going to, um, fry them

and then, once they're out of the fryer,
I'm gonna hit them with a basil gremolata

and my skills and my finesse
is going to prove it

with the caramelization
